    Fabulous experience!

    We had a fabulous experience with Michael and his team! Everything ran smoothly and the day of coordinator, Robyn, was thorough and very detail-oriented from the rehearsal and the wedding day. We were extremely happy with the DJ, Cake vendor and Florist. We had a pretty specific vision of the design and set-up of the tables and décor and Michael's team executed it perfectly. We would highly recommend The Red Horse Barn!

    When I first got engaged a year ago, I was so torn because I had never wanted to have a wedding. Going down to city hall was fine with me. However, my husband was pretty into the idea of having a wedding. The thought of planning one with our busy schedules gave me many many nightmares. That's when I found An All Inclusive Event. I cannot rave enough about them. Truly AMAZING! They planned our wedding for a year down to the very last detail, they listened to our needs, and they made a dream wedding happen with very little effort from myself or my now husband. If you are thinking of choosing wedding planners, they are the only ones you need to go with. As their title says, they are all inclusive. You pay a fee and they take it from there. Everything from the chairs, the flowers, the food, EVERYTHING, they will handle for you. They will communicate with you throughout and they will make sure you are happy the entire time.

    I will likely use them again for any other big event/party I'll need to throw. LITERALLY THE BEST OUT THERE.

    Now that everything post-wedding has officially calmed down, I would like to take a moment to thank these very special people ( An All Inclusive Event) for all of their dedication, hard work, professionalism, friendliness, understanding, encouragement, and positive attitudes! In the back of my mind, I had always thought I would be a little bridzilla, but I didn't want to be. Terilyn, Michael, and Robyn are all angels sent down to prevent brides from turning into brizillas. I cannot even begin to express how much gratitude I have toward these 3 lovely people. Without their help, I would have definitely been a crazy woman and would not have been able to enjoy the wedding process, the days leading up to the wedding, or the actual wedding day itself. They handled everything so I wouldn't have to stress. They even managed t to take are of everything long distance because 9 months before we got married, my husband and I moved to Denver, CO. I had a vision in mind and they completely understood it without much explanation. I believe it's because they took the time to get to know me so they understood me without having to say too much (so impressive). They made sure everything was perfect along the way and during the wedding day. It was...as if my vision became a reality to the tee. I am so impressed with the high quality planning and end product. TOTALLY worth every penny. They are super reasonably priced for the high quality end product, food, decor, etc; nothing they do it cookie cutter or generic. Any bride getting married out there, you absolutely have to have An All Inclusive Event by your side every step of the way! Love you guys! Thanks for making my wedding something I smile about.

    They were wonderful. Whatever question it need I had, they would respond promptly. I couldn't have asked for anything more from them. They made our special day worry free and everything I had ever wanted!

    My husband and I are SO SO SO happy we decided on a day of planner for our wedding and even more ecstatic that we were able to work with Terilyn and Michael for our big day! We debated for months on if this was a day of cost we wanted to spring for and I seriously can't say enough about how worth it was to work with this wonderful duo. From the moment we met with them we knew that we were in good hands. As the bride, I felt an instant weight off my shoulders knowing Terilyn and Michael were on our side and would be just what we needed to make sure our day ran smoothly. They went out of their way to make sure that everything went perfect and thought of every single detail I wouldn't have otherwise thought of. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to friends and family. They were seriously our sanity from the moment we met them through the entire wedding. They are also the sweetest people you will come in contact with. They have years and years of experience and you can so tell through the way they handled us, our wedding party, family and guests.     An All Inclusive Event did a fantastic job for us. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Terilyn and Diane exceeded our expectations by helping us with all our needs, concerns, desires, and made our guests feel honored. They are an exceptional company who I would highly recommend for any occasion. They would certainly be hired by us should we need them for any future needs.     Terilyn and Michael were fabulous! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and exactly what we wanted for our wedding! They were very quick to respond to questions through email and phone calls. They were in constant communication with us regarding all aspects of our event and always followed through. They compliment each other in their work and were very professional with all of our vendors. Down to the most detailed "to do" list, they were on top of everything and ahead of the game as far as timing was concerned. I did not have to worry that something wouldn't be done. They put me at ease and took care of it all on the day of. We were very pleased with how our wedding turned out! We constantly recommend them to others!

    You will not be sorry with An All Inclusive Event! My husband and I got married at the Vista de Oro site and it was a stunning wedding. Mike and Terilyn are the absolute best wedding coordination team ever. The WHOLE planning process was so enjoyable and stress free. They have all the hook-ups with the BEST vendors (photography, DJs, flowers, stationary, etc.) and most of it is included in the price. As Mike said, "If you see it in our office, pictures or our storage unit, you can use it."

    Our wedding day was picture perfect! Their wedding day staff is a fantastic size and they are all very well trained (helping people walk up stairs, finding the bride's bouquet when she couldn't find it, smiling, filling drinks, communicating with each other). I did not have to lift a finger from beginning to end. I loved how the girls and the boys both got a tray of cheese and fruit with champagne in our quarters while getting ready. The ice even had live plummerias in them! It was an absolute pleasure working with An All Inclusive Event!

    Extremely accommodating, great suggestions, honest people, very attentive to details, organized, friendly, amazing all inclusive price, caring, great with email contact, made the wedding of our dreams happen in only a few months, large-trained staff, I could go on and on.

    We had the mexican buffet, stuffed mushrooms, fruit and cheese tray and the spinach-artichoke dip on crostini's and hand made tortilla chips. The cake was done by Cinderella Cakes and was perfect. Invitation selection was pretty big and we found the perfect ones with Mike and Terilyn.

    They were always very responsive to our emails and texts. We had every detail planned out. I did not stress out one bit.

    Thank you to An All Inclusive Event!!!! This was the wedding of my dreams!

    The wedding took place at Vista de Oro Estate, La Habra Heights. It is a very romantic, breathtaking venue, with the flair of vintage Hollywood in the air. Both ceremony and reception took place at this venue. The name An All Inclusive Event is NOT just a catchy name. An All Inclusive Event is very professional and puts the families and guests of bride and groom needs FIRST! Every detail is planned and executed precisely. The only thing I heed to using the Vista de Oro venue is that there are a lot of stairways. Make sure that any disabled or elder guests are accommodated properly.

    Unforgettable is what Michael and Terilyn made our wedding day! Everything from the cake to the dj to decorations and the service, anything that we needed or wanted was brought or set up. They went above and beyond to make sure that our day and planning before hand was stress free. They even went as far as to help us handle controlling parents and keep them sidetracked. The day of we didn't have to do anything but walk down the aisle, enjoy our day and our family/friends! We have recommended them to many people since our big day and will continue to do so in hopes that more people can take advantage of their top notch service! Michael and Terilyn genuinely care about you and do their best to make sure that your day is just how you pictured it to be!

    If you are looking for a wedding on or near the beach, An All Inclusive Event is the ONLY way to go! Michael, Terilyn and Robyn are the most wonderful people. They are also just as excited about your wedding as you are! I want to have my wedding again it was so wonderful!

    Michael, Terilynn & Robyn were an absolute pleasure to work with. It was my first choice as our ceremony site and once I visited, I HAD TO HAVE IT THERE!! It overlooks the clean, crisp Laguna Beach on a cliff. It has a beautiful oceanfront view with different alters available and included. Next to the ceremony area is nice gazebo with green artificial grass (good for heels) to take even more great photos. An All Inclusive Event took great care of me before along with on the day of. =)

    Michael and Terilyn did an amazing job. They helped with all the little details and managed all my vendors perfectly so I did not have to worry about anything. The ceremony and reception site at Laguna Village is amazing and the perfect place to have a wedding, especially when An All Inclusive Event is in charge!

    My wife and I could not be happier with the way our event turned out. The All Inclusive Team handled most of the details that go into planning a wedding, but it was their experience and personal guidance that really made the difference.

    The venue itself was beautiful, and they made it more so with stylish and ingenious decor that accentuated the oceanside theme. Our flowers and cake were stunning, the DJ handled M.C. duties with aplomb while spinning some of our favorite tunes, and our photographer captured all of the best moments with a thoroughly professional yet fun approach to her work.

    Let's not forget the food and the service. The appetizers, beverages, cuisine, event coordinators, waiters and bar service were all top notch. It's safe to say that our guests were pampered and treated like royalty.

    Our sincerest gratitude goes to the All Inclusive Event team for exceeding our every expectation and ensuring that our special day will live fondly in our memories forever.

    All Inclusive really came through for us. We had no idea where to start and they led us through the entire process. Fun, friendly and made everyone feel comfortable.

    My husband and I selected Laguna Village as our ceremony and reception venue due to the amazing view. I was planning this California wedding all the way from the east coast and Terilyn & Michael of AAIE truly guided us through this entire process. Most, if not all, of the communication was via e-mails with Terilyn. She was always very prompt with notifying us when she received our e-mail and would respond immediately to the issue.

    At first, we were worried about how everything would come together since we were away. It only took a 2 day visit to AAIE where we literally spent the day picking out all of the details: food tasting, cake tasting, invitations, place settings, florals, etc... After that visit, Terilyn did the rest. My husband and I just took the rest of the time making our own details that would make the venue our own.

    We decided to hire our own photographer instead of using the one AAIE suggested. You are also responsible for communicating with DJ Dave, the officiant and The Cliffs bar on your own.

    As other reviews have mentioned, parking is the only real "problem". Please take the time to notify your guests of the parking situation. I had 2 families miss our ceremony because they had difficulties with directions.

    I was also worried about lighting for photography and inclement weather. I have yet to receive my photographs but I do not think it will be an issue after seeing family personal pictures. My husband and I had a late April wedding and we ended up renting 2 additional heaters (and utilizing the 2 heaters and 30 fleece blankets that were already provided by AAIE). Once dancing started, staying warm was not a problem.

    As far as the flow of the actual wedding day, I was most nervous and on edge the hour before the ceremony began. I do wish that there was a little more organization and guidance on the part of AAIE. I was sitting in the bridal suite and the helper at the office did not even realize I was the bride. I nervously sat as I saw AAIE workers still searching for items for our wedding that was supposed to start in 20-30 minutes. We also heard form a few relatives that AAIE (during the stress of setting up the wedding) was not very friendly to them as they arrived.

    However, once the ceremony started, everything ran smoothly (with the exception of some mic problems during the ceremony). My husband and I still talk about how AAIE and Terilyn was always there to watch us and keep everything on time. We (and our guests) just enjoyed the evening!

    The next day, before we left, we realized that 2 items were not returned to us: cake topper & marriage license. Luckily, we realized this before we left for the airport. After a simple phone call with AAIE, we were able to resolve this issue.
