  Great Vendor to Book

  This was the easiest vendor to work with by far! CTPR was perfect in every way. The quoting was competitive, the team was knowledgable, the product was immaculate and professional and the billing was straight forward. We only needed chairs, but I would have worked with them on more things if we had needed them. 10/10 recommend!

  Kala and the staff of Country Time Party Rental are great to work with! We've booked them for numerous events and would trust them with any event that we hold.   We used Country Time Party Rentals for china, flatware, and glassware for our wedding. I did my research and Country Time definitely has the best prices of any Carolina rental company. They are a bit far if you live in Charlotte, but offer reasonable delivery options. Wendy was very helpful in making sure we had exactly what we needed for the big day. I would definitely recommend them for any occasion!

  Baby Shower Event

  I ordered a tent with the siding cause of the rain that was going on the day of my baby shower, I also ordered 3 round tables and 20 chairs and 2 cocktail tables with the linen and the ribbon. When the tent came it was dirty before the rain as well as the chairs wasn’t wiped down. The tent also had some holes in it which caused the rain to come inside. I will never use them for any events

  I would absolutely not recommend this company. They have terrible customer service and are very, very rude. They are not responsive to questions and I was hung up on when asking to speak with a manager. Their prices may be slightly less than competitors but what you are saving is not worth what is lacking in customer service and simple common decency.
