Kehau initially worked in theatre as a stage manager and after an actor friend of hers asked her to "stage-manage" her wedding, it evolved from there. She was very fortunate to have a great connection to XOXO Weddings and was so honored when they took me on as a lead coordinator!

Her core values going into any wedding (and most everything else) are "grace" and "accountability." If everything Kehau does, every choice she makes with her clients starts with those things in mind, we will have a successful wedding and a good time in the process.

Alexa minored in event planning in college, so she knew this is what she wanted to do. However, it wasn't until Alexa crossed paths with Kaci and saw her work that she really fell in love with wedding planning.

She is a die hard romantic and knowing that this day is bringing two people who have so much love in their hearts for one another makes her value her job more than anything. Alexa wants to give each client the wedding of their dreams, even if they don't know what those dreams are yet. Let's find out together!

Regan was introduced to the company by Kehau, one of the other lead coordinators. She started as a day of assistant coordinator and realized that she wanted to be more involved with helping couples have their dream wedding. One of the most important things to Regan is ensuring that the couple and their guests are having a fantastic time. She wants her clients to know that their magical day is just as special to her as it is to them.

She thinks what sets her apart is her ability to focus on making sure that all vendors involved are top quality. Regan worked as a Recruiter in the past, so identifying top talent is key to making everything run as smoothly as possible.

Lexi has always loved how celebrations bring people together, and even convinced her mom to let her plan her own 7th birthday! Pretty quickly Lexi learned how much she loved event planning, especially weddings! In 2012, she reached out to local coordinators in Upstate NY and started interning with an incredible mentor who she worked with for 3.5 years before becoming a coordinator full time in Lake George, NY. Once she met Kaci and Tanya at XOXO after moving to California, Lexi knew she had found the right people. "Everyone at XOXO loves helping people celebrate their love as much as I do and you couldn't ask for better people to work with!"

She loves the connection she gets to build with couples as their coordinator. Lexi still has a few couples that call her every year on their anniversary and it means so much to her!

Sarah actually started being interested in planning weddings because of her own wedding! Her husband and herself got married up in the Santa Cruz area, and their reception was in an old somewhat abandoned airplane hanger. So they basically had to bring everything in and plan and design from scratch! She loved creating it and afterwards started helping several friends with planning, organizing and designing their own weddings. Soon after that Sarah met Kaci, and began assisting her and now she is proud to be part of the XOXO team!

Sarah places value in those special touches throughout the wedding day that really tell the couple’s story. Whether that be personal vows, a special poem or verse read at the ceremony, or even signature cocktails or food! Those little details let the couple really put their stamp on their day, and it always makes the day that much more special for them and their guests. She loves the little details that you remember forever.
