  Wedding Dress

  Got my beautiful dress from here! They keep in stock the darkest color of each dress (still just off white) so it can be hard to imagine if you want a pure white dress but I wanted off white so it was perfect! I don’t know if they always have the deal but since I bought off the rack if got 50% off!

  Just wonderful!

  I had a wonderful experience at Absolute Haven! I am so glad that I got my dress from here! The prices were reasonable and the quality of the dresses were perfection. Best choice for a bride on a budget. This is a family owned business and that made the appointment even more personal. I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat to any bride.

  Great Experience

  So beyond thankful that I found Absolute Haven! The customer service was phenomenal and the store was very clean. They had a great selection of quality dresses to chose from with great prices! I found two PERFECT dresses and chose the one that went best with the venue and season. I would highly recommend checking out Absolute Haven.

  Excellent and stress free

  The owners of Bridal Haven were great! The process of my daughter picking out her dress was great, no pressure and enjoyable!! Very fair price for a beautiful dress!

  Absolute Haven is just that! The ladies are professional yet very caring and positive. My dress was ready in much less time than expected. I wanted to add more of the original lace to my detachable train, and those ladies ordered the perfect amount of lace right away! I highly recommend Absolute Haven for the best value, flexibility, professionalism and QUALITY of service.

  If you're looking for something elegant and one of a kind I would recommend Absolute Haven. The owner is a wonderful woman and she has a beautiful selection of wedding dresses.

  I purchased a beautiful dress from Absolute Haven that I got so many compliments on and that many people thought cost much more than it actually did. I decided to go to Absolute Haven because I don't like large bridal stores and wanted more one on one time and personal care. I received exactly that and it was a wonderful experience to be doted on by the two ladies. I was very pleased with the selection and overall experience and would definitely recommend Absolute Haven to other brides looking for a more personal experience. Also, the seamstress they recommended was amazing! She did a great job, was quick, and reasonably priced. I was very impressed.

  If you are shopping for a wedding dress, please go see the ladies at Absolute Haven! The dresses are, price-wise, on the lower end of the spectrum for wedding dresses. But, they have some beautiful selections and some standard wedding magazine designers. The two ladies that work there are so sweet and professional. I think they sell themselves short as the store ambiance could be so much better. With a nice couch or chairs, and some better lighting (removing the overhead, long fluorescent lights), they could make it a "prettier" shop. Which I think would help get more people in the door. I ended up not purchasing my dress there, but found some great options.

  Kim from Absolute Haven was such a pleasure to work with. I initiallly went to a larger bridal store in the area, who carried the same line of dresses. But the salespeople there were quite rude to us and recommeded that every girl order 1 size too big and just get it altered down (?!!). So I left and eventually found Absolute Haven. We ordered all our bridesmaids' dresses through her. Through no fault of hers, one of the dresses (the MOH!) did not arrive with the rest of the dresses. We contacted the dress company multiple times, and the dress finally arrived 9 days before the wedding!! To make matters worse, it arrived in the wrong color. I spoke with Kimberly and she called the dress company to see if there was any way we could get a new dress before the wedding. She had to speak with several people to determine how this happened. She finally got them to send us a new dress, which arrived 2 days before the wedding. She was so helpful throughout the whole ordeal. As you can imagine, I was pretty stressed about it, but I knew it was not her fault and she did her absolute best to rectify the situation. In the end everything turned out great, and I'm so glad I went through her store! I would definitely recommend visiting her and buying from her small local business where you get personal service!

  I can't say enough great things about Kimberly and Absolute Haven! She was fantastic to work with and the dresses in her store are (in my opinion) the best in Tallahassee. She doesn't have a huge store, but she definitely picks quality over quantity. She has such great taste in picking her inventory. I found a handful of dresses that I loved and the prices were very affordable. Absolute Haven is a hidden jewel!! Thank you Kimberly! :)

  I ultimately ended up getting my dress elsewhere, but I just had to review this place because of the wonderful service and beautiful dresses! I was looking for something very specific that they didn't have, but their dresses were so lovely that I almost changed my mind and purchased there! The owners are extremely friendly and they were helpful. They talked to me about how I could alter one dress in particular that I was almost on the verge of purchasing, and they had options such as sleeves and offered alterations at wonderful prices! All their dresses are a$2000 and under too! I love this place.

  I loved my dress and I loved working with Kimberly at Absolute Haven. They always made me feel so comfortable and excited every time I visited the shop. They have great dresses at great prices! The only issue I had was with the bridesmaid dresses, it took a long time to get them in and the company they were ordered from was not helpful when it came to fit. I don't think this reflects on Absolute Haven however, since it was not them but the dress making company.

I guess as long as there isn't a problem they're okay. However, 5 of the dresses we received from Absolute Haven were wrong. Not only were they falling off of the bridesmaids, but the associates did nothing to remedy the situation.   We apologize if you all are unhappy with some of the dresses. When you and your party met with us in early October we discussed everything including our policies, colors, prices, how estimated shipping works, and how we make suggestion on sizes based off the measurement but ultimately the final decision is yours. We did all we could to prevent the bridesmaids from having to pay the rush fee for their dresses by keeping you constantly updated on estimated shipping times from the vendor. When the dresses were orders at the end of December we went over the sizes again individually with each bridesmaid. Two of the bridesmaids order the exact size they tried on in the store, the third bridesmaid gave us her measurement over the phone taken from someone else, the fourth bridesmaid didn’t give us measurements at all just the size she wanted to order and the 5th bridesmaid ordered a size 2 which was the smallest dress size available. The dresses were the right color, the right styles, the exact sizes the bridesmaids agreed upon. The bridesmaid dresses actually came in a month earlier than expected. Unfortunately this dispute is after the 10 day grace period and we are unable to exchange the dresses. However we have spoken with the seamstress we recommend and she assured us that the dresses can be altered. We apologize and wish you all the best.
