  Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Sari from the bottom of our hearts for all of your help and expertise. She was absolutely amazing! Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams! I found Sari on Instagram as I only figured out I need a decor for my reception dinner one month before the big day. Sari responded really fast, and always looking things into details. She even visited the venue twice and sent pics to me to discuss details, which makes me feel she is the person I can trust to take in charge of my destination wedding. Besides the table decor, she also helps me on arranging balloons, LOVE alphabet lights, and even help me to prepare bridesmaids' wrist corsage under my urgent notice. Thank you Sari for you and your teams' hard work and attention to details. Your passion and professionalism shine in all things you created. We would highly recommend Sari to anyone who wants a memorable wedding in Bali.

  Super wedding organiser still responsible until all of finish...
  Good service for all part of the wedding, married legally,bride,invitation,pastor,make up,place for receptation,food,transportation etc
  I am,my husband and all of invitation very satisfied.

  Sari Yusuf is very professional, diligent in time and kindly give suggestions which vendor is the better options based on her previous event experience.

  Sari Yusuf was absolutely fantastic and the wedding was very successful. She also helped us to get the marriage registered as valid in our countries . Very pleased with her efforts and cindly help. Thanks alot Sari Yusuf !

  Sari and her team at Bali Events Planner were very professional and provided us with a memorable occasion for our wedding celebrations. We were originally organising our wedding through villa management, but when it appeared they were not very reliable, we chose to find a professional planner, and while it did add an overhead cost, it was more than made up for in the feeling of confidence that we were in good hands with Sari. On the big day, the setting was picture perfect; and the celebrant, Kim, who ran our ceremony was just amazing, we could not have hoped for a better service. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding service they'd seen. The reception was also very well run and enjoyed by all our guests. In the end, weddings are all about celebrating your love with friends and family, and thanks to Sari and her team, we have fantastic memories of our celebration.

  Good Planner but not Good Event Organizer

  As a planner , Sari was responsive and quite good.
  But in execution during Big Day was Big disappointment for both of us because
  1. Only 2 dedicated persons under WO during Big Day, so difficult coordination with photographers team. My photographer and make up team was looking for the WO team stand by in bride or grooms room, but no body there. No dedicated person stand by at the reception area. (My friend gave me the feedback after party)
  They used decor team as part of temporary team member. So , nobody use WO uniform during my day (not professional)
  2. Not creative at all in leading the program, specially after ceremony. They can’t help to lead the session and the team just push us to be hurry. At the end, our guests felt bored and back earlier. So as wedding planner they are ok, but not Wedding organizer.
  The most fatal, I prepare the firework for dinner entrance, but the team burn the fire-stick at the corner before deliver to the guest. So, when the couple entry, firework have already changed to the smoke.
  3. Price is quite over price, with bad execution in Big Day
  4. I remember, during rehearsal (H-1), they were not discuss every session in detail. And Sari was busy with the decor team. So thats why after ceremony session was dissatisfied
  If u expect a perfect wedding with perfect / beautiful session , They are not the one. Not recommended
