  BEST Destination Wedding Travel Agent

  Amy at Aventina Romance Travel & Events was an invaluable resource throughout our entire wedding planning process. She patiently walked us through different wedding resort options, outlining the pros and cons of each. Amy has visited all these resorts, and worked with numerous couples, and her expert opinion was critical to our final decision since we picked a resort site unseen. She then continued to be a huge support system throughout the process, helping us plan a site visit, giving us insider knowledge about working with the resort's wedding department, helping our guests plan all their travel, and recommending a tour guide to do an excursion to local sites. She dealt with last minute updates and changes flawlessly, and always tried to accommodate our guests travel requests. Throughout it, she was always kind, supportive, and truly excited for us. We HIGHLY recommend any couple planning a destination wedding to work with Amy at Aventina Romance Travel & Events!!

  Amy was the best

  Amy was fantastic to work with and put together a really great honeymoon for us. She also even helped when we ran into some confusion with the tour companies when we were half-way across the world. Great experience.

  Amy is the best!

  Amy was an amazing wedding travel agent! Her and Tim were extremely helpful with helping us coordinate payments and transportation for guests. They were always available to answer questions and so kind to us and our guests! Sometimes our wedding resort was difficult or non responsive, Amy was still able to handle everything so efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend hiring her for any travel destination wedding/honeymoon!

  Amazing Amy!

  Amy & Tim were so so helpful in helping with travel for our destination wedding! We initially thought we could handle the booking ourselves, but quickly learned that we wanted assistance to ensure our 70 guests were well taken care of.
  We met with Amy having already reserved our wedding date with Hard Rock PC and she was able to step right in & help seamlessly. Amy & Tim made sure everything on the logistical side was taken care of and eased our stress of planning a wedding in one location while living in another. She was so knowledgeable about Hard Rock PC and had wonderful suggestions and recommendations that we took into account when making decisions regarding the wedding itself.
  
  We would absolutely recommend her & Tim to anyone planning a vacation/wedding/honeymoon!

  Thank you doesn’t seem enough for how appreciative we are for your help and assurance the past year+ for helping us plan the most amazing honeymoon. We absolutely loved every second of it and you and your team were so helpful throughout the entire trip whenever we had a question or if there was a delay (where there were a lot of). It was truly an stress-free trip and everything we have dreamed of and more. Working with you the past year to plan this trip was also an easy and stress-free process. You were able to take our vision and desires and create a package that exceeded our wildest expectations. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will be recommending you to everyone we know.   An Italian Dream

  Amy was extremely helpful in every step along the way for planning our summer honeymoon in Italy! All the travel between cities between many different modes of transportation were taken care of by her, which was a lifesaver. All of our tours were private and we learned so much valuable information from these intimate environments. We can't wait to go back and plan with Amy some more!

  Amy was recommended to me through a friend who utilized her services. She was thorough, friendly, patient, and experienced in terms of assisting us in figuring out what resort would best fit our expectations and vision. We loved working with her and would 100% recommend working with her if you are concerned about finding the right location for you and having someone coordinate hotel arrangements for your guests. We had the best time of our lives and Amy helped make that happen!

  Experience of a Lifetime with Aventina

  What an amazing experience! Amy is first class ALL THE WAY. It was PERFECT from the first phone call to the last detail. The bachelorette trip in Mexico was excellence redefined. Food, drinks, music and accomodations gave me and all our guests memories of a lifetime. Without hesitation, I recommend Aventina.

  Amy & Tim helped plan my destination wedding in the Dominican Republic.

  They are amazing!! Highly recommend!! Always available and willing to help in every way possible. They found my dream location for my wedding as well as arranged the room block and everyone’s transportation to/from airport. They were always available for my guest’s questions/concerns. Amy was also available to answer any wedding planning questions I had through my planning. 100% recommend their services.

  Incredible Experience

  Amy was wonderful to work with from beginning to end of our honeymoon planning process! She was ready to get talking about everything right away and was very attentive and available. She gave us detailed options in our budget, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The resort in Antigua was incredible, and we had a wonderful time! She was available and checked on us while we were on the island, and she also got us a local contact we could text that helped us with any questions we had and helped set us up with a stingray tour. Thank you Amy for helping plan the perfect honeymoon for us!

  Amazing!!!!

  Amy was legit sent from GOD! With all the stress involved with planning a wedding, she definitely lifted the weight off my shoulders and planned the whole honeymoon! Needless to say, my husband and I had an amazing time. All the recommendations and resorts we stayed in were top notch! I highly recommended Amy! You will not regret it!

  Dream honeymoon to Italy!

  Amy planned a beautiful honeymoon for my husband and I to the Amalfi coast, Rome and Tuscany. This was no easy task as we were traveling during the pandemic and also had to cancel our initial trip booked for 2020. Amy worked with us every step of the way with patience and kindness. Amy walked us through all of the travel restrictions and was available at any time to discuss concerns and address any questions we had about the confusing protocols across countries. The trip was absolutely magical, seamless and so much fun!! Every piece of the trip was coordinated to give us a comfortable, stress-free visit. Amy gave us helpful tips for our visit in Italy as well as restaurant recommendations for each location! We cannot thank Amy enough for making this trip possible and we look forward to working with her again!

  Honeymoon of a lifetime

  My husband and I had the most incredible experience for our honeymoon! After planning a wedding in 6 months the last thing I wanted to do was plan our honeymoon but we both wanted to have an adventure and that we did! We did so much in such a short time. Stayed in the most beautiful locations all throughout Ireland. It was so easy to keep in contact with our travel agent Amy. We definitely had the trip of a lifetime! Thank you for going above and beyond in creating the most adventurous honeymoon we could’ve come up with!

  Wedding Hard Rock June 2021

  Amy from Aventina Romance was nothing but spectacular in planning our beautiful wedding in Dominican Republic at the Hard Rock Resort. We decided to have a destination wedding 4 months before our actual wedding date and would not have been able to put together this memorable time in our lives without the tireless diligent work that Amy did for us. From pricing to accommodating all of our 70 guests in such a short period of time , she did an amazing job. She is super professional and was always available to talk with me and my wife and all of our guests. If you want a fantastic destination wedding agent do not look anywhere else!!!

  Perfect Honeymoon

  I am so thankful to Amy for planning our honeymoon! After all the stresses of wedding planning it was such a relief knowing that we would be rewarded with a perfect trip (and one less thing for me to coordinate). Amy was able to include free breakfasts and rental cars with our package, something I could not have done on my own. I would definitely recommend Amy!

  Planning a destination wedding isn't an easy task but Aventina Romance Travel helped my wife and I big time!

  Fun, Friendly, Flexible!

  Amy has booked 2 bachelorette parties for me (Florida and Punta Cana) and my honeymoon (Portugal and Italy). She has been absolutely the best! I need to work with someone who is punctual, responsive, organized and respectful and she met all of my needs! Our most recent bachelorette party in Hollywood, Florida was booked at Margaritaville. Amy had many special inclusions ready for us including, complementary breakfasts, drinks, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. She always sends a care package before the trip with the itinerary. She makes herself available during the entire trip in case we run into any issues. She’s lovely and I can not wait to continue planning trips with her in the future!

  Amy was amazing in planning our dream honeymoon!

  Amy was so amazing in helping my husband and I plan an epic & fun-filled two-week honeymoon in Thailand. We had so many ideas and so many questions about Thailand and what we wanted out of our trip, and she held our hand throughout the entire planning process and came up with an amazing itinerary for us. We traveled to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Krabi & Phuket, and despite traveling all throughout the country, Amy helped make all the flights and car rides a smooth transition for us from one spot to the next. She even communicated with us while we were there to make sure everything was okay. She went above and beyond for us, and played a huge part in making it the greatest trip of our lives.   A Personalized Honeymoon Just for Us

  We reached out to Amy about 6 weeks before we wanted to go on our Honeymoon. We didn't even know which country we wanted to go to. Amy worked directly with us to pick a location and eventually planned an amazing trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy for us!
  
  It was the first time we had ever used a travel agent and Amy exceed all of our expectations! Every part of the trip was well planned -- we stayed in 3 different hotels and required traveling between them via taxi and boat. Everything was seamless. She helped us plan relaxing days on the beach and busy days site-seeing with tour guides.
  
  Throughout the planning and the trip, Amy was reliably in contact with us. She never took more than a few hours to reply to an email and was always available to talk on the phone. She even helped me secretly plan a romantic dinner that my wife wasn't aware of.
  
  It was a perfect trip and I'm sure we will go back to Amy when its time for our next vacation.

  Amy is amazing! My husband and I worked with Amy to plan our destination wedding in Mexico, and we could not have done it without her. When we decided to go to Mexico to see some places in person, Amy helped us narrow down which places to see, made the appointments, and scheduled our transfers to and from every resort. She checked in with us after each day of resort visits to see how everything went and have a better understanding of the type of resort we liked. We ended up visiting about seven resorts, and I highly recommend it. Amy told us how places can look different in person, and it's so true! When we chose our resort, Amy was instrumental in reserving the room block and negotiating with the resort to get us lower room rates. Choosing room types and how many days to reserve for each room can be very complicated but Amy takes the time to explain it to you. Amy makes it super simple for your friends and family to book their rooms. She also has some seriously good connections. For example, she recommended our photographer, who was not affiliated with the resort, and we are so glad she did. As it got closer to our wedding, my husband and I had some difficulty communicating with the resort. Amy stepped in, really advocated for us, and ensured that the rest of the planning ran smoothly. When we got to the resort a few days before our wedding, Amy also happened to be in Mexico. She took the time to meet us at our resort and sit in on our meeting with our resort-assigned wedding coordinator. She asked important questions that we didn't think to ask, and made sure we were getting everything we wanted. Throughout the entire planning process she was incredibly responsive and spoke with us on the phone even late at night if we were too busy during the day. I seriously don't know when she sleeps! Planning a wedding is stressful no matter how you do it, but I am so glad we had Amy to discuss venues, advise us, and advocate for us. It truly makes all the difference. Amy is also helping us plan our two-week honeymoon in Italy, and she has made the process very enjoyable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all of our options to us. I highly recommend her!
