Truly gifted and a pleasure to work with
Katie is a truly gifted wedding planner. I know there are so many luxury wedding planners out there, and Katie came recommended to us by our vendor. Choosing her to plan our wedding was the best decision. She is so on top of every detail and her execution is flawless. She is not pushy in the slightest, listens, but reasonably suggests and recommends what she thinks would be best. On top of the details of planning, her personality is definitely something to note as a huge advantage for a wedding planner. Wedding planning can be so immensely stressful and frankly sometimes not fun as a result. Katie has a great sense of calm about her and can handle, I’m convinced, any situation. She told us many stories HA! She will look out for the bride and grooms happiness at all times. I cannot recommend Katie enough to do your wedding planning. She is a true pleasure to work with and executes stunning weddings. -

Katie was absolutely amazing in helping me to plan the wedding of our dreams!!! There is no one you want in control on your wedding day more than her!! She had everything fully under control and made the day seamless!!! As the bride I felt so calm and at ease that everything was taken care of! She also had amazing vendor recommendations and got a few things booked for me last minute which totally saved us!! We can’t recommend her enough for any event needs!!! -

I had my wedding this past March and turned to Katie for advice and planning after a friend recommended her. Not only is she incredibly organized and detail oriented, but she is CREATIVE. I held the wedding at my own farm, which is not a traditional venue, but she transformed the place into an inviting space that guests are still talking about weeks later. The words “best wedding I’ve ever been to” were uttered. She has connections with local vendors that I would not have known about, and was thrilled to support. She knew the rental company contacts by first name. She knew the DJ coordinator by first name. She even took it upon herself to hire a videographer friend of hers, just in case I wanted it afterwards. If you need help planning a wedding in any way, or for me the entire thing- she is your girl. Her team is phenomenal and I won’t ever forget the day she created for me and my husband. Truly an asset from start to finish. -

If you're looking for a Wedding Planner in the South Florida area, look no further! Katie is incredible! Our wedding was delayed for 10 months due to COVID-19, and Katie was there for us the entire time. Katie never let the any curveballs throw her off, and she helped my wife and I navigate everything that was thrown our way. She's incredibly thoughtful, even throwing us a small celebration on what was supposed to be our original wedding date. No detail is too small, and she helped bring our ideas to life! Katie has become a life long friend that I can't speak highly enough of! -

I had my wedding at The Breakers this April and Katie + her team made all my dreams come to life. She is honest, adaptable, organized, detail orientated and beyond creative. Many curve balls were thrown our way due to the pandemic/possibility of having to postpone but Katie and her team adapted every step of the way and encouraged us to forge forward. She recommended the most AMAZING vendors including; hair/makeup, photographer, videographer, day of detail designer, invitation printer, floral/decor and the most incredible band that our guest will never forget. Katie listens to what the couple wants and makes it happen while staying in the budget. Her team really shined the last few weeks leading up to the wedding working tirelessly putting together day of details, welcome bags, arranging last minute florals for the rehearsal dinner and fielding calls/questions from our guests. Our reception was absolutely breathtaking due to her creativity and attention to detail. We along with our guests will never forget the “Wedding of the Century” all thanks to Katie and The Breakers. I would recommend Katie’s team in a heartbeat to anyone planning a wedding or special event in South Florida!! -

I’m “that girl” who has always dreamed about her perfect wedding; Katie was able to help bring all of my wildest dreams to life!! Our wedding planning journey was anything but ordinary with 3 venues & 2 dates, we threw A LOT at Katie and she handled it all with ease. Like many people, we were a COVID couple. Katie helped us navigate through postponing as well as many tough decisions that we were faced with during a hard time in our life. Katie acted not only as our wedding planner, but as a friend during this time and that’s something we’ll always be grateful for. Ultimately we landed on an intimate backyard wedding that I still dream about daily!! From the flowers & signage, chairs & food, to the band & lighting, glam & photography, Katie had an absolutely amazing team of vendors who helped make our wedding the best day ever. All of the people who we had the pleasure of working with, came to us through Katie & we are already trying to find an excuse to work with them all again!! If you are in need of a wedding or event planner for any occasion in your life, I can’t recommend Katie enough! She was amazing to work with and helped bring the wedding of our dreams to life in the most absolutely spectacular way. Katie, we are so grateful for all that you did for us, let’s run it back every year! -

Katie at 59 & Bluebell is absolutely amazing. She planned every last detail for my bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, wedding and wedding brunch. She is professional, creative and feels like a part of the family. Also, her team is on top of it - I felt so taken care of on wedding day. They handle and take care of everything. From the pre planning to execution, Katie is with you every step of the way bringing your unique vision to life, while working in budget and executing beautifully. Katie was so wonderful to work with! I hired her to help with the month of/day of the wedding. She recommended the best vendors available while staying within our budget, and offered amazing suggestions. Plus she has great connections with all sorts of wedding vendors. Katie checked in with me constantly throughout planning our wedding and always welcomed my questions. She made sure the wedding planning wasn't stressful and made our wedding day go smoothly. Katie is an absolute asset to the wedding planning process. The vendors that Katie has connections with and recommend were amazing, particularly the florist, DJ, and photographers. Normally on wedding day, the mother of the bride would be very stressed and frantic but not with Katie. I was able to relax with my daughter all morning and afternoon as my daughter and the rest of the wedding party got ready instead of stressing. This is because Katie handled everything the day of wedding, from making sure vendors were arriving on time to ensuring our personal wedding touches, like the guest book and pictures of the couples, were in place and looking great. Being stress free on the day of the wedding was so rewarding and I can’t thank Katie enough - I would highly recommend her! -

Katie was a joy to work with!!! She is very professional, prompt in responding, happy to answer any and all questions, and just a vast resource for anything wedding related. Our florist went MIA a week before the wedding, and Katie told us “not to worry”, she would find us another. She did find us another, and the flowers were gorgeous! We honestly would not have known what to do. Do not hesitate to work with Katie. She is a godsend, and you will be so glad you did. -

Nothing short of excellent
Words can’t express the gratitude that is have for Katie and her team at 59andbluebell! Not only was she with me every step of the way, she was professional, connected, had wonderful ideas, and most importantly knew how to balance and please all of the personalities involved in my planning process! My wedding was held at the Four Seasons Palm Beach where she assisted me in picking the perfect vendors and coronated every detail flawlessly while keeping us all grounded. I could not recommend a better planner, wish for a better experience, or could picture my day/planning process without her! She knows how make a bride not only feel special, but relaxed because you know that you are in the best hands! -
