Stress free and SO much fun!
The complete wedding and events team killed it! They made our day so so sooooo smooth. Our day of coordinator Tia didn’t call me or anyone in my bridal party the day of and had everything under control, she was fabulous to work with. Our photographer Jason did a great job of making sure we got the shots we wanted of our day. Lastly, our DJ Nick kept the party going and was an excellent host for the night. There is literally no better company than Complete!
WOW, WOW, WOW. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our wedding was immaculate and went SO SMOOTHLY. And it's all thanks to Complete. Sue, Scott, Sarah, and Trey were the DREAM TEAM. I honestly can't get over how amazing they made our big day and I want to re-live it for the rest of my life...thank goodness I used Complete, so now I CAN re-live each and every perfect moment that was captured throughout the day! If you're looking for a photographer, DJ, or a videographer, there is LITERALLY no one better than Complete!!! THANK YOU!!!!! -

My wedding
Complete wedding and events did wonders on my wedding day! From the DJ to the photographer they were absolutely amazing, sweet, and very attentive to my requests. I highly recommend and am very grateful I chose them to be apart of my day. -

Videographer

Incredible dj & photographer
Sue & Thurman were so helpful in coordinating our big day, and quick to answer all of my questions. We used Complete for our photographer & DJ Andy was our DJ, he was so thorough when planning out all the music & he kept our dance floor full for the entire night. We got SO many compliments on the music! Andres was our photographer. He was very laid back and fun during photos & made sure to get every shot we wanted. We can’t wait to see all of our photos! I highly recommend Complete Weddings + Events for all of your wedding needs. We had Kevin as our DJ. He gave us the most perfect day I could've ever asked for. The company overall was very flexible and worked well with us when we had an unexpected DJ cancellation close to our wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. -

We loved them! Definitely recommend!
We loved having complete at our wedding. We found them at a wedding show in Des Moines and were able to get a great deal on their services. From the beginning they were very helpful, providing planning sheets and contact via email to help us plan how our wedding will go and to answer any questions. Getting closer to our day they gave us the names and contact information for our vendors and when I lost that information they were quick to send it to me again. We were able to chat with Quinton, our DJ, via Zoom a week before our day to iron out some details including the timing of the evening and the type of music we wanted (we have an odd taste in music and he was able to accommodate us without any issue, I walked down to Hamilton and Ryan Bingham was the artist for our first dance song). Emily was our photographer for the day. She was great! She coordinated really well with our private videographer and even accommodated some odd poses we requested. She made sure we had time to mingle with our guests as well as time for photos. During our dances I barely noticed her, but I could see her working hard on the sidelines. She really liked her. We also got the photo booth and up lighting. We were able to get the lighting in mint green, which was one of our wedding colors and it really put a nice polish on our decorations. The photo booth was definitely the biggest hit of the night. Andrea and Misty were super friendly and were even seen dancing when they weren't busy. We received a copy of all the photo strip in a book with notes from our guests, which was one of our favorite items from the night. The pictures were a blast to look through. I used the photo booth part of their service, the gentleman who came to do the photo booth was awesome. He was prompt and did the best that he could with the equipment given to him. This is where my positive experience ended. Their service states that you get a scrapbook and flash drive with the photo's. We pointed out an error and were told that they would fix it for the flash drive. We were married on 3/14/15 and today 5/12/15 I get my package containing my flash drive from USPS postage due. I can live with that part, however I open the photo's up and the color correction on name and date wasn't done as promised nor was the date corrected.
This didn't ruin my day, but if you book their service please beware that they are very responsive up front but their back end follow up is absolutely the worst I've ever used. It's upsetting that I paid $800 for this service and had to fight so incredibly hard to get the final product to realize it's not what was promised to me.
