  Amazing photos

  Our wedding coordinator recommended Derek from the first time we met her and I can see why. We recently did our engagement photo shoot with him and OMG!!!! Our pictures were amazing, can’t wait to see our wedding pictures!!!

  Happy tears!

  I love my photos so much. The worst part of everything is trying to figure out which ones to print for my wall! I really need an album. I love looking and them. He has an amazing team that didnt miss a detail with my crazy nontraditional wedding and I made the bust decision in having him as my photographer. Also I am a wedding photographer myself and I could not be happier!

  Derek was fun to work with! He makes you feel comfortable and suggests poses when you have no idea what to do. On the flip side, he lets the bride and groom improvise and doesn't rush the process. His picture quality is amazing. He is flexible with timing and ensures he has gotten the shots he needs before leaving. Derek improvises and goes with the flow. Highly recommend him.

  Derek and his team are excellent!! They made my wife and I feel comfortable during all of our photoshoots as well as made it fun. Derek did engagement and wedding photo shoots for us. Also, him and his two assistants photo graphed our entire wedding events. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

  Derek has to be one of the most gifted photographers in the Atlanta area. Please go to his website and check out his work! My fiance and I chose Derek because we wanted our pictures to look like movie posters. Derek didn't let us down. If you go to his website, you'll know what I mean by movie posters. His photos capture lighting like no other photographer that I've seen. Derek took some amazing sunset pictures that leave everyone who sees them speechless. Not only is Derek a gifted photographer, he's also a kind, thoughtful person. He's very responsive and affordable. You won't be disappointed.

  Derek was amazing....his pictures turned out magazine worthy. I would highly recommend using him for your wedding because you are sure to come out with an amazing product. Everyone has commented on how fantastic our pictures look. We can't wait to see our wedding album!

He checked with us what shots were absolute must haves and then worked hard to make sure they happened. He was one of the first people we saw the morning of the wedding and one of the last to leave the reception. By the end of the wedding day it was unanimous, Derek definitely got the prize for most dedicated and hardworking photographer!
  
  Now we've seen the fruits of his labor and we are so pleased with the results. The pictures really capture the essence of our wedding day. Simply amazing job!

  We both would highly recommend Derek Wintermute to capture your perfect day. Derek went over and above the call of duty and spent an enormous amount of time making sure our engagement and wedding photos were unique and what we were envisioning. Derek's style is also one of a kind in the way he can capture a scene. He can do the norm but what separates him from so many others is that his end product looks like something out of Hollywood or a movie scene. We've received so many compliments on how phenomenal our photos are and the whole process was a lot of fun.
  
  Derek's personality is also very laid back so working with him is extremely pleasant. His pricing is very reasonable for the quality of product you receive.
  
  We know there are a lot of choices out there when it comes to photographers but if you're looking for something a little edgy and outside the norm, Derek's your guy! We'll be using him again for future events.

  Derek was wonderful to work with. He is very accommodating and really listens to what you want. We didn't end up with all of the pictures that we wanted, but that was due more to us being late and disorganized than anything else. The pictures we did get, however, were gorgeous and many were very artistic looking. I wish he had gotten more angles during our ceremony, but many of our guests were taking pictures and were able to fill in the gaps for us. Overall I would say he is a great photographer who delivers a very professional product in a timely manner and is very fun and easy to work with.
