Loved everything about my experience here! They were very reasonably priced, especially for the size! The only problem was that cleaning was not included in the price and had to be done ourselves. Which actually didn't turn out so bad, as it was way more entertainment for the bridal party then I ever could have dreamed. Would have my wedding here over, and over, and over! THANKS RIVERSIDE CENTER!

There are absolute pluses here. The value is amazing. The look and feel of the venue was perfect for our winter wedding. John was wonderful to work with and very accomodating. The only down side was some miss communication with the corrdinator. We ended up get a call late on our wedding night that we were none to happy about! Other then that it would have been about perfect!

nice venue, not worth the aggravation

The venue is very nice and Cashmere is a great location. We were on a tight budget and had to ask repeatedly for the price break for our event qualified for that was listed on the website, they refused at first but did eventually give it to us although they made us give a larger deposit, not the appropriate lesser deposit amount. We had tried to send our payment check weeks in advance, it did not make it and we found out after they had already charged us $50/day. They refused to budge on this, which is fair since it was in our contract, but waiting until days after the due date to send a reminder seemed odd. It became obvious they were going to find a way to make as much money off this day as possible.
The day of the event they were 30 minutes late for our 1 hour set up, so we were not able to set up fully before guests started to arrive, no surprise, they made no offer to refund us for that lost time or reduce our late fee charge from earlier. They have expressed they are not bothered or will suffer any loss by us deciding to not book another event with them again.

The manager was nice during walk through, but very rude during and after event. She over bills and keeps entire deposit. Be careful with summer event. Poor quality cooling unit. Very hot inside during reception.
