I had an absolute pleasure working with Vanessa Sanchez. From beginning to end Vanessa treated me with the heifers level of professionalism while being responsive to my various requests to make my celebration a complete success. Every part of my event was handles with extreme care. The event was executes flawlessly. My guests have not stopped raving about my party and that is thanks to the planning and all the staff who worked on that day giving their all and ensuring a 5 star experience. Thank you for each and everyone at 103West for helping me celebrate my 40th the best party ever, and this is not only from me but from my guests, months after the event.

We LOVED working with 103 West and especially appreciated Ashley's wonderful expertise and flexibility with our schedules and last-minute changes! Ashley was incredibly professional, a joy to work with, helpful, and always responsive to e-mails. Additionally, the tasting with Chef Jeff was absolutely delicious, and he and his culinary team far exceeded our expectations at our reception. We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding reception, and would highly recommend their services to anyone interested!

My now husband and I were married at 103 West on March 24, 2018 and cannot say enough about how incredible the management, staff, serving staff and valet were all throughout the planning process, appointments, walkthroughs, tasting, and of course, the rehearsal and wedding day itself. We had both our ceremony and reception here. Everything went so smoothly on our big day and 103 West ensured it was exactly as we talked about. The food was the #1 thing that all of our guests raved about and to top it off, we even got to eat too! :) Most brides and grooms say they never got to eat at their wedding, but we can say we did! And it was all in thanks to 103 West for knowing this about other weddings and making sure we had some of the food that WE picked out! Ashley who managed the event was such a pleasure to work with behind the scenes and kept everything as simple as possible for us as she knows how challenging planning a wedding can be. To top it all off, 103 West is already absolutely GORGEOUS inside, so very little additional decor is needed for weddings. Pricing was more than reasonable and we had the BEST wedding day anyone could ask for!! I could go on and on about 103 West, but I'm sure no one wants to read a novel :) Thank you to everyone at 103 West, staff and team members!

They are THE BEST!!! They were very attentive, responded to all of my emails within 1 business hour or less. I changed my mind 100 times and Sophie was always very patient. You can spend anywhere from$2000-$10000. The location is gorgeous and requires little to no decoration if you do not want too. Food was amazing! All of my guests loved it regardless of how picky they were. I gave the chef a picture of the cake I wanted and he did it with no problem.

My wife had planned several Christmas parties at 103 West in the downstairs ballroom so we knew they were great to work with. This was our first event in the upstairs ballroom and it was amazing. As usual they were a breeze to deal with and the food was abundant. You could feed multiple people with the amount of food that was on each plate and it was just as good when they served for 150 as when they served for the two of us at our tasting. We were having such a great time that we decided to extend the reception and the request was handled no questions asked.

They handled everything, space, food, drinks, wedding cake. Truly one stop shopping and the quality is all top notch.

The most amazing place ever for a reception! Our guests were blown away by the delicious food, professional staff, and overall beautiful venue. If you want to impress your guests, it well worth the money to have your reception at 103 West.

103 West was the perfect venue for our 20th Anniversary vow renewal. The moment we walked in we knew we'd found the perfect place. The venue is gorgeous and the staff is great to work with. Oh and the food, oh my goodness it's amazing. My guests are still talking about it. Please consider 103 West for your upcoming event, you won't regret it!

Everything from start to finish was seamless with 103 West. The location as well as style of decor inside definitely makes for a grand occasion.

Well I have to say when I first joined wedding wire I was confused by venues that had all 5s' but I lucked into a place that earned and deserved all 5s'. We held our reception @ 103West and its did not dissapoint. 103West is an awesome place to host a wedding reception or event. The food is delicious and my family and friends are still talking about the food. The venue is gorgeous if you are looking for a ballroom feel. With compatiable colors for any color palate. The service was top-notch. While I had some complaints with a couple of my other vendors, this venue is not one of them! We loved Kuren our banquest director. She was phenomenal and there really isn't a problem she can't solve. She made our day so seamless and wonderful. We will go back to this place again for other events in our lives. We love it!

I have only the very best things to say about 103 West! We had our wedding reception there last weekend and from the beginning processes with Kuren to the end of our wedding night everything was perfect! The food was exceptional, the service was fantastic, the ballrooms are beautiful and elegant, and the convenient location in Buckhead was the icing on the cake!

Overall this was a great experience working with the 103 West staff, they were very accommodating, flexible and the quality of service was impeccable. My wife and I had considered various other venues but the quality of service, the customer service, communication and flexibility provided by 103 west staff, particularly Ashley & Leslie was head and shoulders above the rest. Ashley and Leslie were very helpful in ensuring this was a success including providing useful and practical suggestions, when there were handoffs between the two it was handled seamlessly. The preparation for the day was above board and they ensured they were in constant contact with the planner to ensure that they were meeting expectations and executing my wife’s vision accurately. Lastly, our guests loved the food and service as well, this was a comment passed on to us by the majority of the folks who attended, a rarity. I would recommend this place to anyone who understands quality and impeccable customer handling. Thanks for making our day special and memorable!

My husband and I highly recommend this venue. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous, it is basically a one stop shop. I came across this venue online and initially fell in love with its glamorous decor. Once I reached out to the venue and was informed of the many services/perks it provided, we were sold. The venue provides catering serves (including the cake), white and black table linen, tables of various sizes, silver chiavari chairs, and so much more. This was such a relief at the time of our wedding planning process, as I was stationed at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland while planning a wedding in Atlanta, Ga. Midway into the wedding planning process we were introduced to Sophie who was phenomenal. Sophie was super sweet and very patient with me during the entire planning process. She also went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs and wants down to the last detail. Unfortunately, the only downside was that she wasn't available for the rehearsal and actual wedding day so my WP had to coordinate with one of her colleagues last minute. Although we would have loved to finish out our wedding with Sophie, the wedding still was a huge success. My husband and I chose to have our wedding mid morning on the Sunday before the 4th of July and saved so much money by doing so. We were even allowed to set up the day prior due to us being the only event booked that weekend which was even better. Our guest absolutely loved their meals (we still hear about it to this day) and our red velvet buttercream cake was to die for. In all, we are very happy with Virgina Marro and her team at 103 West.

I am still getting compliments about the food! Everything, from the first time I toured until even today, has been an easy and organized event. I worked with Heidi and she was a pleasure! She was honest about what they could and could not do, although they pretty much did everything I wanted. The place was beautiful and even better then I imagined. I know all of my future bride friends are in love!!

We had our wedding reception in the downstairs ballroom at 103 West and we loved it! Leslie was our contact at the venue and she was so great to work with. My work schedule is a bit restrictive, but she always made time to meet when I could, and offered a lot of assistance and great suggestions. She even helped us secure a stage rental for our band. At one point there was a conflict with another booking on the same day, and she was very accommodating to make sure we still got what we wanted for our event. The food was amazing, we had so much great feedback from our guests, and they sent us home with a bag full of leftovers to enjoy that night. The venue itself is beautiful and didn't require much decorating beyond our centerpieces. I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride and groom looking for an elegant and intimate reception space with a great team of vendors to make your event run smoothly.

The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is good, and the staff is extemely cooperative. They worked with me the entire time, gave great advice and guidance, and were very responsive. The night of the wedding, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that each table had their own servers (we did the plated dinner, which I believe is cheaper than the buffet and is the best option), including the head table. The wedding party doesn't have much time to eat, but the staff took it upon themselves to save us platters of the passed hors d'oeuvres, and tracked us down between our pictures on the property so we could eat. This made me SO happy because i was starving and was disappointed that our guest would be able to enjoy all these amazing options that we paid for, but we wouldn't even be able to taste it.... They also packed the wedding party's leftover dinner plates in to-go boxes, because again.. There wasn't enough time for us to finish our meals. Everything was wonderful, and I couldn't have asked for more!

Again, let me stress how beautiful the venue is how how great of a value you're getting. Decorations aren't really necessary except for the table and maybe the altar, because the place is beautiful enough on its own. The venue is dress, they only charge you for food (There is a minimum, but it varies with the time of day and week). And they don't nickel and dime you. If they have something available, it's yours to use. Also, THE CHAIRS!!! Chiavari chairs are usually $3-6/each to rent. They come with the venue here as well.

Great space for a wedding, birthday or any event really. The decor they have installed is amazing and does a lot for the space. You do not even need any additional decor. The staff is friendly and the food is GOOD.

This was an exceptional location for an event. I cannot imagine having my reception anywhere else. Old world meets modern in a stunning venue. People are still talking about how beautiful my reception was and it has been years. The service was impeccable. They even remembered to pack us a snack and sent us off with a bottle of champagne.

Trying to coordinate an event long distance can be difficult but event coordinator Sophie Berger made everything so easy. She was always ready to take my call or promptly answer any email. The chef eagerly met our menu wishes for our rehearsal dinner. The manager and staff ensured the evening went off without a hitch with caring, professional service. Wish I lived in Atlanta so I could use 103 West for all of our parties. Highly recommend!

Heidi Sandate and her staff at 103 West went a long way to ensure that our evening was perfect. We initially only booked one floor of the venue; but there was a cancellation and Heidi offered us an upgrade to the whole facility free of charge. That definitely worked out for the best! The physical space is beautiful and the perfect neutral colors needed little enhancement from our decorations. The food was impeccable, and the worked with us to create a unique menu, that we are still getting compliments on. The cake was exactly what we wanted. The service was perfect.
If we had to do it all over again, we would not change a thing.

Our wedding was nothing short of magical, due to the service delivered by Leslie and her team. We had a scare after booking the venue, as a previous employee booked the ballrooom twice so we were asked to either change our time or they would help find us another venue. Now, don't stop reading there. I spoke with Leslie and her GM afterwards, they did all they could to ensure my happiness even though we had to marry at 11 am rather than 5pm. It turned out wonderful. The staff went over and beyond. My guests felt very well pampered. Leslie was patient and helped me from start to finish. She pays attention to detail and knows what she is doing. She made sure to communicate the necessary details to my other vendors. She was also able to recommmend vendors when asked and they too turned out remarkable. This place doesn't need much decoration as it's already lavish and exquisite. They already have the latest in wedding decor...from chiavari chairs to table linen. They offered to add candles along with the decor we brought and other props for table numbers etc... The food is amazing and doesn't taste like banquet food. They made our cake and it was moist and a hit with all. I would recommend this venue for any occasion as they can handle it all...private dining, weddings, meetings with lunch service, holiday brunch, etc...Thank you to Leslie and the 103 West team for making our day the most memorable and intimate experience ever!

After searching a few weeks for a wedding venue, we finally selected 103 West for a few reasons:
- Location: the Buckhead area is not only trendy/beautiful, but is a great place for your out of town guests to explore when they are in town for the wedding
- Ambiance: the venue itself required little to no "dressing up", so our floral costs were not as high as expected. It has a modern, elegant feel and the chandeliers - I mean who doesn't love chandeliers!? :) Additionally, they were one of the few venues that offered a separate ceremony and reception area - no breaking down of ceremony spaces during cocktail hour for us!
- Price: again, for a venue in Buckhead with that ambience, the price was good. Could we have paid less at another venue? Yes, but we were not willing to sacrifice a first class location and ambiance :)

Our event was well planned - the team definitely knows what they're doing. However there were some hiccups, nothing earth shattering by any means :)
- Valet service is required if you rent the entire venue, which we did. However, the valet company was not present when our guests started to arrive so some guests had to park their own cars and walk up to the venue. Don't get me wrong - parking your own car is not a big deal. BUT if I pay for a service, I expect to have it
- We gave guests 3 pre-selected food options. Filet, Grouper, or Chicken. During our tasting all 3 dishes were exceptionally prepared. However, the night of our wedding a lot of guests complained that the chicken dish was a little dry. My hubby and I both had the filet and grouper and it was excellent!

Overall, we would book an event at 103 West again, with no hesitation!! Our families had the time of their lives (I'm sure that had nothing to do with the open bar lol) and we will never forget our special day!
