Brielle Creations went above and beyond to make my New Year's Eve wedding beautiful and stress-free. I hired them to make my centerpieces and decorate my head table. At our initial meeting I knew they understood my vision, but wow did they exceed my expectations! All of my guests raved about how beautiful and magical the decorations were. I truly could not have picked a better team. Also, their personalities make them so fun to work with! I would recommend these lovely ladies to any bride! -

I found this vendor on a wedding page and they seemed extremely professional and could give me the centerpieces I had been searching for. I followed up with Brittany to ensure all was good to go for the wedding day and she seemed like everything was great! When the day of my wedding finally arrived everything was beautiful until my venue let me know my centerpieces still have not arrived. It was 530 at this point and my reception was set to start at 630. I immediately pulled my email out and emailed Britney and attempted to call her at the number provided in her email signature. When I called the number was for a campus housing hotline and at that moment I thought I had been scammed out of my money and my centerpieces weren’t coming at all. My bridesmaid found another phone number on their website and we were able to get in touch with Britney and asked where she was. At first she told my bridesmaid there was an accident and they were running behind and would be there in 5 minutes. When they finally showed up at 545 they told my bridesmaid an employee called in sick and delayed them. Both woman putting together the centerpieces were unprofessional and were not helpful in any way. Because of Brielle Creations my reception start time was DELAYED and we could not open the doors for my guests until 645 when it was supposed to begin at 630. Brielle Creations embarrassed me, my husband, and my family and they were the only thing that made my wedding day stressful. They claimed they contacted the venue and told them they were running behind but they never actually did that, they only asked my venue if they could use their water pitchers during set up, not once were we notified of them running behind. The job did get done and the centerpieces were beautiful but I would never recommend this company to any bride! After the wedding was over I reached out to them regarding compensation and had to email and call them multiple times to simply get 25% off my total purchase and get a “our apologies” email. I should not have had to reach out to them to get an apology. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!!!
