Genuine rustic-modern wedding design and planning that brings elevated wedding service to every couple!

My principles:

1. EXCELLENT customer service. My main goal in running my business is to ensure your happiness. Everything else - bookings, profit, and accolades - comes later and comes naturally when your client is happy! My small business would not exist without my amazing couples - so their contentment is my TOP priority.

2. Open communication. I won’t hide anything from you, including information regarding my business and how I run things. If you have any questions, just ask. I vow to always communicate with you in a respectful and friendly manner.

3. Generosity and a servant’s attitude. I have worked very hard to ensure that my prices reflect a fair compensation for the hours I invest and the work I complete for you. I will continue to evaluate my prices and adjust as needed to ensure my couples are able to get the services they need to help them on their wedding day. Fairness in business means I will go above and beyond for you, and you should have no question that my assistance was worth the investment.

The Glue That Brought Our Wedding Day Together

Lindsay was the glue that brought all of my wedding together. Her month of planning took all of my disjointed, vague wedding plans and turned it into a beautiful, memorable wedding day. Without her guidance I would have been much more stressed leading up to the wedding. She created a smooth timeline with time built in for important moments. She took on unique challenges and created the perfect solution. I am so thankful she was part of my vendor team. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for wedding coordination.

Brilliant design, wonderfully creative

Lindsay is amazing. She worked tirelessly for my wife and I. After deployments, pandemics, and everything in-between, it took us 2 years to finally have our wedding. And over those 2 years, Lindsay was available at all hours and consistently communicated with us. She really knew us and made our day special. Her tastes and designs are of the highest standing. Her work ethic and dependability are unmatched. I highly recommend her as a wedding planner, if you want your best wedding.

Every wedding needs White Oak Design Co. and every bride needs Lindsay!

Planning a wedding is hard, but planning a wedding from 500 miles away AND postponing it during a pandemic is a whole different level. But none of those challenges phased Lindsay and our day was absolutely perfect because of her. Her wisdom, guidance, and encouragement are unparalleled and were so needed as a #covidbride. I knew I could call or text at any time as we were planning, postponing, and prepping for round 2. Not only was Lindsay on top of things from the moment we handing things off to her at the rehearsal, but all the little things in that last 6 weeks leading up to the wedding day were easy to take care of with Lindsay by our side.
