Wisteria Cottage & Barn offers you full access to an historic cottage, complete with beautiful gardens, a ceremonial lawn, a silo bar, and an Instagrammable bank barn. Located just 45 minutes from Baltimore, Wisteria is exceptional venue for your wedding celebration!

Facilities and Capacity
Wisteria Cottage & Barn has several different spaces for you to utilize including the iconic barn; the silo bar and cocktail area; the historic cottage and the beautiful outdoor ceremony garden. You will have full use of these spaces for the duration of the rental period. Our rustic barn features beautiful crystal orb chandeliers and string lights where guests can comforably eat, drink and celebrate the night away! All of the tables and chairs for both the ceremony and reception are included in our pricing. The silo bar is unique to our cocktail space, built straight into the center of a grain silo and complete with a chandelier made of liquor bottles. The ceremony site is a whimsical outdoor space, set right in the middle of a gorgeous woodland. The cottage is a gorgeous historic house that makes for the perfect prep and pre wedding celebration space for you and your bridal party. The groom and his groomsmen also have a space set apart for them and is ideal for pre ceremonial hang out and prep.

Services Offered
Services provided by Wisteria Cottage & Barn staff include assistance with set up, parking and vendor coordination. You may use any outside vendors as long as your caterer is licensed and insured and your bar staff have insurance.
