  The wedding of our dreams!

  We chose Akiin as our wedding venue first because of their beautiful water front location in Tulum Beach, but also because we felt very comfortable working with the wedding planners and coordinators. Since day 1 they understood our vision and recommended and helped us contract the best vendors to make our dream wedding a reality within our budget. Their amazing team served our guests with the best attitude and ensured we all had the best time ever! We truly enjoyed every part of the planning process and our wedding day was the best day of our lives! It was everything we ever dreamed off .

  We chose Akiin as our wedding venue first because of their beautiful water front location in Tulum Beach, but also because we felt very comfortable working with the wedding planners and coordinators.   Perfect Wedding Day

  Dana made our wedding dreams a reality! She guided us through the entire process, offering top-notch vendor suggestions and even accommodating our unconventional choices like an abundance of disco balls and bringing in bigger musicians.
  
  We toured 4 other locations but found Akiin to be perfect. The beach setting was idyllic, with turquoise waves and white sand as our backdrop. We also had a beautiful palapa where dinner was served and a central bar. It felt like an adult playground!
  
  The ability to use Akiin and allow guests to book their stay wherever they wanted, provided accessibility for guests of all budgets. Akiin also provided us privacy which would not have been the case at hotel venues where you would have to share your space with strangers.
  
  Sandra and Mar executed flawlessly, ensuring a beautiful and seamless wedding day. It truly became an unforgettable experience for all, but most importantly for my husband and me.

  Akiin is the dream!!

  Akiin is a magical venue and the perfect location for a dream destination wedding! The way everything is laid out creates a very special experience for a wedding and ourselves and our guests could not believe how beautiful everything was. From the moment you enter, you feel you are in a private enchanted setting and everything then flows perfectly from the drinks on arrival, to the ceremony, the dinner and of course the truly memorable beach party.
  
  We were able to completely customise and design all aspects of the day and night with the help of our amazing wedding planner, Dana! Everything was made perfect and just how we dreamed and Dana helped us with SO much advice along the way about what would work the best (from vendors to design to the flow of the day). The planning process was smooth and clear, Dana had everything controlled and was very easy to contact and speak with at all times. It is a very personal touch. Dana and Akiin has great relationships with all the best vendors and made our lives so easy by managing and coordinating most of the communication in the planning process. Dana was also able to help us to find some ‘emergency’ accommodation for our guests at late notice which was unbelievable.
  
  On the day, Dana had everything perfectly executed to complete perfection so there was no stress on us and our guest were able to have the best time of their lives! Sandra and the rest of the Akiin team were fantastic too and very attentive and passionate about making sure things were perfect. We are so grateful to Dana and everyone at Akiin.

  Amazing Experience! 100% recommend

  We had an amazing experience with Akiin for our Welcome Dinner the night before our wedding. Dana was very helpful in planning the night to make sure we had everything we needed. They were able to set up a projector and microphone for my guests to give speeches. The projector was a bit hard to see until the sun went down. However, it was nice to have in the background while guests ate dinner. While our guests had cocktail hour, we had a photo session on the beach. I love the different photo opps at Akiin. I definitely recommend!

  Breathe taking spot! Amazing wedding planners!

  This was out of a dream! Private venue, beautiful views, and can accommodate a lot of guests! We had a destination wedding, and about 100 people attended, more then enough room. My wedding planner Dana was a saint from start to finish! She helped me out with everything under the sun. Amazing venue. Highly recommend

  Had the BEST wedding experience at Akiin!

  We loved Akiin so much. The space is huge, so we were able to do the ceremony on the beach, dinner under the main palapa and reception on the sand all in different spaces. Typical wedding food is notoriously bad - the food here was freaking amazing! All of our guests were raving about how good it was - we had 2 plated courses plus a buffet of local dishes that tasted gourmet without breaking the bank. Venue was easy to work with and accommodating. It was absolutely gorgeous and really made an impression on both us and our guests. Would highly recommend!

  We loved Akiin so much. The space is huge, so we were able to do the ceremony on the beach, dinner under the main palapa and reception on the sand all in different spaces.   Everything we wanted and more

  The venue was amazing, but on top of that, the service was impeccable and everyone so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, the place like heaven on earth and we felt so special! Truly the best place if you are looking for a beautiful, private, special wedding.

  Superb experience! True masters of detail and craft!

  I can't say enough good things about the staff and beauty of Ak'iin Beach Club. They treated us with upmost respect and assured us that everything would go as planned and on budget, and it did! They take care of all the details for you and are just amazing people to work with. If you are debating on considering Ak'iin Beach Club for your wedding, I'd highly suggest it.

  Our dreamy bohemian wedding

  If you want a beach wedding in Tulum, Akiin is the place! Although we had unpredicted rain during our special day, Sandra the manager and the rest of wedding planners were amazing at keeping us at ease. Thankfully everything worked out perfectly and we even got a beautiful rainbow in the background during our ceremony.
  I must admit it was challenging planning a destination wedding but Dana our wedding planner helped us hire all of our vendors and coordinate all of our needs. Be prepared to start the actual planning no earlier than 3-4 months before the wedding unlike what you may be used to (in the US for example, when you plan things a year in advance sometimes). All the vendors we used were amazing and made our dream wedding even more beautiful than we could’ve imagined.
  On the wedding day the staff was very attentive and friendly with all of our guests and made sure everyone was tended to.
  The food was incredible! Still dreaming about those tuna tostadas, shrimp salad and steak. You can tell the chef puts so much effort and love into making your plate look like it belongs to a Pinterest board.
  And the drinks… delicious! We had passion fruit mezcalitas and vodka hibiscus cocktails as our welcome drinks. They were so good and the presentation was even better.
  We’d hire Akiin again in a heartbeat! Thank you for helping us make our perfect bohemian wedding a reality!

  Great Food, Great Service, Great Location

  We were so happy that we chose Akiin for our wedding venue! We did a bold thing and decided to have our wedding at Akiin in Tulum although we had never traveled there, and didn't get to see the venue in person until the day before the wedding. The venue is a gorgeous blank slate that you can design out to your hearts desire. The thing that stuck out most though was the food and service! The service was incredible. Not only us, but our guests too were so well taken care of. The food exceeded our expectations, and that says a lot because we are a food obsessed couple who can be tough critics in that area. We wish they would have been a little more flexible with us working on the "extras", but overall we would still recommend Akiin for any wedding.

  Dreamy Jungle Disco Wedding

  We had a wonderful wedding at Akiin February 2023 with about a year to plan. The location is perfect situated right on the beach in the best party area location of Tulum. Perfect mix of jungle and beach. Dana was our planner and recommended all of the local vendors for our big day which were fantastic. The team set up the venue on the day of to perfection. The day went by very smoothly. The food was so delicious, what a great culinary experience. Although we went quite a bit over our budget, the wedding itself was worth it and we had an amazing day and experience. Truly was the best day ever and I wish we could relive it!

  Beautiful venue -no communication!

  Is this venue still in business? In the past two weeks I have tried multiple emails, whatsapp messages and calls to Sandra Cervantes (only listed contact on website) and no response. If anyone knows the secret on how to get in contact with someone please reply.
