  Book them now!

  Brandy and her team were a dream to work with. After looking at many different companies for rentals, my husband and I decided to book with Brandy who provided our ceremony chairs, reception chairs, and farm tables. The rentals we chose were high quality and offered at a reasonable price. They truly made such a difference in our venue and elevated the space. Brandy was very responsive throughout the planning process and was flexible with the changing guest count. Our venue manager had never worked with Brandy before and after the fact told us how happy he was with All Occasions and how he will be recommending them to his future brides. Choosing All Occasions was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

  All Occasions transformed our space!

  Working with Brandy for our Saratoga wedding was seamless from start to finish! We made several changes to our order of chiavari chairs, twinkle lights with pipe and drape, lace table overlay, and space heaters throughout wedding planning, and Brandy was so accommodating through it all! When we went to see the space on the day before our wedding, we could not believe how much our rented items from All Occasions transformed the room from an "event center" feel to a magical ballroom straight out of a wedding magazine! We cannot recommend All Occasions enough to anyone looking to transform their venue space into exactly how they envision it!

  Brandy and her team made out event with their beautiful chiavari chairs! I knew immediately when I saw them online that I had to have them for my wedding. Brandy was super responsive and made sure that the delivery and pickup went smoothly. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking to get any kind of party rentals in the future!

  Brandy from All Occasions Chiavari Rentals was such a pleasure to deal with. She was super responsive and answered all of our many questions.   Amazing Rental Company!!

  Working with Brandy and her team was an absolute dream! She is exactly who you want to hire for your special day. She is so easy to work with and very responsive. All of her items for rental were in excellent condition, and she was so flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. I was making changes at the last minute, and she worked to get it done. Brandy and her team show up on time and get right to work. I couldn't have been more impressed. And her prices are so reasonable!! 10/10 would recommend All Occasions Chiavari Rentals for your wedding day, or any other event.

  Above and Beyond!

  All Occasions Chiavari Rentals was fantastic! We had so much back and forth with changes to our orders due to COVID-19 restrictions and updated protocols, and Brandy was always so helpful, responsive and understanding. The prices were also great! We highly recommend this company and hope to work with Brandy again in the future!

  Best Rental Company!

  Brandy was fantastic to work with. She was so responsive and had the most reasonable pricing out of all of the vendors we inquired with. I was completely blown away with the linen wedding backdrop she created for us. She coordinated setup and take down directly with our venue which was one less thing I had to worry about. Thank you Brandy!!!

  We originally hired All Occasions to rent chairs for a ceremony we intended to have outdoors. Our plans dramatically changed halfway through the planning process and Brandy was extremely accommodating through it all. Brandy reached out to our venue manager for us to confirm a few details and she visited the site multiple times to make sure she could deliver on our requests. She also promptly accommodated additional rental requests we had as we moved closer to our date. What I appreciated the most about Brandy was that she made sure she could actually do what we requested. Some vendors say what the Bride and Groom want to hear, however Brandy was very realistic with us and made sure she could demonstrate what we wanted - even when our vision wasn't completely clear. Overall, when I walked into our ceremony room and saw what she was able to accomplish I was very happy! Everything was setup as expected and agreed upon. Overall All Occasions was one of our favorite vendors to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in need of rental services.

  Brandy is absolutely phenomenal. We rented our chuppah from her and if I knew about her sooner we would have done much more. I sent her a photo of a chuppah I loved and she immediately said yes, I can do that. Little did I know that she created a whole new structure for me that now others can rent!! She is creative and excellent to work with. Her invoicing is one of the easiest we dealt with for our wedding, it was all online and just really simple. I absolutely recommend working with her. We also worked with one of the larger rental companies in the area and it doesn’t even compare to Brandy’s service. We absolutely loved her!

  We are so happy we found Brandy and All Occasions Chiavari Rentals. She responds very quickly and was very accommodating to our changes and questions. We rented the white padded chairs and they looked they had never been used before. She keeps them in mint condition. The delivery and pickup was a breeze and she was very flexible on working with us on the time of delivery. We would recommend again in a heartbeat!

  Brandy and her team were top-notch and they CARE about what they are doing. They really take care of their products. The white padded chairs were like new. Emails and calls were returned quickly, tent and rental items were delivered and picked up on time. Great vendor!
