We were lucky enough to see the Bluewater Kings Band during one of their showcases which helped us solidify our choice to use them. The day of our wedding, they were absolutely fantastic. We started off with a string quartet for the ceremony, followed by a jazz trio for our cocktail hour, and had the 9 piece band for the reception. They absolutely blew the house down! They wowed the crowd and kept the energy going all night. We keep getting comments from our friends and family about how amazing they were!
They did an especially good job listening to how people responded to what they were playing and making adjustments on the fly. Highly recommend them! -

5 Stars Don't Do Justice!
The entire Bluewater Kings Band was absolutely excellent for our wedding night. We had a very energetic and diverse crowd and had the 6-piece band performing, and they really knocked it out of the park for us. All of our guests, from the older crowd to the younger generations, really enjoyed the song choices that the band had picked out and they did a great job keeping the whole crowd out on the dance floor the entire night. They really set the tone for a fun, upbeat and highly energetic reception and our crowd definitely fed off of it. Not to mention their performances of each song were fabulous and we often had to check if they were playing live or pre-recorded music because they sounded so good! They surpassed all of our expectations for our wedding night and did so within a very reasonable budget, and we will be highly recommending them to all of our family and friends in need of live entertainment as we cannot wait for the next event with Bluewater Kings playing! -

Bluewater Kings were AWESOME! Everything leading up to our wedding, and especially our wedding day, was absolutely amazing. Bluewater Kings kept our dance floor alive!! They can read the crowd and know just how to keep a party going. Cannot recommend them enough! -

We had always talked about a live band, but we were so on the fence because we assumed it was out of budget for us. After seeing Bluewater Kings at a wedding in Chicago and a wedding in Cincinnati....we realized this group was top-notch with a variety of talented people in their ranks. After reviewing their website and very easy-to-find pricing, we were so excited to work with them! Their a la carte options for sound and microphones were also so great.
Literally everyone at our wedding raved about our band, and I'm so happy we got the chance to work for them on our perfect day. Our coordinator/POC was stellar at keeping tabs on questions and helping us shape our perfect plan for the day, even when we had to scale back due to life changes.
If you are on the fence about a band, get a ticket to see them live and you will book them shortly after. Not to mention the performers were simply, down-to-earth kind souls with skills to make people move. Thank you so much, y'all!! -

Our wedding band was an absolute showstopper and made our special day truly unforgettable! From the moment they started playing, they had everyone on their feet and dancing the night away.
First and foremost, their musical talent was beyond impressive. The band members were not only skilled musicians but also great entertainers. They effortlessly engaged with the audience, creating an electric atmosphere that kept the energy high throughout the evening.
Their versatile repertoire was another highlight. They played a wide variety of songs that catered to all generations, ensuring that everyone in attendance had a favorite tune to groove to. Whether it was classic hits or the latest chart-toppers, they nailed every performance with perfection.
Furthermore, the band's professionalism was commendable. They were punctual, well-prepared, and seamlessly coordinated with the event planner, ensuring a smooth flow of the entire program. The dance floor never stopped!
Bluewater Kings Band (BWK) was absolutely incredible! They were worth every penny. People never left the dance floor and everyone raved about how amazing they were! BWK was extremely communicative and professional in the planning stages. They have an incredibly organized portal where all choices can be made, invoices paid, and song preferences listed. Jeff was always so friendly, excited, and rooting for us as we planned our big day. While we initially booked them just for our reception, it was easy to later choose to add on ceremony and cocktail hour musicians. Our guitarist for our ceremony played beautifully. He learned the specific songs we requested for walking down the aisle and processing out. The jazz trio during cocktail hour was a hit! The band truly made the night so lively, engaging, fun, and amazing! They are truly talented musicians that put their all into their performance. Our guests absolutely raved about the band and said it was one of the most fun weddings they've attended (BWK gets the credit for that!) One thing that surprised me was the band's ability to emcee all of the details on top of playing beautiful music. From announcing first dances and special personal things we asked them to make time for, BWK delivered on every single detail. There were even things we had asked them to do during the planning stages that I had forgotten about and sure enough, Jeff and the band had every detail covered. We were endlessly impressed. If you want a night where no one leaves the dance floor and everyone is overjoyed with the music, hire Bluewater Kings! -

UNBELIEVABLE. When we told other vendors we'd booked the Bluewater Kings Band they all said things like "I'm so jealous of whoever is working that night" and told me about how great they thought the band was. They lived up to the hype! My husband was pretty specific with the songs he wanted played and Bluewater Kings Band played them all and were INCREDIBLE. I am so grateful that they did such an amazing job. We had a total blast, they were amazing and it all went perfectly. Thank you! -

You cannot go wrong with BKB
After searching for a wedding band (learning the ins and outs of how booking through managers work) and many recommendations for Bluewater Kings Band, we reached out and received incredible service from beginning to our wedding day! The band was such a hit, we had so many compliments! They learned new songs for our first dances and knew exactly what we wanted when we asked for music the older crowd and younger would enjoy! The dance floor was full almost the entire evening! And the best part- all of the money went to the musicians and not to a booking manager- something we really appreciated! -
