Our wedding day was absolutely magical and we owe it all to Katie from Willow and Waylon Events. From the moment we met Katie, her commitment to perfection and attention to detail shone through every step of the way which spoke to my very type A personality. She truly made the whole experience stress-free by keeping us on a timeline, keeping track of all of our vendors and given that we both have very hectic work schedules on top of moving out of state prior to the wedding, she dealt with all of the vendors for us. Not to mention when one coordinator from one of our vendors was not meeting her standards, she took to initiative to rectify the situation by contacting the company and changing coordinators for us to ensure we had the best possible experience. She was with us every step of the way with multiple regular check-ins over the year of planning and was by my side through the wedding day as a calming presence to keep everyone on track. Above all, she is such a kind and thoughtful human being and in general, lovely to work with. I can't give Katie and her company higher praise, I would not have been able to get through planning our wedding and wedding day without her.

We were so incredibly blessed to have worked with Katie as our wedding coordinator. From start to finish she was professional, friendly, organized, detailed oriented, flexible and always available. I'm honestly not sure how Katie does it all by herself! Our family and friends raved about Katie's professionalism, impressive speed and attention to detail. We had several check-in meetings before our wedding where she helped us finalize every last detail including many things I would have never thought of, and made recommendations on vendors we were having trouble choosing. All of our final meetings with our vendors were super easy because Katie reached out to all of them ahead of time! It was also super nice to have her attend our final venue meeting with us in person. She helped our first time officiant with her script and timeline for the ceremony. She ran our entire rehearsal and put up every single one of our venue decorations by herself the morning of our wedding. We didn't worry about timing, vendor tips or any last minute questions on wedding day, knowing with full confidence that she would handle it all. Our day was executed flawlessly and completely stress free thanks to all of her hard work!

My wife and I had the PLEASURE of working with Katie! Our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without her. Not only was Katie professional, attentive, and detail oriented; I truly feel like my wife and I gained a friend. Katie has talked me “off the ledge” a number of times and we would have “therapy sessions”during our meetings. She even professionally took care of a family altercation situation at my reception!
