  Great venue

  Banquet Hall was beautiful and spacious, food was amazing, wait staff and bartenders were awesome! I couldn’t have picked a better place For my Reception!

  Deer Valley Lodge was the perfect location for our wedding ceremony and reception. Everyone there was great to work with and they made our day as perfect as possible. Amber was very helpful and did a lot of work to insure that everything went as planned. I would recommend Deer Valley to anyone looking for a beautiful location to have your wedding.

  Deer Valley provided a nice venue for our wedding dinner and reception. Food was very good. Service for buffet Was prompt and polite. Bar service was good, though did not follow directions on when to tap additional beer kegs. Venue itself is nice, though there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway leading to the event room. Planning assistance was always very helpful and responsive. There were quite a few up charges for small things. We were overall happy with the service and planning.

  If you go with this place make sure you get a menu sampling to choose your meals. We were never offered this option and just to be safe we went with one beef and one chicken dish. The "roast beef" looked and tasted like something I would feed my dog out of a can. The chicken looked pink and many guests didn't want to risk eating it so the food was a total waste of money. The staff never picked up a single dirty dish till after desert was eaten so the table got very crowded with all the dirty dishes. It was embarrassing. We only had 150 guests and the room was comfortably full. If you tried to squeeze 300-400 people in there you wouldn't be able to move. The view was beautiful for photos and the adjoining pub was a nice feature but that's the only good things I can say.
