  Perfect Wedding Dress

  I am so glad my mom found this place near my old job. Liz & her mom did an amazing job helping me choose my dress and making this wedding dress shopping experience an enjoyable one! My dress is perfect and every step of the way Liz and her mom are a great support system! Thank you!

  Elizabeth and her mom are amazing! As a healthcare professional I greatly appreciated that they adhered to covid19 precautions. Elizabeth is professional and personable and her mom was the one who picked out my dress after I explained what I was looking for. The whole process was a breeze. I received so many complements on my dressing, "this dress is so you!"

  My dream wedding dress!

  Liz was so helpful in helping me pick out my dress. I described what I wanted to her and she picked out a few selections for me to try on. I really wanted a dress with sleeves and it so happened that the dress I fell in love with did not have sleeves. She told me that I could get sleeves customized for my dress. I agreed since I really loved the dress. We picked out the pattern for the sleeves. When I saw the dress for the first time, I could no believe how beautiful it turned out. A whole top with sleeves was built for my dress. The dress fit me perfectly. She made the necessary alterations (which is free by the way) to ensure the dress fit me perfectly. Everyone kept asking me where did I get my dress from at my wedding. It was nice wearing a customized dress that was made specifically for me. Liz also sees one bride at a time at the shop so trying on dresses is very personable. Thank you Liz for helping me choose the perfect dress!

  From start to finish, Liz has been absolutely amazing. The entire experience was phenomenal! The kindness, professionalism, attentiveness - simply fantastic! I would 1,000% recommend this place!

  Better Than I Ever Could Have Imagined

  I was very nervous to go wedding dress shopping and all my worries vanished as soon as I met Liz. We talked about the styles I thought I was interested and her mother starting pulling all the dresses I brought pictures of. In a matter of moments, Liz knew what I was looking for and I started trying on! She made it so easy and relaxing which is a HUGE task considering your half naked trying on heavy elaborate and delicate dresses with a stranger! After trying on dress after dress in styles I thought I would like, Liz asked if she could bring in something totally different that I never would have thought of. As soon as it was pulled up, before she even finished lacing it, I knew it was my dress. I immediately started crying because of how perfect it was. Liz knew me better than I knew myself! I could not recommend her more!!!! She even went the extra mile, when I forgot my planning envelope at the shop. I thought that I wouldn't see it again, but Liz shipped it and it was back to me in a matter of days. I wish I could fully explain how amazing Liz is and how perfect she made the whole experience!! If you want an amazing start to the wedding planning, definitely come here for dress shopping! Liz will have you smiling and laughing the whole time! "Shimmy, Shimmy!!"

  They are the best people ever. They are super sweet, professional, and so accommodating! I went to different fancy department stores and several wedding dress shops for weeks for my wedding, but I found my dress here and had no doubt about it. The first appointment was fun and professional, they will do their best to make you look your best! After I decided on my dress, the rest of the process was clear and simple. I wanted an off-shoulder sleeve addition to my dress, and they did their magic! The dress was tailored professionally, and I received so many compliments about my dress at the wedding. Thank you so much Elizabeth and Mrs. Lee!

  Elizabeth and Ms.Kim are so amazing. I was originally planning on renting my wedding dress. I didn’t think I was that picky and I didn’t want to spend so much money on something I was going to use for a few hours. I literally tried on over a hundred dresses and probably visited 10+ bridal stores. I went to NJ, tried some home in CA and was all over NY. I actually stumbled upon Best Total Wedding. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me in between a few appointments. The store is small and not like your fancy Manhattan bridal boutiques but they have some great dresses in there. Both Elizabeth and Ms.Kim are fabulous to work with, they stay within your budget and work with you on pricing if you love a dress but it doesn’t fall in your price range (me!). What is probably the best thing about them is that they include alterations with the dress! From my experience at the many bridal stores I went to, the dresses themselves aren’t too terribly priced most of the time, but it’s the alterations that will get you, ranging anywhere from $300-$500 is what I was quoted. So you definitely get a good deal here along with spectacular service!

  After visiting a couple of bridal stores I found my perfect dress here. Ms. Kim and her daughter Elizabeth are wonderful to work with and they compliment each other. Ms. Kim knows exactly what dress you are looking for and Elizabeth has such a sweet and pleasant personality. She'll listen to your wants and needs and really make you feel special. She is so patient and gives you her utmost attention. Their alteration is on point. They did such a good job with my dress fitting. I got so many compliments! I also bought a veil from them at such a reasonable price compared to other stores.

  I visited about 5 wedding bridal stores, nothing beats the prices and service at Best Total Wedding Plaza. Elizabeth and her mother are the sweetest ladies you can meet on this universe. They take their time on the appointments and you will not feel rushed. They are very knowledgeable on bridal gowns and make great suggestions on what will look best on the bride. My maggie sottero dress called Zalia was definitely my dream dress. I love lace and the detail on the dress is just magnificent. Everyone loved my dress, in addition Elizabeth really works with you on pricing to meet your budget. The deal that they gave was amazing how alterations and fitting were free. All I had to do was pay for the dress and veil. Elizabeth even recommended for me to buy the belt from amazon rather than her store because it is cost efficient. Who says that?!? They are not out there for the money and their greatest happiness is to make sure that client is happy. It is amazing to find designer dresses at such a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend Best Total Wedding Plaza to anybody. They are so loyal and genuine people. I wish I could give more than 5 stars :)

The experience was so comfortable and fun.I felt like the most beautiful woman. They included alterations in the price and their dress which are extremely reasonable. They also ordered and added an appliqué which made me feel even more comfortable in the dress. I have already sent 5 people here.

  My wife bought her wedding dress here and she couldn't be happier with her dress!! The staff are nice and professional and accommodate accordingly for timing needs. We would choose this place over again if given the choice.

The dressing room was huge and you make a big reveal each time you try on a new dress. I got a great deal and alterations were included. I was referred by a friend who got her dress here too and I would totally recommend it to my friends!

I went because they had the brand of dresses that I wanted, but I bought there for the customer service! They provided alterations for free and honestly they measured so perfectly I hardly needed any! The prices were competitive and I truly enjoyed the experience! I loved the big curtain that she threw open to show everyone the dress too! It made trying them on a little more exciting! I would highly recommend this shop! Thank you again!

She listened carefully to my thoughts and feelings about each dress in order to decide what to bring me next and put a lot of thought into what she thought I would like. She listened carefully to my thoughts and feelings about each dress in order to decide what to bring me next and put a lot of thought into what she thought I would like. I definitely recommend this shop — they made the whole experience so personal and enjoyable!

  They made my dream dress come true! Living in NYC I thought it would be easy to find it or at least a shop that could help... I looked beyond and called this little shop in Queens. I took a chance and let me tell you it was worth it!!! They not only were professional but they knew what they were talking about. I had called and inquired about a specific dress, they had it, I asked about customizations I wanted and they were happy to help. After my first visit (alone) I called my mom and told her that they could make it and within my budget. ???? I have had nothing but compliments on my one-of-a-kind dress!! Happy Bride!

  I LOVE these ladies!! Elizabeth and her mom are so nice! that was the first place i stopped by to look for a dress 9 months ago, i fell in love with an Allure dress that was a little over my budget, however, they made my dream come true by giving me a good deal, they are so great to work with, so patient and so sweet! Will definitely recommend this vendor!

  I absolutely love this store, not just because I finally purchased my dress but because of the kindness from Elizabeth and Mrs. Lee. I went there two times to try on dresses with various people in my bridal party and both times I was presented with complete attention and kindness. I was who mattered to them and that is how it should be for any bride! They offer beautiful designer dresses at very reasonable cost and I get to give my money to what feels like a family run business rather than a commercialized store that has lost the meaning of what this day is really about. I'd highly highly recommend them to everyone and anyone for their bridal shopping experience!

  Best Total Wedding Plaza was so friendly and understanding as to the type of dress I wanted. They were responsive via email and they let me know in advance that my dress was delayed in shipping. I really appreciate the experience I had here. I even want to use them to get the groom and groomsmen tuxedos. I had a fabulous experience here.
