  Amazing experience

  Connie is phenomenal! Our wedding was last week and everyone keeps talking about how amazing the food was. She was very flexible when setting up the tasting and my husband and I had such a fun time trying everything and she made us feel right at home. She has passion in her work and it shows! I felt so relieved knowing she was in charge of the place settings and food- I knew it would be perfect and it was. I found out after the wedding that she accidentally added a whole other side dish to the meal and did not charge us for it. She is the kindest lady and runs a professional, prompt, affordable business. HIGHLY recommend.

  Delicious food and great service!

  We hired Connie to cater our wedding and our guests did not stop talking about how great the food was! We did a breakfast buffet for dinner and I was pretty excited to have leftovers for the next few days. Connie was so delightful to work with and it really felt like she took the time to take good care of us. We would love to work with her again if we had the chance!

  We were short on time in getting a cake and they were able to pull through for us. Plus, we got several feedback from our guests saying the food was great and I agree with them. Team was responsive, and delivered what we expected.

  Working with Connie could not have been any easier! She was amazing. When deciding what caterer to use, she made the decision a no-brainer. Our tasting was phenomenal. We are from out of state, so she was very accommodating with our time schedule. The food at the wedding was just as great as the tasting! Prices were also certainly affordable! We were so happy with everything from Connie!

  A Catered Affair with Connie recently catered my wedding and I would hands down recommend her to anyone!   Connie was amazing!! From the beginning, she was nothing but helpful to us! She worked with us and our budget without any hesitation. We were so lucky to have worked with her and get to know her. We were invited to her house for tastings and got to know her well. The wedding was amazing and everyone could not stop talking about the food. I highly recommend the mashed potato bar!!! She made sure that we sat down, ate and even delivered our food to the table for us! She did special accomidations for a couple of my vegan relatives as well. I cannot thank her enough for such great food and a great wedding!

We had plenty of food for guests wanting seconds and there was even enough food to take home.

Connie helped us make decisions regarding decoration, table settings and our time slots for the reception events. If it weren't for Connie my husband and I would have been overwhelmed with all our choices. I recommend her and her ser ices to anyone having a wedding or any catered affair!

  Connie DuBois was so amazing through catering for my wedding. Her menu is so large to choose from, and I had the pleasure of trying many of her delicious sides and entrees at one of her bridal shows in Fort Collins at the Lincoln Center. What I liked the most, is that she had catered at my venue before, was very explanatory with how she had done things before, and wanted to be at the final walk through of the venue with me. She was very specific on where things would be set up and what time she would be there. I am still eating my amazing leftovers from my wedding day that I've frozen, just to be reminded of the day. She even made a special cake not on the menu that was requested by my husband, without any problem. If you want a personal experience with the greatest caterer in northern Colorado, pick a Catered Event With Connie. You will not be disappointed!!! Thanks Connie :-)

  Connie catered my daughter's wedding and it was wonderful. The food was excellent and it was beautifully displayed on the buffet table. At the last minute I asked if she would put out the desserts as my daughter had wanted a sampling and several people made items. We realized that no one wanted to plate these and Connie came to the rescue.

Aside from catering, Connie helped me on decor ideas and came to my rescue when my cake baker bailed on me 2 days before my wedding. I didn't know who to call so I called Connie and she was able to find someone to bake my cake with such short notice. She also got us a lovely picture frame as a wedding gift! Connie isn't just your normal wedding caterer. She understands that this is one of the biggest days of your life. She sees you and your day as any other person would... a bride wanting a great wedding, not just a customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

She attended to all our needs and even came out to our head table to find out how we were enjoying our meal. She took care of every detail from the fabulous food, which was beautifully presented, to the traffic flow of our guests.
