Their pies are incredible!! We ordered pies for dessert at our wedding and people raved about them - our friends and family are normally quick to hit the dance floor but the pie was a temptation back to their seats for a bit! Unfortunately, they missed one of my emails where we had changed the numbers of each type of pie and asked for several gluten free pies to make sure our celiac family members had something they could enjoy. When I realized the mistake after our family members picked them up, I called their office and they quickly corrected their mistake, even going so far as to hand-deliver the gluten free pies were were missing. We were also refunded the difference in the number of pies, so we paid for fewer pies then we ended up having available during the wedding. It was a stressful moment the day before our wedding, but it was so brief and so professionally handled that I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Whidbey Pies, I can't wait to have more!

Not only are the pies absolutely incredible, the process of choosing and ordering them for our wedding couldn't have been easier. I reached out via email, and Tawnya immediately got back to me with info about in-season flavors based on my wedding date, price info, and an invitation to come to the cafe for a free tasting. They allow you to make changes to your order up to two weeks before the wedding, and you pay by mailing a check or credit card over the phone. You have to pick up the pies at the cafe in Greenbank, but if you are getting married on the island it isn't too hard to arrange. These were a huge hit with our guests and absolutely delicious. We ordered 10 pies for our wedding. Whidbey pies made ordering super easy and the pies were ready on time. These pies are the best out there. I snuck a Marion berry pie to take home and I put it in the freezer to save for after the honey moon, it was as delicious as ever when I defrosted it and warmed it a little in the oven. Absolutely to die for!
