We made 34' canvas curtains, brought in 30 vintage church pews, and used barn doors, assorted vintage doors, vintage lighting and chandeliers, farm tables, ladder back chairs, an antique farm wagon and numerous additional items to create her vision.

A fall wedding at one of our favorite sites... the historic schoolhouse in Fayetteville. This bride wanted a rustic, vintage vibe. Since it was an early November wedding/reception, we incorporated colorful pumpkins and hedge apples. These complemented the bride's sunflowers very nicely!

Wedding Coordinators

I used Willow Weddings for the month of the wedding and the day of. We also did the styling package. They brought all of the decorations, set them up, and took them down. It made the day of so smooth. I did not have to worry about anything at all. They handled all of our vendors. Contacted them in advance to let them know when to be at then venue and then directed them once they got there. They asked me in advance about all the tiny details that I never would have thought of. It allowed me (my mom and my mother-in-law) to enjoy the whole day and only focus on what we needed to.

The Willow Ladies are absolutely amazing to work with. From the very first time we met, I knew they would take care of every single detail that was important to me about my wedding day, whether it be big or small. They are kind, hardworking, and do whatever you ask of them and then some! I would recommend them to any and every bride if you want your whole wedding experience to be smooth sailing!!

The best!!

Mary Sue and Terri are the best at what they do! Their coordinating and styling abilities are AMAZING. My wedding day was a dream thanks to these two sweet ladies. I recommend them to anyone planning a wedding; they are an absolute joy to work with and help to make your wedding day everything you can imagine!
