Amazing day of coordinator
Chelsie and Krysty were the perfect choice for our day of coordinator. We had several FaceTime meetings and constant communication via email. They provided us with a spreadsheet that included vendors, timeline form, bridal party info, decor outline etc. and it really helped us fill in all the blanks we had for our wedding. Chelsie was so detailed and very responsive. They decorated our wedding beautifully and everything flowed perfectly with the timeline we created. They also made sure all our decor, gifts, etc. we’re secure and put away by the end of the night. Our wedding was perfect in every way and we are so happy we had CK design leading the way!Chelsie and Krysty were the perfect choice for our day of coordinator. You won't regret it!!
Chelsie and Krysty were awesome wedding planners for our wedding! They were referred to us by word of mouth. Upon our initial consultation, we were impressed on how the duo operates. Seeing that they have known each other for quite some time, their chemistry is quite impressive.
They come equipped with excel spreadsheets to keep every part of the wedding organized as well as a suggestive timeline of when items for your wedding should be completed. They have their own rental items that you may rent from them! If you need a suggestion for a Vendor, they can also help in that category as well. Definitely a one-step shop!
We were also impressed with their coordination skills. To be able to coordinate 13 Bridesmaids and 13 Groomsmen along with 17 Sponsors. Once wedding day arrived, everything flowed SMOOOOTHLY. They create a tentative timeline for wedding day, which they try to stick to as much as they can. If they need to improvise, they will make the necessary adjustments. Chelsie and Krysty were constantly on top of everything while making sure that if we needed anything, they would get it for us or get it done. We worried ABOUT NOTHING during our wedding day.
We’re very satisfied with Chelsie and Krysty’s services and would highly recommend them. Great Day of Coordinators!
Chelsie and Krysty with CK Design and events worked as our day of coordinators for our wedding. They are super affordable, extremely organized and so great to work with!! We had a couple of consultations leading up to the day to make sure we had all the details set, and they offered great suggestions and always had answers to all of my questions. On the day of my wedding (that was supposed to be outdoors) we had consistent rain all day which really threw off my plans. Chelsie and Krysty handled our Plan B so that I didn't have to worry and made sure that the day was still absolutely perfect. I'm going to say I would not have survived with CK Design and Events. Chelsie and Krysty are amazing. We did the full service planning and it was so worth it. They helped us plan for a year and were on point with every detail. They helped me find my vendors, stay within budget, and all of the little things I would have forgotten. On my wedding day I was so chill because I knew they had everything covered, and they did an amazing job! When my husband and I first started planning our wedding, one of our biggest priorities was finding a good day of planner to keep things running smoothly on our actual wedding day. I'm an over-planner by nature, and wanted to do most of the event planning myself, but wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the big day without fielding phone calls, accepting deliveries, setting up the reception space, and answering questions on all sides.
The day of planning package from CK Design & Events fit the bill (and our budget!) perfectly, and after an initial video consultation with Chelsie and Krysty, we decided to take the plunge! These two are so sweet and professional, and asked a lot of questions leading up to the big day that we might not have considered otherwise, which was super helpful in getting plans laid out in detail and making things run as smoothly as possible come wedding time. They even worked with us to make a day of timeline, which they then distributed to our vendors and our VIP guests so everyone was on the same page for our wedding. I can't tell you how often we referred to the timeline throughout our wedding day, especially when it came to my huge family needing to know when and where to be ready for various photos. If there were any snags throughout the day, we never heard about them.
And the reception space looked GORGEOUS. Walking down to see how well everything came together was such a delight, and I don't think the effect would have been the same if I'd been the one stressing over every little detail and item placement instead of relaxing upstairs and getting ready with my bridesmaids. The night honestly went perfectly for us, and I'm so happy we got to just enjoy and soak it all up instead of stressing over the details all day. Chelsie and Krysty also packed up our decor super quickly after the reception ended, and took care to wrap up our guestbook so it didn't get damaged by the heavier items we'd purchased. They are professional, efficient, friendly, oh and adorable with their matching skirts. They are worth more than 4 times the amount they charge for all the services they provide. They handled the rehearsal, the time line, the vendors, set up, decorations, and even helped pack up decorations at the end of the wedding!!! These girls are amazing fairy wedding planners! Chelsie and Krysty were extremely organized, very helpful and full of great ideas. I used their Full Service Planning to help plan my wedding in Florida while I was in New York, and it was beautiful and perfect. I even ordered my custom invitations through them as well. The photo booth was a hit and they even brought us food and beer while getting our photos done. They thought of everything I didn't. Also they are reasonably priced so if you're a bride on a budget, then definitely give them a buzz.These girls are amazing fairy wedding planners! I toyed with the idea of hiring a wedding coordinator for a long time trying to decide if it was worth it. IT IS!!! I could not have done it without Chelsie and Krysty!! I had planned the entire wedding myself and was thinking "How am I going to make this all run smoothly?" That's where CK came in and made the day stress free and relaxing. I was trying to rearrange napkins last minute and they took care of it. They coordinated everyone walking, even when guests came late, mid processional. I couldn't thank them enough because there isn't any way I nor anyone in my family could've done what they did. I would highly recommend them to coordinate your wedding. Our wedding was more than we could dream of thanks to Chelsie and Krysty. It was such an amazing service and can not put into words what an incredible job they did. They had excellent communication and attention to detail throughout the planning process which made things less stressful. CK Designs did our wedding. We were suppose to have it at the beach but it was pouring down rain. I was having a panic attack, but they saved the day. Krysty said we would still do it at the beach if I wanted to, or.... They will bring the beach to me. They had 4 1/2 hrs to get everything done. Everyone pitched in and called everyone on our invitation list. The next thing I know my beach wedding was in our garage, with plants everywhere and the sand on the floor. They were amazing. It was a great wedding. Thank you CK Designs & EventsCK Designs did our wedding. We were suppose to have it at the beach but it was pouring down rain. We hired Chelsie and Krysty of CK Designs to be the coordinators for our daughter’s wedding and we can’t say enough to describe how glad we are that we did. From the very beginning, their knowledge and advice proved to be invaluable and was instrumental in making sure our daughter’s (and our) special day went as smoothly as possible. They understood our vision for the big day and worked tirelessly to make sure it happened. Every detail, no matter how big or small, was anticipated and handled in a very professional manner. Their attentiveness and direction before, during, and after the ceremony made for a truly worry and stress free day for my wife and I, as well as our daughter. They kept everyone on schedule and worked with the vendors and venue to ensure every step of the wedding flowed smoothly and seamlessly. They were polite and gracious to everyone involved, from the wedding party, to the vendors and guests.
Chelsie and Krysty are highly organized professionals that put 100% effort into keeping everyone in the planning process on track. They are precise, but gentle and upbeat. They commanded attention when necessary without being abrasive. Everyone loved and respected how hard working they were and we greatly appreciated the commitment they had to the wedding and making all of our expectations and plans come true. Their hard work and tireless effort earned them our highest praise and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event planner.

CK Designs was a godsend, they took care of everything for the day of coordination so I didn't have to worry about anything. We used the day of coordination service. I highly recommend this. The girls were super organized and made me plan for things I hadn't even thought of. These sweet ladies are wonderful to work with! I know for a fact they helped make my wedding day go smoothly! They were quick to ask questions for me on my day & double checking each detail.
