WDBT was absolutely incredible for our wedding! Katie was our day of coordinator and she was so responsive and attentive! The excel sheet of all the info was so helpful through the planning process!! She knew all the questions to ask that I would have never thought of. I was nervous handing over everything for someone to set up to my reception vision and she made everything perfect! The communication ahead of time even though she was only hired for day-off was fantastic and I was so thankful for it! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Not enough GREAT things to say about WDBT!! Working with Darcey for our wedding was the best! She was very proficient in all her communication, extremely organized, and always on top of things! Not sure we would've made it through our wedding without the amazing support and assistance from WDBT and Darcey!! Would highly recommend both WDBT and Darcey!

I HIGHLY reccomend WDBT to any future bride out there for all your planning or coordination needs. From my first inquiry call with Veronica to wedding day with Karen, they always had me at ease. Karen was phenomenal. I literally had the most stress free wedding and I owe a HUGE part of that to Karen. I had booked WDBT for day of coordination and Karen reached out to me six months prior to my wedding date to get things started! She was there at my walkthrough and asked all the important questions- many of which I hadn’t even thought of! She did lots of check ins with me as needed as we got closer to the wedding and was amazing wedding day. From setting up my reception tables and other small decors I had brought on my own and not through my florist, Karen made sure everything was perfect. We had a little hiccup at the end of the night with my shuttle (shuttle company’s fault) and Karen told me to sit back and I watched her take care of it, just like that. I heard back from so many of my other vendors telling me how great Karen was! My bridal party and mom also were amazed by Karen!
