    Kerri was wonderful to work with throughout our wedding planning process and she made the actual wedding date a breeze! Even though we only hired her 'officially' for day/week of coordination, she walked us through the entire planning process and was always there to help us at any time. As we got closer to the wedding, she was supportive and reassuring and took the stress out of those last few days. Our actual wedding went perfectly and everything was so smooth and stress-free for us. She took care of all of the hundreds of 'moving parts' of a wedding and let us enjoy our wedding with our family and friends. We can't imagine how hectic things would have been without all of her help!

    Kerri was absolutely phenomenal in every way! I called her midway through my planning after we broke from our old planner (about five months before our Vegas wedding) and the difference was night and day. Kerri was always available, meticulous about answering every question I emailed, our vendors loved her, and most importantly, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is fun, down-to-earth, and really got excited about planning my wedding with me.

    She also understood that I wanted to be a VERY hands-on bride (which probably makes a wedding planner's life more difficult!) and she balanced everything perfectly - letting me take charge and meet with vendors and design everything just the way I wanted it, while pulling all of the pieces together behind the scenes. I felt completely worry-free during the wedding weekend because I knew I was in good hands.

    She and her team helped assemble gift bags, personally delivered many of them (we had 300 guests!), did our table numbers, got our guests on and off of our shuttles, coordinated our rental deliveries. (These examples are a tiny fraction of everything she did, like run our entire wedding!) She coordinated our fireworks to burst at the perfect time during our first dance, and when the fire marshal said we couldn't have sparklers on our cake, she spent 20 minutes trying to convince him otherwise. Chris even caught our cake when it toppled over at some point during the reception! They literally went above and beyond for us.

    I cannot recommend Kerri more highly. She and Chris are GREAT people - my now husband and I LOVED them. Anyone would be in wonderful hands with, and more importantly, you will know you are in wonderful hands so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding!

    In LOVE with Kerri. She is organized, friendly, creative, and best of all, she follows through. Even if there was some tragic disaster at your wedding, you'd never know about it because she is so prepared and great with dealing with people. I went to my own wedding rehearsal, and then a friends and really noticed how much I appreciated her. At mine, the Pastor was there waiting (she had arranged for it), my family was there, she had already talked to the venue director, they knew the plan, we just ran through it twice and we were out of there in no time. My friends.. it was a disaster. People were fighting with the bride about what "we did at our wedding" or "what I've seen is this..." But there was none of that with Kerri. She always stood up for me in a really sweet way. The wedding was perfect; she handled complicated vendors. There were last minute crafts that needed to be made but I didn't have the energy to make them. I showed up to my wedding, and saw that she had made them herself (HOW SWEET is that!?) I was literally sad when my wedding was over because it meant I didn't get to meet with her anymore! GO WITH KERRI! She will ensure that your big day is everything YOU want it to be, and more.

    Planning a wedding while being a new mom can be very stressful. Kerri Hatter is not just a wedding planner - She is VERY PERSONAL and helpful. Despite I live in San Diego and the wedding is at Rancho Palos Verdes, lots of last minute details and communications were all handled PERFECTLY by Kerri. At one point, the wedding was off due to the amount of tensions and stress within family. Yet Kerri motivated me through personal emails and I was able to see the bigger picture clearly.
    Let's face it, budgeting and planning a wedding isn't easy, we all need vendor like Kerri from time to time.

    If you choose Kerri to help you plan your wedding, you won't be disappointed. Very professional, right on her game and yet very friendly. She will keep you relaxed at the day of your wedding, that is for sure.

    I have nothing but great things to say about Kerri and her team! When our venue required us to hire a wedding coordinator, I didn't understand why this was a requirement and was kind of unsure what they could do that my mom and I wouldn't be able to and all I can say is I was so wrong. I am so glad that our venue required us to hire a wedding coordinator because the wedding wouldn't have turned out so perfect if it weren’t for Kerri. Kerri is a wonderful and thoughtful wedding planner. We hired her for day of coordination, which is really the day before (rehearsal) and day of, BUT she did so much more than that! Kerri really went above and beyond. My wedding was in California and I live in North Carolina, which was a challenge when planning and Kerri was so amazing! She would always get back to my emails/calls and answer my questions throughout the whole planning period. She is worth her cost and so much more. She is calming (very important as the date gets closer), she listens, and really tries to execute YOUR wedding of YOUR dreams. She got my vision right away, has a wealth of knowledge about wedding planning and helped me with so many ideas. She's extremely prompt, responsive, organized, knows the wedding arena and vendors, and also she is super sweet.
    As we got closer to the date we talked frequently and the week before the wedding, when I feel most brides are super stressed, I was stress-free thanks to Kerri!

    Our wedding was everything we imagined and SOOOOO much more. We got married 4 months ago and are still talking about how well everything turned out and how perfect it was!

    If you want a wedding planner who is willing to do and plan the wedding that YOU imagine - hire Kerri and her team!

    Hiring a wedding planner needs to be #1 on your budget list. Kerri Hatter made our event worry free. We thought we had everything ready for the perfect wedding for our daughter. Upon our first meeting with Kerri, it was obvious we were in desperate need of her expertise. She took control and let us fully enjoy the wedding day.

    Kerri took control of the wedding, yet kept us "in charge" and always made sure we were 100% comfortable with the plans. She provided guidance and readily solved our problems. Kerri has a multitude of connections. (When we needed the wedding dress steamed, she provided us with a referral. We were very happy with the results from her referral.)

    Looking back at the big event, I can't imagine putting on a wedding without a wedding planner. Kerri's knowledge and leadership guided us through the rehearsal and the actual day. The wedding day was virtually worry- free because we took the time to find the "RIGHT" person to help us finish off our planning. I wish we had hired her from the very beginning!

    Kerri's knowledge, experience, flexibility, connections and her professionalism helped our daughter experience the dream wedding she has always wanted- and deserved! Weddings and Events by Kerri Hatter is a MUST hire for the wedding you have always dreamed of!

    Kerri was great. She was there to help me get something to drink when I felt so dehydrated. She was there to help me find my husband on the other side of the room. She was there to help guide the day. She made sure everything went perfect!

    Weddings and Events by Kerri Hatter made our special day perfect! We were stress free from the planning stages up until the big day. Kerri helped me to be calm during the planning process as I was a very nervous and excited bride. She followed through with everything she said she was going to do and helped to make this special time in our life a treasured memory instead of a stressful job. Her staff was just as professional as she was and I would recommend her services to anyone who is planning a wedding or a special event. Good luck planning your special day!

    Kerri is amazing. I would highly recommend her. She made our day go by so smooth and flawless. She is extremely organized, efficient and professional. I am so glad we chose to use her, having her team around made our day so fun because we had absolutely nothing to worry about.

    Kerri is an awesome planner. She was there for everything I needed and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I had designed what I thought was a good candy table but had no where near as many vases as I needed to fill the table, Kerri brought her own supply of vases and made the table look absolutely awesome. She's the best!

    When I got engaged, we had three months to figure out everything, as my husband was being deployed. We wanted the event to be like we had both always dreamed, but were afraid with the time crunch we'd have to make sacrifices.

    A friend recommended that I call Kerri Hatter...I had seen a lot of movies with crazy wedding planners and was hesitant, but I knew I needed help so I took a shot.

    Within 2 days, she had met with me, learned my style, helped set my budget and presented ideas for the venue, cake, flowers and a photographer. Within a week we had selected all of the above and a DJ, dress, tuxedos and menu. The only thing that was difficult was narrowing down the choices, as she has excellent taste!

    I can't say enough about the service provided by Kerri. Planning a wedding by yourself is like cutting our own hair...sure, you COULD...but is it really going to turn out the way you had hoped?

    Thank you Kerri Hatter for helping to make our wedding dream a reality!

    Kerri paid attention to every detail of my special day. She listened really well to what I wanted and always had ideas and suggestions when I needed them. Kerri was worth every penny. My wedding was very important to me so I had to have someone I trusted to take care of everything.

    I highly recommend Kerri as a wedding coordinator! She was extremely professional, overseeing details from delivering the welcome bags to various hotels for out of town guests, to returning the groomsmen's tuxedos the day after the wedding. Most importantly, she coordinated all the vendors and timeline of the ceremony and reception, leaving me to relax and enjoy the entire day. Many thanks Kerri, you are wonderful!!

    I had Andrea for my wedding planner and she rocked! She was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process! I think the only thing I would have to say was that during the rehearsal, she seemed a little quiet and I would have liked her to take more charge (of course my group was pretty crazy anyway!) But when the day arrived, everything went off without a hitch! She thought of everything and even gave me suggestions for a hair and makeup vendor. I felt like we became friends... and that is a great wedding planning experience!! I think they are fabulous!

    Kerri was a great wedding coordinator. She was flexible and on top of all the details when there was a last minute change to the ceremony location. The day of the wedding, I never worried about anything because she took complete care of executing my vision. I would definitely recommend her service.
