  Awesome Food!

  Chef Dania catered our wedding last weekend and WOW. The food was delicious, the presentation was perfect, and everything was served with smiles! Get the empanadas as an appetizer...I have had multiple guests tell me how awesome ALL of the food was, but especially the perfectly cooked empanadas.

  Excellent caterer!

  We are so happy we hired Dania to cater our wedding! She was such a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process - professional, positive, flexible, easy to get along with - can't say enough good things about her. She prepared appetizers, dinner, and asopao for our wedding and the food was great! We got many positive comments from guests about the food. We'd especially recommend her ceviche - delicious!

  McCarthy wedding

  WOW chef Dania!!! Unbelievable food, not only did my husband and I talk about the food for days after the wedding- so thankful our wedding planner forced us to eat, because I would of been so upset if we missed out on Dania’s amazing food, but our guests could not stop saying how delicious it was!!! Definitely highlight of the entire night- from cocktail hour through dinner, the food was incredible. The steak was the fan favorite!!!

  ¡Agradecida de por vida con Dania! Tuvimos la oportunidad de contratar sus servicios para nuestra boda el pasado 23 de febrero en Casa Herdz. Desde el primer día tomó en cuenta el menú que deseábamos y excedió todas nuestras expectativas. Todas las etapas, desde el cocktail, la cena principal, hasta el asopao y los churros que le pedí, muy bien presentadas y de excelente calidad. Su humildad, servicio y pasión por la cocina la distinguen notablemente. Su familia además, dijeron presente para ayudar en lo que se necesitara. No hubiese elegido a nadie más para llevar acabo esta parte tan importante de nuestra boda. Gracias Dania por traer felicidad a nuestro paladar y por convertirte en una amiga para la vida en el pueblo de Rincón.

  When searching for a caterer for our wedding we knew we wanted to incorporate Caribbean and American-style dishes. Chef Dania came highly recommended and absolutely did not disappoint! Planning a destination wedding is not easy but the options to choose from were definitely mouth-watering. Our guests raved about how excellent and delicious the food was for weeks after our event. Would hire Chef Dania for an event again!
