The Apothecary Lofts and Ridnour Room are three absolutely gorgeous venues nestled inside the Apothecary Building at 140 N. 8th Street, in the heart of Lincoln's Historic Haymarket District. All three venues are provided with elegant round tables and beautiful upholstered chairs. Each facility will be set up according to your instructions and our Event Coordinator will assist you with all the details to ensure your event is exactly as you envision. NORTH APOTHECARY LOFT The North Apothecary Loft (Suite 500) is a 3,300 square foot loft gracing the north half of The Apothecary Building’s fifth floor. This facility has a seating capacity of 150 guests and is equipped with unbelievable ammenities including brick and timber construction, oak woodwork and polished brass fixtures, plush carpet, ceramic and porcelain tile, spacious kitchen with two porcelain tiled peninsulas, Atrium skylight, great room with double sided gas fireplace, Italian leather furnishings, two-story library, piano, LCD projector, high quality built in sound system, and a 750 square foot studio-bedroom/retreat with king-size bed, whirlpool, dual sinks, walk in shower with dual shower heads, and walk in closet. SOUTH APOTHECARY LOFT The South Apothecary Loft (Suite 501) is a 2,700 square foot loft gracing the south half of The Apothecary Building’s fifth floor. This facility has a seating capacity of 100 guests and is also equipped with unbelievable ammenities including brick and timber construction, oak woodwork and polished brass fixtures, plush carpet, ceramic and porcelain tile, spacious kitchen with one porcelain tiled peninsula, great room with gas fireplace, two 42" High Definition flat screen televisions, high quality built in sound system, and a 750 square foot studio-bedroom/retreat with king-size bed, whirlpool tub, dual sinks, walk in shower, and walk in closet. RIDNOUR ROOM The Ridnour Room is our largest facility with 7,000 square foot. This venue is located on the mezzanine level of the beautiful Apothecary Lobby at 140 N. 8th Street. The Ridnour Room is known as one of Lincoln’s premier reception facilities combining the charm and character of Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket with elegance and comfort for a variety of occasions. The Ridnour Room provides a large formal great room with seating up to 300 guests, complete with pocelain tile and beautiful oak woodwork, lighted fichus (ficus) trees, outstanding acoustics and LCD projector system, a large dance floor with a built in DJ booth, LED lighting with the ability to chose your own colored setting, a large kitchen and adjacent room for a double buffet line dinner set-up, and a centralized built in beverage area with a beautiful granite countertop.
