    exceeded expectations!

    Laura and her team did a great job on our wedding sound systems, stage, and gorgeous bistro lighting. Laura is dedicated, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly- wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I was super impressed by her responsiveness, flexibility and problem-solving in a last minute stage size change needed!

    Laura and her crew did an amazing job with our wedding! The lighting that was provided was unbelievable. It was way better than we imagined. She even did a surprise backdrop for the altar out of the blue. This kind of professionalism and and the fact that she went out of her way to make something incredible was amazing. Thank you so MUCH!

    These guys are just the best and the lighting at our wedding at Fox Chase Farm was incredible! I highly recommend them.

    This group is awesome! Not only did my wedding lights look beautiful, but they were booked almost all weekend (Friday-Sunday) with my wedding on Saturday night. She was able to come on Thursday and plan it out, and then made sure that it was able to get set up early Friday morning. Talk about willing to work with her clients! I could not have been happier!!

    My husband and I used ACG for our uplighting at our wedding this past May and loved the results of their work! We met with Laura at our venue several weeks in advance of our wedding so we could select the color of our uplighting. Laura made sure to have our custom Gobo ready for us, so we could see what it would look like (we had a monogram of our names and it was gorgeous - she matched the font to our wedding invitations!). The ACG team arrived at our wedding on time, and had everything set up perfectly! We had to bring our ceremony indoors at the very last minute, and the uplighting made the ceremony even more gorgeous than I had imagined. Then, as the evening progressed and it got darker, the beauty of the uplighting continued to surpass our expectations. They gave us the perfect touch to our perfect day!

    The uplights for our wedding made our reception beautiful. It was a wonderful touch. They were very helpful and even gave us ways to cut costs. The lights were very inexpensive. It was worth every penny.

    This vendor was very good in trying to fill my needs and requirements. They provided a nice selection of choices. They took care of everything.

    Amazing abilities to light a room and set the mood. Able to work with my crazy schedule and meet with me at odd times. They also provided my DJ who was great at keeping the party alive. The DJ was changed about 3 weeks before the wedding, but that didn't affect the music choices or events that we had planned. There communication with the DJ they provide should have been better, as there was a small problem after the event was over but that was easily fixed.

    I think if your going to use them go to there store and talk with them, I kind of get what I was going for. But I think is was not ez to tell them what I wanted over the phone and email. They are nice and really helpfully.

    Artistic was recommended to us by the Waterford. The uplighting turned out wonderfully but the additional lighting that we requested (a mirage on the wall and one of the Gobos) didn't turn out so great and by the time I got to see the finished protect (at the reception) it was too late to change anything. The "crew" was very professional and easy to work with but getting in touch with Laura who was handling our event was often like pulling teeth. Overall I would recommend this vendor -- the uplighting and the Gobo design on the floor added a beautiful touch to a room that would have been pretty plain otherwise.

    Worked with Laura. Very easy to work with, no matter what your budget is - she will work with you. Food was delicious! Provided tables, linens, chairs, uplights, etc. Everything looked gorgeous!! Only complaint: not all of the tables had the right number of chairs, or the right number on the table.

    I hired them for my wedding, and Andrew was great at keeping in touch. The lighting itself looked fine. In terms of value, their price was not the best on the market, but I went with them because I felt like they'd do a good job.

    The technician set up the uplighting and asked me how they looked while I was passing through; I told him it looked fine and to make sure to talk to the coordinators to keep them in the loop. When it came to dancing during the reception, the room lights were off, but the uplights were so powerful that it didn't make a difference -- that's all fine and we tried to dim the uplights but no one knows how to. Our coordinator tells us not to mess with the equipment without a technician, so we went looking for him or another coordinator whom he must have spoken to. No one knew where he was, and no one had spoken to him. I called during the dinner to see if a technician could help, and I got a call back later saying they were connected to a wall panel; they weren't. After 45 minutes of this, a coordinator said to just start unplugging some of the uplights, but by that point, the mood had already been killed, and the guests were too uncomfortable to get on the dance floor.

    Later when I called to complain and after a lot of phone dodging, Mike calls back and was outright rude and incredibly aggressive. He interrupted me constantly and heavily implied that I simply didn’t know what I was talking about, that they had done nothing wrong. The one thing Mike kept going back to was that I declined paying an extra $250 for a controller for all of the lights. Originally, I was told that this would allow dimming of all units at once, but that we could dim or deactivate individually if we wanted. Turns out that wasn't true.

    I'm sure if everything went right, I'd be marking them 5/5 as many others here have. What leaves a bad taste in my mouth with this vendor is their incredibly unprofessional and rude response to a complaint.
