  The Photographer you want in pandemic and normal times

  Cheryl worked with us throughout all the wedding changes we had to make due to the pandemic. She was kind, patient, and answered all our questions and soothed our anxiety around the pandemic approved wedding. She was generous with her time and lighthearted and positive. She is a true artist and we're so lucky she was able to photograph our intimate wedding. We highly recommend her!

We had the absolute privilege of being photographed by Cheryl Richards for our November wedding at the Boston Harbor Hotel and are blown away by her magnificent work. Having the opportunity to relive the day through our photos brought tears to our eyes. Cheryl captured every single moment so elegantly, beautifully and emotionally and we feel beyond grateful to have had the chance to work with Cheryl.   The best photographer ever!

  I can not say enough good things about Cheryl. She is a true professional who’s talent far surpasses others in her field. She will do what ever it takes to get that money shot. She is so accommodating and easy to work with. I just looked at my sneak peek gallery and I am just blown away. These pictures are the exact reason I had to have her be part of our special day. I just can’t believe how gorgeous they came out. I can not thank her enough. This is my second time having Cheryl take photos for my family and I and it won’t be the last.

  Love Cheryl! Highly Recommend.

  Cheryl is AMAZING. I feel so fortunate we were able to have her at our Boston wedding. Her familiarity with the space (Ritz-Carlton, Avery St), professionalism and warmth allowed my husband and I to feel completely comfortable in what otherwise would have been so awkward. 
  
  Her responsiveness leading up the wedding was great. Since we were not local, we scheduled calls and met by FaceTime to ensure we had all of the details covered. When we finally did meet, it was as if we were old friends greeting each other with big hugs. She's SO sweet! Cheryl fit seamlessly into the wedding day so much so that I wondered if she had caught all of the memories. Sure enough, the pictures came out spectacular. The facial expressions, dance moves, laughs and sweet moments were ALL captured perfectly. She's honest, detail-oriented and a true expert. I'd recommend her to anyone!

She was tireless, but unobtrusive. Of course, the proof is, as they say, in the proofs. We asked that Cheryl concentrate on candids, rather than set-piece shots, and she came through magnificently. The final album is one of real memories captured, rather than attendees merely memorialized. It tells our story, with great production values. We cannot recommend Cheryl Richards more highly!

  Cheryl is extremely easy-going, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera (which is no small feat!). She is very efficiency and took beautiful photos in a very short period of time. It was wonderful working with her and I highly recommend her!

From the moment we met you to do our engagement photos you were so friendly and encouraging and I immediately felt at ease. And then at the wedding you were so calm, organized, and professional that I knew you would do a fantastic job. You allowed us to enjoy our day and yet still managed to take some of the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen. I am so happy with how the pictures turned out. You managed to capture such genuine emotions and I hardly noticed you were there most of the day ( I mean this in the best possible day).   Timeless, elegant photos to be treasured forever!

  When it came to my wedding photos I knew that I wanted to find a photographer whose past work showed that they were a well-rounded professional with experience outside of weddings. With her decades-long career in weddings, editorial, and portraits, Cheryl’s portfolio exceeded my vision.
