  Full-Service Shop!

  Name a bride who ruined their engagement ring having had it less than a year… me! I’m that bride. After an unfortunate accident, I brought my once beautiful, dented, bent and (what I thought) ruined, engagement ring to Ana with tears in my eyes. She greeted me with a smile, asked me if I was OK and gave me a hug. Now, name a jeweler who also doubles as a therapist… that’s Ana! I am so grateful my fiancé chose to purchase my ring from Baribault in the first place. I just picked up my, now fixed, beautiful bling and let me tell you, it looks brand new! Thank you, Ana, for fixing my ring and for sharing in both my sadness and my joy; a truly full-service shop — LOVE Baribault Jewelers!

  Ana is the best!

  My fiance was referred to Baribault from his brother's previous experience. He raves about Ana and her patience and expertise while she helped him design my custom engagement ring that I am absolutely in love with! After I had the pleasure of meeting her, she has been so great with checking in to see how we are, sharing what is new, what events are coming up, and reminding me to care for my ring with spa treatments! We just recently met with her again to look at wedding bands and figure out what styles we liked. We love working with Ana and will continue to on all our future purchases! Thank you for being a part of such an important time in our lives. I would highly recommend!

  Christina really worked with us as we were looking for rings. My style was pretty decided but she allowed me to see my thought in different ways & added to it. Although we didn’t end up getting our rings from the Baribault family I really appreciated the efforts made & Christima really helped me see the whole package opposed to the individual rings.

  Friendly, kind and down to earth family jeweler

  Prior to getting engaged, I knew I wanted a ring that was slightly different that everyone else. I came across a photo of the Tacori bloom and fell in love as soon as I saw it. I looked for Tacori vendors in CT and found Baribault Jewelers listed. As soon as I met Christina, I knew we were in good hands. She was so nice and helped my husband out a lot picking out my Tacori ring. She always reminded us when the sales were happening to get the most out of our purchases. We purchased our Tacori wedding bands there, as well as many other Tacori pieces throughout the years.
  Whenever I need jewelry, I trust that I’ll be able to find something at Baribault and if it isn't there, then they will create something for me.

When I met her after our engagement, she gave me an at home cleaning it, a cute ring holder, and a big hug! Their level of professionalism is above and beyond, but they are also personable too! My fiancé and I can't wait to return for our wedding bands in a few months!

Anything by Tacori is gorgeous but this is so special because there isn't a ring like it out there. I receive so many compliments on the ring and i love it! We won't shop anywhere else now, Christina's expertise is all we need!

  I can't say enough good things about Baribault. Luis and his sisters helped my Fiancé and I pick out our wedding bands and they were more than accommodating. We went to the special Tacori event they hosted and drank champagne while picking out our bands. Not to mention that Mr. Tacorian himself was there made everything that much more memorable. I believe when budgeting your wedding it OK to spend a little more money in something that you'll be wearing forever. Flowers die, cake gets eaten and your dress goes in the back of your closet...your ring is FOREVER! Go here!!!

  We love the Baribault family! Even though they were hundreds of miles away from us, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We will always use them moving forward, even though they are not in the DC area.

  We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands from baribault jewelers. They are amazing! They truly take care of their customers and you know you are getting a high quality product. We needed to get our wedding bands very last minute but they made it happen us! I highly recommend baribault jewelers!

These are the nicest people, who will bend over backwards to make you happy. They have the best customer service and really make you feel valued. My husband and I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry. Plus they are family owned, offering something that the big chains can't.

We even purchased our bridesmaids and groomsmen gifts from them, which everyone loved, mens élysées watches and Tacori 18k925 colored stone stud earrings for the girls.   My rings are beautiful. A lot more then i wanted to spend but i wanted the matching band to the engagement ring my fiance picked out. The wedding band came in quickly and they even engraved it for free. They were so pleasant to work with the entire time.

  I absolutely urge you to avoid this business. As a wedding gift for me, my fiancée met with the people at Baribault and asked them to: 1) melt down gold jewelry from our families and create a new medallion, 2) add the new medallion to my gold chain which already had two medallions on it, and 3) clean the whole chain before we picked it up. They assured my fiancée that this was no problem, as they specialized in custom pieces of jewelry. The chain was left with them, and they were entrusted with a family heirloom. The chain had belonged to my deceased grandfather.
  
  What we got instead was a complete and utter disaster. When my fiancée’s mom went to pick it up at Baribault, she found that the chain had been broken at the clasp, it had been shortened significantly, and they had LOST one of the original medallions that was on the chain. When the person at the front counter went to ask the jeweler about it, they insisted that the chain only had one medallion on it to begin with. I have worn this chain for years with two medallions on it, and for the jeweler to try to make the issue go away by saying this is completely offensive.
  
  After a lot of back and forth between my fiancée’s mom and the person at the jewelry counter, Baribault offered to overnight a new medallion to replace the old one. This was at least something but really does not come close to making up for the fact that they LOST the original medallion. The jeweler didn’t even come out from the back to apologize and made the person at the front counter deal with this fiasco themself.
  
  We followed up directly with Louis Baribault who said that he would review security footage to try and see what went wrong. It has been over a week since we spoke with him, and we have not heard from him since.
  
  This jeweler ruined a special gift for our wedding day and truly caused me and my fiancée so much distress over this family heirloom being completely ruined. I can’t even wear the chain to our wedding because Baribault Jewelers broke so much off of it that it no longer fits comfortably. I really would never recommend that anyone go here.
