No shops, no restaurants, no other events, no four hour time limits, just you and your guests receiving 100% of our undivided attention. Your wedding will be the only event on the property for the weekend providing you with privacy and intimacy. When you arrive on Friday to set up, you can relax and enjoy your big weekend.

Your wedding budget is a high priority for you…..and for us as well. Our pricing is all inclusive so you will not have any surprises for your wedding budget. The list of services and amenities for each of our packages are all included in our fee allowing you to stretch your budget much further. There are NO hidden fees or charges, ever. We charge a flat fee regardless of the number of guests you have attending. (Our maximum occupancy is 150 guests.) We will work with you to personalize a monthly payment plan to accommodate your wedding budget. We do not have any vendor agreements or requirements and we do not charge any corkage fees or other penalties. You will find that we provide you an excellent value for your money.

Many of our couples are planning a wedding for the first time. We are seasoned event planners with over 30 years of experience, we see to the details for you. Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions: Our vintage red barn is 5,000 square feet and beautifully decorated for your wedding ceremony, reception or Plan B in the case of inclement weather. We provide tables and chairs for 150 guests for your reception and an additional 150 chairs for your ceremony. These are set up and ready upon your arrival. Other amenities are available depending on the package you select. We will set the tables according to your directions. Your head table will be set for and you are welcome to use our sweetheart bench or our sweetheart table. We are fully decorated allowing our brides to simply arrive on their wedding day or, if you want to create your own decorations, we are more than happy to remove items so you may display your own. Using our decorations saves our brides a significant amount in their budgets. Our list of Pinterest décor is extensive and available for you to use. We strongly encourage our brides to call us before buying any decorations as we may already have them here.

The Bride’s Cottage is a beautifully appointed 2,200 square foot private house reserved exclusively for the wedding party to prepare and gather for the big day. There is a full kitchen in The Bride’s Cottage available for your personal use. (This is not a commercial kitchen so it cannot be used for food preparation for your reception.) The bride's floor features our Makeup Parlor…a beautiful shabby chic area dedicated to you and your bridal party for your makeup and hair with plenty of room and professional lighting for your beauty providers. The groom and his groomsmen also have their own floor which is reserved just for them with their own private entrance.

If alcohol is being served you will need to have a licensed bartender serving your alcohol during your event and the only alcohol that can be consumed must be served by your bartender. You are welcome to bring in all of your own service providers. We are happy to recommend some of our favorites to you, but the final selection is entirely up to you.

Our gardens and grounds are a picture perfect location for your wedding, party or corporate outdoor event. We are stunning and unique venue for your destination wedding. Our grounds include a charming Victorian gazebo over our large, picturesque pond, acres of lush lawns, old growth woods, water features along with ample parking for any size event. Our grounds, restrooms and The Bride’s Cottage are all handicapped accessible.

White Creek Acres is centrally located just one hour from Cincinnati, Ohio, Louisville, Kentucky and Indianapolis, Indiana. We invite our guests to bring in their own service providers for their event.
