After much thought, we decided on Capri for our elopement (just the two of us) and surprised our family and friends announcing the day after! Our travel advisor, Alanna with flymetotravel.com, planned our entire wonderful Italy trip, and connected us to Maria & Fabrizia of Capri Moments for the elopement details.
Since it was just the two of us, they offered their elopement package which was very reasonable in cost. Based on their vast knowledge of the island and our interests shared, they provided 3-5 options for wedding venue, hair and make-up, florists, photographers, celebrants, dinner venues and transportation around the island. They were very responsive to any questions we had.
They laid a strong foundation for us and made it very easy for us to make our decisions. Everything went so smoothly-like clock work from hair and make-up done by Beauty Livery (Jolanda and Annalisa were amazing), awesome photography by Gianni di Natale, beautiful flowers by Capriflor (Domenico Ruggiero), our unique transportation by The Red Taxi (Lorenzo) & the electric cart with Almani Events (Maria & Vittorio), fabulous celebrant (Fabian Rawnsley) and private dinner at Pensatoio Table at Hotel Caesar Augustus.
(PS we stayed at Punta Tragara Hotel-very gracious manager and staff and stunning views).
It was a magical day for us. We loved every single moment and could not wait to share our surprise with family & friends. The recommendations made by Capri Moments were perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better day! Thank you and we highly recommend to all thinking about Capri for their wedding. -

Capri Moments were so easy to work with. We live in NYC and planned a wedding from afar. We also had to deal with multiple date changes due to Covid. They were so accommodating and were honest and supportive throughout the process. I could have not done it without their expertise of vendors and the island. Working with them will give you total piece of mind, knowing it will all be perfect and as you envision your event. I cannot wait to do another event with them. If you do not choose them to assist you for your big day or even an amazing party or event, it is a mistake. They are hands down the best and most experienced. -

Over the last few months since our wedding, I've attempted to put into words how incredible Capri Moments is but no review I can write will fully convey how deeply grateful my husband and I are for these amazing women. They turned our 4-day wedding celebration into an unforgettable experience for us and our guests that was more magical that we could have ever imagined. From the first moment we met Maria Consilia and Fabrizia, we knew we were in good hands. They have a true passion for their craft and shared in our excitement every step of the way. My husband and I began planning our destination wedding in Capri in 2019, before the pandemic began, with high hopes making planning visits to see our venues, meet our vendors, schedule tastings, etc. in person. However, all that changed when Covid hit and we were forced to postpone our 2020 wedding until 2021. With all the travel restrictions, we were unable to visit Capri, leaving us to plan our entire wedding site unseen. For someone as type-A as me, not being able to be as hands-on during the planning process as I had hoped was a major challenge, but the Capri Moments team put all our worries to rest and earned our complete trust. They facetimed with us to discuss our vision and were extremely responsive to all emails and texts. Any idea we had they took to another level with their creativity -- there was nothing cookie-cutter about our wedding, it was completely unique to us! From our personalized welcome bags, to custom sandals handmade on-site, to hand-painted fans on every seat at our ceremony, no detail was overlooked. They even transformed a terracotta-tiled rooftop into a garden oasis that looked straight out of a fairytale. By the end of our wedding, we were sad to part ways as they played such a huge rolling in making all our wedding dreams come true and became lifelong friends to us. What they created for us was nothing short of magic and we couldn't imagine pulling off our dream wedding without them! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!! -

Our story with Fabrizia and Mariaconsilia started back in 2020. A few weeks after Salvatore proposed.
We had already chosen Capri as a location but living in Milan we needed somebody to help us plan the wedding and also add that professional tasteful touch only a good wedding planner can have. After a little research and IG scrolling it was undoubtedly Capri Moments THE Choice. Everything spoke dedication, professionalism and excellent taste + that love for the island of Capri and that international, always up to date style that goes beyond stereotypes. We started planning right before pandemic, and despite all the uncertainly, the cancellations, the shift to 2021, Fabrizia and Mariaconsilia where always there to support us with great passion and positivity (and a whole lot of patience ).
Planning our wedding together was just so much fun and lighthearted, we always felt we were in the best hand but most importantly we felt like we were in the hand of two amazing people who CARED, for the event and mostly for us and our guests. They have a great selection of the best suppliers to choose from, and we really felt like we couldn’t make a mistake.
Unfortunately, we had to postpone the wedding 1 year later to September’21 due to pandemic, but they kept on working on it as if nothing could stop them, with great passion and dedication.
You know… you understand the true nature of people and their potential when things get tough…Just 4 months before the wedding I got seriously ill and everything seemed to head us in the direction of having to postpone again, but we didn’t despite the uncertainty I could really be ok by the day of the wedding…and the girls were just AMAZING in managing everything and supporting us during such a difficult time, without adding any further worry and actually making the wedding planning process something to enjoy and take our minds off what was happening in our lives. We will always be so grateful for the wedding weekend they pulled together for us, but mostly for having chosen them as wedding planners and then ended up getting to know two amazing people with the biggest hearts that we will always consider our friends.
By the time the Big day had come they put together the actual wedding we had asked for and even more: fun, festive, colorful, unconventional and light. From the wedding stationary to the table décor, the timings …everything was just “perfect”. I am in marketing and advertising and I am very demanding when it comes to the aesthetic of things, even too much sometimes, I like pretty things and I like them done well: but I found my match, when it came to the design and décor, in all the projects they work on and whatever the style you can see that is that distinctive trait of elegance, freshness and taste. This was truly my favorite part of the wedding to plan and they made it easy for me and most importantly delivered above the expectations on that exact day.
During the two days of our wedding everything was just so natural and light with no pressure as they were managing everything behind the scenes. I will always keep in my heart the moment Mariaconsila subtly handed me my meds at perfect time so I could go on with the evening, it was such a sweet moment of care and attention, or when Fabrizia was cheering and smiling for us during the photo session because I am not photo material, we felt cared for and that made everything so joyful and serene.
All of our guest were impressed and congratulated us for the event… they actually asked us to get married every year to have more parties like that, it was such a great confirmation we did right.
As a matter of fact, it was extremely important for us that all of our guests would enjoy the weekend, have fun and without having to worry about logistics or burocracy (most of them were coming from Milan or other parts of the world), and they have confirmed how relaxing it has been for them attending to our wedding thanks to the support and planning of Capri Moments, helping them truly enjoy those days and revert that light relaxed energy into the party!
To all of you who are planning to get married in Capri: If you are looking for attention to detail, excellent taste, perfect planning, the best suppliers, that “nothing is impossible” attitude, and somebody that really knows the Island of Capri and loves it at heart, but most importantly if you are looking for talent + “human touch” (yeah we are Springsteen fans) you are in the BEST HANDS with Capri moments.
Thank you CapriMoments for being as talented and genuine as you are, is a rare mix.

First of all we would like to thank Maria & Fabrizia for making our dream wedding come true. Everything was perfect, from the first meet & greet, to the wedding itself. Because we were both very busy we left the organisation in Capri Moments hands. They surprised us with the most wonderful decoration and perfectly planned event, better than we could have ever imagined. We can only recommend them, for everyone who wants to get married like in a fairy tale. -

Capri Moments Wedding
Capri Moments was with me all the way from Arizona 8 months prior to our wedding. Their experience and professionalism proved a great success on our wedding day in Anacapri at the Hotel Cesare Augustus! It was the most beautiful setting I have ever seen. The vendors like the hair/makeup artists were flawless, the flowers were exceptional, and the ceremony attendant and photographer were perfect. Everything came together so beautifully! It was the wedding of my dreams, something I’ve thought about for decades and Capri Moments was integral in making it perfect! There is no question that I would recommend Capri Moments for your wedding! They are the ultimate in professionalism and the pay attention to every detail.... for you and your guests. -

Maria Consilia and Fabrizia planned an incredibly beautiful wedding weekend for my husband and I. I knew going in my expectations were high but these ladies went beyond my wildest dreams. I requested an intimate, chic, bohemian evening filled with music, flowers and incredible food and they delivered nothing short of perfection. These incredible women coordinated everything from searching the island for villas to finding us a string quartet to play our favorite classic rock as we walked down the isle. I was told to “trust” them when it came to flower and food vendors and while that can seem terrifying, again, my expectations were exceeded. They know their island and they know exactly how to put the Capri touch to whatever you dream up!! (Italian wedding cake, vintage car for ceremony, fresh granita for arriving guests) I think this is one of the most important reasons I would recommend this company. They helped us embrace the culture of Capri that originally inspired our entire dream wedding in ways we never could. While I couldn’t be happier with the event itself I think it’s important to note that these two powerhouses have become my dear friends. They care so much about not only your event but that you are comfortable, happy and excited every step of the way. They truly understand the stress a bride experiences and I’m so thankful I had them by my side. While I don’t plan to get married again (lol) we cannot wait for future trips to the island and to have Maria and Fabrizia plan another event for ourselves and friends. -

Jessica Sent on 07/20/2018We had the most incredible elopement in Capri! The day was so much better than we could ever imagine. Maria Consilia and Fabrizia are both very professional but you can also really feel that they will do everything in their power to make your special day perfect and just the way you like it. Even though we didn’t meet before they really understood which flowers I wanted, how the photos should look like and what kind of environment we preferred.
You guys are the best ! -

They paid very close attention to every detail and everyone who attended stated that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. The welcome bags, the decorations, they entertainment, every detail was very well planned and thought out. Also, they constantly offered suggestions to help make the wedding even more special than we ever imagined. They are amazing wedding planners and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Capri or the Amalfi coast.

Happily Sent on 12/03/2017Maria and Fabrizia helped to make our elopement a dreamy fantastic event! We felt in SUCH good hands as we working through all the arrangements via email leading up to our special day. These ladies were able to communicate and support our every request from many miles away.
We were so impressed with all the wonderful people who were assembled as part of the event. Our officiant, hair, make-up and flowers were exceptional. Our photographer, Umberto, was a true artist and pro! The images are all stunning and were the perfect way to share our special day with all those back home.
It was the special touches and attention to detail that really pulled everything together. I feel Marisa and Fabrizia managed the event with care based upon our specific needs, making the day truly one of a kind and perfect, just for us.
I felt like a goddess in the perfect low stress ceremony. Maria and Fabrizia were truly my Italian fairy godmothers, making me feel like Cinderella headed out to her own rocker cool version of the ball ;)

Erika Sent on 07/11/2018We cannot express what a delight it was to work with the wonderful, creative, professional team at Capri Moments. We interviewed several wedding planners local to Capri during our planning process, and the team at Capri Moments impressed us most. Why?
- Capri Moments understood our vision right away. A few Skype calls and a Pinterest board were all it took for Maria and Fabrizia to not only understand our vision for the wedding, but also provide excellent feedback on how to infuse the local Capri vibe to our entire wedding weekend.
- Capri Moments has the right connections. They knew the best local vendors and had excellent relationships with our top choice venue and catering, stationary designer, floral design, DJ and more. When we wanted to rent a boat at the last minute? No problem. Needed additional transportation options for our guests? Done. No matter how last minute our requests were, Capri Moments knew who to go to on the island to get it done. They are well known on the island, and everyone speaks very highly of the team.
- Capri Moments was easy to work with. Even with us being located in New York City in the US, everything was on schedule and communication was always prompt and professional. They even made great recommendations for payment logistics - for example grouping multiple vendor payments into sizable sums - in order to save money on wire transferring fees.
In short, our day was even better than we could have imagined. Every detail was exactly as promised, right down to the red convertible the bride drove in on and the greenery lining the aisle. We could not be happier with our experience and highly recommend the Capri Moments team to anyone who wants to plan a magical wedding in luxurious Capri - especially from afar. -
