  A Kind Artist

  Noelle did my hair & make-up for my wedding (and a few others in my party). I am forever grateful! She is punctual, kind, and a true artist! She made sure everything was perfect! Plus, she has the most loving spirit - she was such an important part of my day. Thank you, Noelle!!

  Noelle is awesome and very sweet. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She listened to what I wanted and produced it. She made me feel calm and at home. Noelle is very talented. She also had one of her colleagues do my daughters hair last minute. Her hair turned out awesome. Overall I love this place to bad they were not located closer to me.

  Chateau Belle played host to me and my bridal party (and moms and an aunty) on my wedding day and they did a tremendous job. First of all, the salon is really cute and comfortable and I know my photographer got some great shots of us getting ready there. Bree did my hair and she did an incredible job - it was exactly what I wanted (I had done a trial and we landed on the perfect style after trying two different ones). She also did such a great job on my bridesmaids - they all loved their hair and I heard lots of compliments on it. Jolie did my makeup and I loved that too - my eyes looked incredible (if I may say so myself!)

  The Salon Chateau Belle is just fantastic! My daughter and her bridal party had their hair and make up done there for her wedding. All of the hair held up beautifully and the make up didn't smudge at all. The bride looked as beautiful at the end of the night as she did in the beginning of the evening.
  The salon itself was very comfortable and will photograph very well. They welcomed us to bring food and drinks to enjoy the time we were there. All of the stylists were very professional and experienced in updo's or down. The pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend this salon for any bridal party, they started our day off stress free and fun. Thank You for the beautiful job, Debbie Cruz

  I know I may be biased, but my bridesmaids were STUNNING thanks to the ladies at Chateau Belle. The salon is warm and inviting, and the stylists are incredibly professional and know exactly what they are doing. Highly recommend!

  I called Noelle yesterday. I told her I was looking for a wedding make up artist. Before I even gave her a date she told me she was all booked up and hung up on me. Incredibly rude. I cant believe people would treat a potential client like this. 0/10 would not recommend.

  --- In response I received this" As a reply to your comments, I believe that it's important for my clients to be able to connect with me personally on my direct line about their wedding details, especially if they are coming from out of town.
  To be honest with you, I was quite taken aback by our phone call when you began the conversation without any introduction and just..."I need make-up artists" in the most arrogant and entitled way. I was not impressed and I didn't know if you were perhaps a wedding coordinator or calling on behalf of someone else as you did not make that clear.
  In other words, it wasn't received well. I reserve the right to refuse business to anyone and do not need to give you an explanation for being unavailable"

  I am a guy, looking for a make up artist for my fiance for our wedding. I am sorry I dont know what the correct wording or what to address you as?
  I also dont know how I came across as entitled? I didnt ask for anything for free, I didnt ask for a discount, I didnt say I expected anything. All I asked was a simple question. The only thing I should be entitled to is good customer service, clearly we dont see eye to eye on that.
