Whitefish Mountain Resort is an beautiful resort and wedding venue located in Whitefish, Montana. Imagine exchanging your vows at our private 6,817 ft. summit, accessible via chairlift or enclosed gondola, in with the mountain peaks of Glacier National Park as your backdrop. After your "I dos", you will host your wedding reception at either the mountaintop Summit House (Capacity up to 150 guests) or slopeside Base Lodge (Capacity up to 200 guests). Both are elegant venues which feature updated mountain decor and ample space for your guests to celebrate.
AVAILABILITY
Whitefish Mountain Resort hosts weddings during our summer operating season, mid-June through mid-September. Our Event Coordinators can make recommendations on which summer weekends may be the best fit for you and your group based on weather trends and local events taking place in our valley.

EVENT COORDINATION
Your wedding representative will help craft your dinner menu, event timeline, event space diagram and provide wedding vendor recommendations. On your wedding weekend, your wedding representative will coordinate your rehearsal, set up and take down your wedding décor and coordinate with your wedding vendors, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day with your guests.
LODGING + ON-MOUNTAIN GROUP ACTIVITIES
Our wedding groups enjoy discounts on lodging and on-mountain group activities such as our Zip Line Tours, Alpine Slide, Aerial Adventure Park and much more.

What can we say, the Mountain is an institution in the Valley and well-loved. They have recently renovated all their event venues including the base lodge and the Summit House, and they are all beautifully done. The chefs at the Summit House turn out some amazing catered food, particularly when you consider they are 3000' above the rest of us and have to get supplies by chairlift. We attended the Moonlight Dine and Ski a few years ago (highly recommended if the weather is clear!) and the Greek buffet meal they put out was the best Greek food I've had in Montana. Their event coordinators are community-involved and very professional and on the ball.
