Wild Soul Weddings is a luxury photography company based in Grundy Center, Iowa. La Rae, WSW owner, started shooting weddings in 2014. After needing therapy after her wedding, La Rae used all she wished she had known as a bride to help create a unique experience for her couples!

In 2017, Sally and Brittany joined our company as second shooters.

• Wild Soul Weddings is a natural light photography company. This means that we do not use excessive lighting set ups. We believe in moments. We believe in authenticity. We believe in providing you with our friendship and love as well as our photo expertise. Because of this, we do not want to be worried about being weighed down or slowed down by tons of equipment. If you are looking for a photographer that uses lots of off-camera flash, we are not the company for you, but we would be happy to direct you to some of our friends.
• All of our shooters use Canon cameras.
• Our highest desire is to create beautiful works of art that will bring you joy for the rest of your lives. We place the highest importance on your couples’ portraits. If these images are not of your highest concern, let us know!
• We believe that self-care and a great timeline are the best ways to have an amazing day. Please let us help you with both.
• We love working with couples who value us and want to build a relationship with us. If you aren’t interested in becoming besties with us, we may not be the right fit for you (mainly because we will be all up in your grill and you will probably get annoyed).

Full Day Wedding Package-$4,500+tax

Requires $700 non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. Final balance is due 1 week before the wedding.

Includes 1 engagement session and up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage with second shooter.

7 Hour Wedding Photography-$3400+tax

Requires $700 non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. Final balance is due 1 week before the wedding.

Includes 1 engagement session and up to 7 hours of wedding day coverage with ONE shooter.

This package does not include a second shooter, but a second shooter may be added for $400.

Half Day Wedding Package-$2,400+tax

Requires $500 non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. Final balance is due 1 week before the wedding.

Includes 1 engagement session, and up to 5 hours of wedding day coverage. This package does not include a second shooter, but a second shooter may be added for $300.

ELOPEMENTS START AT $600+TAX. Elopements are small weddings, such as courthouse weddings, that occur on Monday-Thursday, or are outside of the midwest.

All packages include: all digital images, edited photos, and a print release.

No travel fee up to 2 hours away from Grundy Center, Iowa. Travel + hotel fees required for travel over 2 hours.
