  Saved the day!

  We used the Lynchburg branch for our wedding for our June 2022 wedding. They were wonderful to work with! I was previously using another company who went out of service and left me panicking just a few months before the wedding. The team at Aztec rentals were kind and helpful in getting new rentals set up for me. Since I am out of state, they were able to send me pictures of the table scape to make sure it was how I wanted it. Everything looked great the day of! I appreciate that they were able to drop off and pick up the items as well. It was a great experience and the pricing was very fair.

  Easy to work with!

  I used aztec for chair rentals for my Smith Mountain Lake wedding. They have a few locations, I believe the one I rented from was Moneta. They were all very responsive and so easy to work with especially with the multiple changes we had planning a 2020 wedding! We rented ceremony chairs and heaters, as well as the cross back tuscan chairs for the reception. All of them were so beautiful and set up exactly where we needed them! The heaters especially were so cool, they had live flames and looked so gorgeous against the sunset. So glad we used Aztec rentals! They were recommended to us by our venue, The Water's Edge Country Club.

  Aztec rentals was very professional, they had an entire showroom for us to pick out what we wanted to use and they delivered it right to our wedding location and picked it back up a couple of days later.

  Beautiful rentals, helpful, set up crew reliable

  With an outdoor wedding one of the most important things is the rental company with a good quality tent, tables, chairs and all the fixings. Aztec worked with us answered all of our questions was super helpful and the outcome was entirely gorgeous. Thank you a stack for all of your fantastic work, we look forward to using you again for other special occasions!

  I had a wedding this past January and needed some last minute table clothes and supplies. Aztec Rental was our go to solution. They were fast, everything was clean and the whole experience was great! We highly recommend Aztec Rental to all of our friends and family members.   This past year my wife and I relied heavily on Aztec Rental to plan for our wedding. Despite being unsure of what we wanted, Aztec Rental worked with us to give us all that we needed and more. They were wonderful at communicating with my husband and I as both of us were in Idaho attending school three months before the wedding. I am so thankful they had everything covered while we were away. The ring ceremony was beautiful and I was so happy they helped in our big day!

We were able to put things together in their showroom so that I could see how things would look together. They have amazing selections. We used a clear tent for our reception that was a unique touch. I wanted as much gold as possible and Aztec delivered! We had gold table runners, some gold tablecloths, and gold candelabra table toppers. I also appreciated how my vendors communicated with each other to create an A team. Our wedding day was the most perfect day because of our vendor team, which Aztec was a huge part of!

  Aztec delivered everything we ordered in perfect condition and at the time we arranged! We called them a month before the wedding and asked if they could bring everything a day sooner to ensure we had all the decorations and lights up and they were happy to do it! We were very pleased with their service and rentals

  Aztec was excellent to work with. Their equipment was in great shape and they had my tents up the day before the wedding which left plenty of time for my cater and florist to make it perfect for the reception! They were easy to work with and very reasonably priced!
  
  I will say, if there is ANY CHANCE of rain go ahead and get the tent sides!! They are not that expensive, if you don't use them you get charged for 50% of the cost. I had them put on and it rained the morning of my wedding. Having the test sides kept the ground and everything inside the test nice and dry. It was well worth the extra money!!

They were very professional over the phone and in store, offered a fair price for their products and were helpful in loading everything into our car. My only complaint is that their cake stand and the arch were in rough shape. It wasn't a huge deal - nothing that would be obvious in a picture - but still worth mentioning.

  Aztec provided tables and chairs for my outdoor wedding of 200. They delivered them with ample time to set up at a reasonable cost ($100). They were very flexible as we got closer to the event date and RSVP numbers were fluctuating and they worked with me. Very happy with their service.

  I rented wine glasses from Aztec for my wedding. They definitely had the best price I could find in the area, but there weren't too many other options without getting catering as well. They were very easy to work with to reserve the glasses and had flexible pick-up and drop-off times. We did end up breaking a few and had to pay for them but that price was reasonable as well.   We rented a margarita machine which broke. The gave us our money back for it but didn't try to help fix it or send out another one. so we had no margaritas and a lot of useless drink mix.

  Okay option in Roanoke area

  Aztec is really the only option in this area. The front desk can be disorganized at times, but they are pretty responsive to email. We got everything as promised, no issues.
