Casey is amazing! She was easy to work with and had so many great suggestions and recommendations for timeline and flow of our ceremony and reception. She was always reassuring me that we were on track - especially when I started to get overwhelmed with dialing in the details. She made planning a wedding from the other side of the country seamless, and above all, she is so kind and easy-going! I received so many compliments from those who interacted with her at our wedding. Our wedding day was flawless in our eyes and if there was a hiccup anywhere, we never heard about it! I cannot thank Casey enough for making sure our day was perfect and it was honestly the best time of my life! -

Literally everywhere we went in Sedona on our initial visit we were asked "Who is your wedding planner?" And when we said "Casey," every single person said, "Oh, she's great!" I had an absolute dream fantasy wedding and that is almost entirely thanks to Casey and Shannon. I can't tell you the number of guests who at the wedding stopped me just to say this was the best wedding they had ever been to. Stop reading this and hire her already. -

Two months after our wedding, my husband, Jared, and I are still overwhelmed with gratitude for Casey and Dani’s work. We went with Casey Green’s full-service package, and being two highly critical people, we sincerely recommend it. Casey and Dani are AMAZING—they are extremely passionate and so excellent at what they do. Casey truly got to know us as a couple, what we wanted on our wedding day. Both her and Dani brought our visions to life—even those that were seemingly impossible—yes, we wanted llamas at our wedding and did not even think it would be possible in Sedona, but Casey did everything to make sure it happened. Casey kept us on track throughout the year, and made sure there were absolutely no worries on our hands—if there were, she took care of it right away--oh my goodness, she is so on top of it. When Jared and I got side tracked, she redirected us. When we made brash decisions, she was there with her utmost honest opinion, reminding us of things we would have never thought about. When it came to vendors, we connected with a few ourselves, but Casey had the most powerful and accurate insights (believe me, she really knows the industry).
Casey and Dani were like magical fairy dust. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of all the work they did behind the scenes. I only found out later, that Casey had kept in touch with the hotel, the hair and makeup team, the photographers and one of my bridesmaids [I did not even know they exchanged contact information!] throughout the day to make sure we were on schedule, and that transportation she had arranged from one point to another arrived as planned.
When it came time to line up for the ceremony, Jared realized he left our marriage certificate in the hotel (more than 3 miles away). Dani acted on it SO QUICKLY that no one, not even I noticed! It was not until days after that I found out she sped to our hotel, got a hold of my cousin and access to our room, retrieved the certificate and sped back to the wedding venue.
During our reception, we had a couple surprises in mind, and did not think we would be able to do it all, but Dani took it in her hands and made it happen. Everything from the perfect timing to the music to go with it flowed SEAMLESSLY because Dani had wittingly and meticulously orchestrated each event with our DJ.
Long after our wedding weekend, we are still heartwarmingly grateful and cannot thank them enough. Our wedding was everything we dreamt it to be, and we were so blessed to have had Casey and Dani by our sides. They made the process completely stress free and so uniquely ours. If you are planning a wedding in the Arizona area, give Casey a call, I promise you, you will not regret it.

We used Casey as our day of coordinator and cannot recommend her services enough. We had a destination wedding in Sedona (we live in NC) so we weren't familiar with the local vendors/nuances to consider about our destination wedding. Casey and her team knew it ALL! She gave amazing recommendations for other vendors and gave honest and helpful advice when we were making decisions. We worked closely with her and Dani. They were always so kind and went above and beyond while helping us plan our special day. I felt very at ease during our wedding weekend with their help. Thank you so much for helping us plan our dream wedding!! -

My wife and I chose Casey Green after she was recommended to us by many of the vendors we met with in Phoenix. At the time of our wedding, we lived in Anchorage, Alaska so having someone local, near the venue, was imperative to us. We met with Casey and her team about once a month via phone. Casey was great in guiding us about what we needed to be focused on, and more importantly keeping us from dwelling on the trivial details of our wedding. Casey always kept detailed notes of our conversation and made sure progress was being made each time we met. Casey recommended excellent vendors and kept our scope narrow, which was very helpful since we were so far away from the venue. Casey emulated our down-to-earth style and was always ensuring our wants were being reflected in the decision's being made. She was very conscientious of our overall budget. Casey was so helpful during the week of our wedding. We were so busy, of course, but Casey made sure nothing fell through the cracks and made all the last-minute details happen--which removed a lot of stress from me and my wife. Casey and the team made our day perfect. My wife and I both enjoyed our wedding more than we expected to and we know that is because of Casey. We wish we could live our wedding day over and over again because everything fell into place. The money spent on Casey's services was well worth it and we got a great value. We could not have pulled off half the wedding Casey planned for us if we had attempted it on our own. Thank you, Casey!!! -

The best wedding planner I could have dreamed of finding.
So many nice things to say about Casey who is an absolute gem of a human! Casey is beyond amazing! We hired her a little over a year out from our wedding for day of coordination and holy smokes she does way more than just that. Right off the bat we had a planning meeting to game plan the wedding vision where she gave me a beautiful checklist of all the things I need to have in my sights for planning. She then checked in with meetings every couple months to help me stay on track and be available for questions. As the wedding got closer we had more frequent meetings where we hashed out details to make sure nothing was missed. She is incredibly organized, smart, adaptive, and kind. She knew an answer for every single question and kept me sane through planning. If your questioning if you need a day of coordinator do it! Casey was by far the best investment of our wedding with her wealth of knowledge and connections. You will get to be guest at your own wedding if you hire her. -

We had purchased a package with our venue which included a Day of Wedding Coordinator. After going through a whole list of wedding planners, I knew after talking to Casey that she was going to be the best fit for us! She is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, organized, responsive, professional, and has a huge heart! Casey went above and beyond expectations, meeting with us each month to make sure we were on track for the wedding. I may have had a lot of questions for her, but she was always great with providing the answer that I needed and had a variety of different resources to ask if she was unsure.
EVERY SINGLE vendor we worked with always asked if we had a wedding planner and who it was, and EACH time I responded with Casey Green they all were extremely excited and told me that I have THE BEST wedding planner out there and that they love working with her!
Throughout the planning process, we had the opportunity to be introduced to Casey’s assistant, Dani. Dani, is so kind and was willing to jump into all of my ideas that I had! They worked AMAZING together during all of the planning and day of wedding events.
I cannot thank Casey enough for all of her hard work and kind heart!! I would recommend her to every bride if I could! -

Casey was amazing in every aspect. From helping coordinate with our vendors, invitation wording and helping us continue with our special day even through covid. We couldn’t be happier to have selected Casey to help coordinate our wedding. She was with us every step of the way and made sure we were on track with timeline, rentals, and the million other tasks. We highly recommend Casey for your wedding plan needs. She’s the best and always has your best interest at heart. She’ll bend over backwards to make sure your special days goes off without a hitch. Casey was recommended to us on a long list of vendors approved by our venue, and once I spoke with her I KNEW she was the perfect planner for us! Like so many weddings being held in 2020, we had to postpone our wedding until a later date and add extra logistics to ensure our downsized wedding adhered to all of the COVID restrictions. Casey and Dani were essential in helping us reschedule with our vendors, coordinating along COVID rules, and keeping me sane throughout the whole process. Casey was always available and never failed to brighten my day. She goes above and beyond. We had a disaster with our rental company the day of the wedding and Casey did everything she could to ensure that my husband and I got some money back - and we did. Before COVID I would have shouted from the rooftops how fabulous Casey was at keeping us organized and recommending the best vendors. Having gone through what we went through I feel like Casey is now family! I could not recommend her enough. -

We chose Casey and her day of package pretty late in the game, (one month out) but she swooped in and handled everything flawlessly as if she planned the whole thing herself. When I made a mistake and ordered donuts from two separate locations, she was there to make it work. I truly did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day and truly got to enjoy every minute of it. In fact, I later learned our lead venue coordinator was sick that night and because Casey had such a handle on everything, I had no idea she wasn't even there.
If you're looking for someone to ensure your day runs as smooth as possible, look no further, Casey is your best choice. -

We knew Casey was going to be an outstanding Wedding Day Planner the first night we met her. Her enthusiasm, excitement, and ability to quickly understand us as a couple was amazing! If I had to describe Casey's brand, I would say Maya Angelou already has, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Thanks for making our day amazing, Casey! -
Robin Sent on 10/12/2018Casey was our angel. Planning a destination wedding is a challenge! Casey was SO helpful. Before you even decide on a venue - hire Casey! She will save you money with her great ideas. In addition, I had several items (gifts for bridesmaids, Jenga game for guest signing, etc etc) sent to her house. The rehearsal was amazing with a written time line for all parties to follow. She had it all spelled out so NO one could be out of place. She really organized everyone but with a smile on her face. She often said - no worried, you are on time and everything is coming together. Simply hearing her comment made all the difference. I am the MOB (Mother of the Bride) and I was able to let go and enjoy the entire wedding day - and night! She was amazing. HIRE HER!
