  Choosing a wedding photographer for me was the most important decision during the wedding planning process. I mean at the end of your perfect day, it is the photos capturing every beautiful moment that allow you to relive every emotion, and never forget the best day of your life. For this very reason, I wanted someone I could trust... Someone that saw beauty in every detail, someone who possessed the professionalism to handle both of our families and all of our guests, and most of all someone who made us feel comfortable enough with ourselves to embrace the spotlight that came along with this day. I found that Catie embodied all of these hopes.
  To say that Catie impressed us during our engagement shoot is an understatement. Within the first 5 minutes, all our nerves about being "cute" and "photogenic" were turned into laughs and a feeling of confidence. Catie is such a blast to work and after being blown away by her artwork Justin and I knew we wanted to hire her for our wedding.
  Weeks leading up to the wedding, Catie and I sat down over lunch to discuss all the details about what Justin and I were envisioning for the big day. Walking away from that meeting, I felt so at peace. Her knowledge and experience allowed me to take the most important detail (in my head) off of my 'worry' list.
  Catie, rocked on the wedding day! Justin and I felt like we were spending time with a friend, not a vendor. Everything could not have been more perfect--we have the pictures to prove it! Justin and I relived all the laughs, tears, and complete joy as we looked back through all the photos Catie had captured. We are so blessed by Catie, and will recommend her to EVERY couple.

  We were able to snag Catie in OKC for our Sunday wedding and it was a tremendous stroke of luck. Our photos are STUNNING, and working with Catie was a breeze. She's friendly, accessible, and has a great photojournalistic sensibility, which is just what we wanted. She worked with our budget to do some reduced hours, and we got world-class photos as a result. She sent the edited photos to us promptly within her stated timeframe, and is even responsive to questions well after the wedding. Thanks, Catie!

  Catie is so amazing! Not only is she a great photographer but she is an awesome person! I loved being able to meet with her and talk about ideas before the big day. She made an effort to get to know both me and my husband which made everything feel so much more personal. She is great about being in the moment and capturing some of the best shots. Her energy and directions are so helpful. I highly recommend using her for your wedding day!

  Let me just say that I am a photo snob. I'm very particular about photographer styles and what I wanted for our pictures. When I came across Catie's blog I just fell in love. She seemed to have the love of nature and perfect tone in her photos that I had been searching for.
  
  Before taking our engagement pictures I was so nervous about how they were going to turn out and whether or not I was even going to like any of them. Once we got there and started it just started to flow and I just tried to trust in Catie's ability. We even lucked out with a giant supermoon that evening. Catie was awesome and didn't rush us at all and just took her time capturing the moments. After the engagement session I knew we'd both feel super comfortable with her capturing the wedding. Then we got the pictures back...wow. Just wow. She is an artist plain and simple. Let's just say on the wedding day I KNEW I didn't have to worry about whether or not my pictures would turn out.
  
  We had our wedding outside of a cabin in Broken Bow, OK and she captured it perfectly. She got all the details, the candid expressions, the family pictures and our couples portraits were just incredible and better than I could have ever imagined. My favorite thing about Catie is her skill at night photography. Even though our reception was really low lighting and outdoors she still managed to capture INCREDIBLE shots (Catie, I am in love with all of our first dance photos).

  “So, who is going to be YOUR photographer?”
  This had to be the top question we would get asked about our wedding day. As wedding photographers, it was top priority to have a professional who captured our wedding day in a beautiful and timeless style… Catie did that and more! From the first day we met her, we knew that she was definitely the photographer for us!
  
  I get flustered in front of the camera, so when it came time for engagement photos I was definitely nervous, but we had such a blast that I stopped worrying and let Catie do her thing. Our photos turned out beautiful, and we could not have been happier.
  
  Fast forward to the actual wedding day… I was not even a tiny bit nervous. I had full trust in Catie’s professionalism and abilities that it didn’t even cross my mind. This was great because I was able to actually focus on what was going on around me. Needless to say, our photos blew us away. They still make me cry (happy tears) every time I go through them… plus, we got some pretty amazing dance/party shots that are the best. I cannot wait to get our favorites hanging on our walls! Of course, we have our SPECTACULAR wedding album to shove in peoples faces… seriously, BUY AN ALBUM! You will not regret it.
  
  Seriously, my husband and I love Catie. She was professional but so fun, easy-going and made sure to capture our personalities. If we were planning our wedding again, I would choose her, no question!

  My daughter found Catie and just fell in love with her creative and unique ability to capture the moment in her photography. She immediately knew she was the one to capture her special day. I would highly recommend Catie. She is very professional, great to work with, and she understands who you are and what is important to you. She is a very talented photographer with a special eye for detail and beauty. I know she has captured my daughters wedding in a very special way.

  TERRIBLE experience! Please do not use this person!

  To anyone interested in using Catie for wedding photos, don’t. The photos may be beautiful, hopefully they will be, but currently I can’t form an opinion on them because they were supposed to be delivered to us over a month ago and we have not received them. Additionally we have not heard from her for over a month after numerous attempts to reach out to her. As a last ditch we are reaching out on Facebook. If anyone knows where I can find Catie or why she has been so rude, please reply. Thank you.

  Refused to communicate

  While she was responsive before the wedding, after she received the second payment she did not answer any calls, texts, emails. We sent one email before the contracted 90 days was up. It took six months to see our photos. We received one response in those six months. She also still has not sent our album that we spent hundred of dollars on.

  Terrible! Do not hire!

  When you pay for a service it is customary to receive said service. Having said that yes you showed up and did what we paid you for but you ghosted us for months now. It’s okay lawyers are on the way! Don’t hire this person there are far better more talented people out there.
