    Mother of the Groom

    I can not properly express in words how INCREDIBLE My experience was when I stepped into the doors of Christina's shop !!! I am a Travel Nurse and Mother of the Groom. When I told Her the wedding was in City Park, New Orleans, She turned into My "Fairy Godmother" !!!! Dress, scarf, shoes, earrings ( and even a spanks LOL) were gathered with professionalism , care , and attention like no where else I've ever experienced !!! When I entered the Botanical Gardens the evening of the wedding, and noticed all the dropped jaws, and heard the many compliments , I smiled and whispered " You R-O-C-K Christina / aka My Fairy Godmother " XXXXXXX #BeyondSatisfiedÀndGratefulMom #PrettyWomanMoveOver

    Christina’s was so helpful, the owner goes above and beyond, the staff is always so helpful. The staff is fairly new and if you ever have an issue with them Chris will take care of it. Chris is sincere and generous person. Best customer service!!!

    I love one-stop shopping and Cristinas Bridal allowed me to do just that. I was able to take care of myself, my bridesmaids, and my flower girl all in one place. Everything was ready as promised and looked absolutely beautiful. I could not have been happier and highly recommend you check them out!

    We had a small hiccup with my sons tux but they were super helpful in getting it fixed! We had to make two trips to pick up tuxes but they quickly made the alterations needed and over nighted the suit jacket!

    Very friendly and knowledgable staff--for the most part. When we first went in to get groomsmen and dads measured the lady measured them wrong and so we were forced to go in and get remeasured however we were informed that that employee had been let go since that time. Prices were fairly high however since I purchased my wedding gown from their store I got great discounts on bridesmaids gowns and tuxes.

    Had such a wonderful experience at Christina's! All of the associates were friendly and helpful. I am awful with names, however I believe the young lady that helped me was named Sarah. And she was absolutely perfect. She shared tips and ideas and also spoke with me about her own wedding planning. It was like shopping with a girlfriend! I had been to 3 other stores looking for my dress with no luck, found some I liked but would be treated unprofessionally by the store associates, so I was very discouraged until I went into this small store and had the best service ever! Thank you for helping me find my perfect dress!! David's bridal turned me away when I asked if I could return within an hour or so to purchase my dress!

    Just not very professional. She was a little rude and uptight, and it was bothersome to work with her. MY dress looked great, but it took awhile to find a perfect one.

    The people that work are somewhat nice but the boss Christina is very rude and and not professional. I got my dress there for $300 and my bridal party were suposed to get 15% off which they did not write down and I had to call multiple times to remind them so.

    Poor business ethics.

    Seriously don't go here if you expect good small business morals & ethics. Paid the $25 mandatory deposit PLUS $345 on top of that for an order exceeding $750. Plans unfortunately changed and I asked for my money back (excluding the mandatory deposit) & was told no. So they basically stole $345 from me because it's considered to be part of the "Mandatory deposit".

    Terrible service and terrible people who didn't seem to want to help. We went to Laneige Bridal and Tuxedo in Casper and they were 100 times better! Will never go back. All the girls were more interested in going home for the day. And it was only 5:15.

    Terrible customer service, unorganized staff, they are not helpful at all. This is by far the worst dress shopping experience I’ve had. I have now went into the store 3 times in an attempt to purchase a wedding dress and have gotten no where, the staff told me to “come in tomorrow” each time. The second time I went in they had lost my paperwork and had no recollection of me being in the store 2 days prior. I went in today as the associate the day before told me she would call on the dress I was wanting to purchase this morning to make sure it could be shipped in time for my wedding and nothing had been done. Instead I get excuses that only the manager can do that and we are trying to close (so was Laneige Bridal and Tuxedo today at 6pm but guess what they still sold me a dress and got it ordered...TODAY- I highly recommend them!) there was not a manager in site on any of the 3 days I was in. In my opinion,The employees there are not well trained for this kind of work. It is already stressful enough planning a wedding and then these employees can’t even sell you a dress!!? I will never purchase from this store nor recommend it. My business was taken elsewhere.

    Chris at Christina’s runs a horrible business! Her word is not honest.
    I ordered my wedding dress in December of 2016. It was the perfect dress. I planned EVERYTHING around my dress.In May Christina’s called me only 3 weeks to my wedding to let me know my dress had arrived. Turns out it wasn’t what I had ordered. I was in shock! There was no way they could get the dress in the color I had ordered so my decision was to take the dress they ordered which was White and I wanted NO WHITE or to take their floor model that was a size 8 and I am a size 18 and try to make a lace up in the back at the same price. So here I am paying full price for a dress that wasn’t what I wanted or one way to small that several people had tried on. Never once did Chris say she would compensate me for my troubles. She did however offer to alter my whichever dress I chose free of charge. I agreed to go with the dress not in my color only because it was my size. I was a wreck! I cried and cried and rushed all over the state reordering shoes, tux’s, flower girl dresses and basically changing everything for my wedding. I arrived on a Thursday night back to Casper as Friday morning Chris promised to have my dress ready! Ha! I walked in the door and Chris was out sick that day. Thank God my dress was there still but had never been touched! The staff called Chris and let me talk to her and I was livid. Chris said she was sick but would get to it tomorrow. I took time off work, driving 5 hours, a hotel and now she wants me back. I informed Chris of her unprofessional-ism. Chris didn’t even have the respect to call me and let me know it wasn’t done. She had no respect for me or my wedding. Her answer to the solution was to then pay for my alteration.Then she claimed $400 was too much. Christina’s cost me over a $1000 for my wedding because of their mistake. I was NEVER compensated anything. Don’t Shop Christina’s! It’s A Joke!

    April, I'm so sorry about the situation with your dress. According to your signed contract, you ordered an ivory dress which was the dress that originally arrived in your size. When you changed your mind on the color, I called every store I could to find the ivory-champagne color (which I did find in your size) and even offered to alter the in-store dress with a lace-up back but you decided to stick with the original ordered dress. Unfortunately I had vertigo for 10 days and didn't have the physical ability to do the alterations. After I recovered, I offered to do all of the alterations for free and even drive it to your location but you declined. I'm truly sorry for this situation and I hope you know that I did everything I could to make the situation right.
