  DJ Lance was exceptional at our wedding! From setting the sound system at Stanley Park to keeping the dance floor packed at the reception! Helping us through the process of music selection was an easy task!
  We had so much fun dancing!!! Lance created a music flow that kept everyone on the dance floor and allowed us to celebrate with our family and friends. Thank you for everything!!

  Tom was amazing! Our wedding would not have been nearly as fun without him. He also did all the music for the ceremony and it was seamless even outside in the rain. Highly recommend!

  We had the best time working with Tom for our wedding! I really appreciated that he was familiar with our venue and was able to provide personalized recommendations about sound and lighting that complimented the space. Tom was genuinely kind, made planning SO easy through a client portal, and kept things running smoothly day-of. We could not have asked for a better experience!

  The BEST DJ there is!

  Tom was very responsive with all of my questions. He took the time to go step by step on how to fill out his forms, and set up multiple zoom calls. He was a HUGE hit at both our Jack and Jill and our wedding. He was great at getting people out on the dance floor. I would recommend Tom over and over again. Great guy to work with!

  I cannot say enough good things about Tom. We used him not only for our Jack and Jill but our Wedding too. He was so helpful along the way and always gave me a laugh when I was stressing about planning! Tom helped bring my visions to life from our ceremony music, to entrance, first dance and everything in between. He helped make our day so special, it wouldn’t have been the same without him!! Thank you Tom!!!!

  Personable, fun, and accommodating

  Tom was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We felt like Tom was a guest at our wedding. From the start we felt like we've known him for years. Its also nice working with other veterans/ first responders. We will hire him again for any function going forward.

  Best DJ Around!

  We could not be more grateful for Excalibur DJ services for all of their hard work at making our wedding be the best day possible. Dave and Tom were so accommodating and were available any time I needed them. I didn't realize just how important having a great DJ is to make your wedding special, but now having the opportunity to work with Dave and Tom I feel so grateful to them for making our day be so special. Dave played all of the songs I had hoped, accommodated any of the guests requests, and kept us and our guests happy all night long. They both go above and beyond for their couples. It's hard to put into words just how grateful we are we had the opportunity to work with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for an incredible DJ!

  My husband and I got married in November 2022. Tom was so flexible and accommodating. Tom was so down to earth and fun to work fun. He made our wedding fun and had people dancing all night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  October Wedding

  I couldn't have asked for better DJ Services for my wedding. Lance was fantastic . He had everyone dancing the entire night. He took requests when asked. And I had so many compliments on how the music and everything was put together. If you are in the market for a DJ for any event I would highly recommend Excalibur . They were a joy to work with . And their Online system made my planning super easy !

  Amazing experience!

  My husband and I hired Excalibur DJ Services for our wedding yesterday and everyone had a blast and they were on their feet for the entire reception! Lance did a fantastic job keeping up the energy of the guest and we have gotten many compliments about how amazing he was! We strongly recommend using this DJ company for your own wedding and we promise you will not go disappointed.

  Excalibur DJ services was everything I needed for my wedding day! Tom was so fun to be around and played everything we asked him too.   My husband and I have Excalibur DJ Services to thank for making our wedding so amazing. I knew from the moment I got engaged that I would be hiring Excalibur to DJ at our wedding. Dave really knocked it out of the park and made us feel so confident that everything would be great on our wedding night. My main concern was that I didn’t have a timeline as far as the night, and Dave took matters into his own hands and handled it for me. All night I didn’t have anything to worry about and the night flowed perfectly from one thing to the next. Dave took the stress off my husband and I which made my night so much better.
  The music he played had EVERYONE dancing nonstop, all night. Myself included! Some guests that I never expected to be dancing were out on the dance floor busting moves. It was important to me that there was music for the older crowd and there was. In fact, majority of the music was from 80’, 90’s and some 2000’s, and the crowd loved it and had a great time. It made my husband and I so happy to see everyone having a great time.
  If you are planning your wedding, or even a big event that needs a DJ, I highly recommend you look into Excalibur DJ Services.

  Custom-tailored Wedding

  There are not enough great things I can say about working with Tom. He was extremely professional, easy to work with, and very accessible/responsive, even during the busy wedding season. Tom was willing to listen to our vision and tailor a custom program that really elevated the experience for our guests. One of the best features was the customer portal that gave us constant access to our customer profile where we could request music, make payments, and create/plan our perfect timeline, which we then distributed to our wedding coordinator and photographers! We highly recommend working with Tom at Excalibur DJ Services!

  Great Experience

  We were very happy with Tom and our DJ experience. He was friendly, professional, attentive and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and also shared with us professional advice to help make the day go smoothly (e.g. how long an anniversary dance song should be). He respected our do not play list and took our song preferences and made them fit well throughout the night. Also, he wasn't too chatty (which is what we wanted) but in our pre-meeting discussions it was clear that he had done a lot of weddings and could be a flexible DJ depending on what you want. Tom had an extensive pre-wedding worksheet that was super helpful in keeping all of our thoughts in one place and we reviewed these worksheets prior to the wedding, which made us confident that we were all on the same page. Additionally we had Tom do the audio for our ceremony and cocktail hour and both went off without a hitch! Finally, Tom also did all of the lighting (up lighting, dance lights and our requested disco ball) which were never in the guests faces while dance i g and helped add to the overall atmosphere of the space. Overall we would suggest Tom for your wedding events.

He had the party dancing all night, played all the best music, and even accommodated several "one more song" chants at the end of the night since no one wanted to leave!   I knew Excalibur DJ was the perfect choice for our wedding right after our initial phone consultation. Tom was so excited and enthusiastic about all of our unique song choices and went above and beyond to find the exact instrumental versions of the songs we wanted. He also spent over an hour and half with us helping us put together an amazing dance playlist. It's been three weeks since our wedding and people are still reaching out to us to tell us how much fun they had dancing at our wedding. The dance floor was truly never empty!
  On top of being a great DJ, Tom was also extremely professional and personable. He collaborated so well with the other vendors. He made artistic choices with the up-lighting (like lighting the cake table green which was so perfect!!) that completely transformed the room into the spooky/haunted vibe we were going for. He kept the timing of the day on track. He pronounced everyone's name correctly! For all these reasons and more, book Excalibur for your event! You will not regret it!

  Make sure your guests have their dancing shoes ready!

  We could not have asked for a better DJ! Lance was the dj for both our jack and jill as well as our wedding, and he was phenomenal!! Leading up to the wedding Lance and Tom both reached out to us numerous times to see if we had any questions and to let us know if we needed absolutely ANYTHING! We had several song changes throughout our ceremony, and even more song changes for our introductions to the reception and Lance handled it perfectly! He kept the dance floor packed and all of our guests danced the night away with the biggest smiles on their faces, and that is exactly what we wanted in a dj. Lance even remembered a special song for the groom and his groomsmen and had it ready to go for them! The support, professionalism, and ability to read the crowd blew us away, and we HIGHLY recommend Dj Excalibur Services!!

We had several song changes throughout our ceremony, and even more song changes for our introductions to the reception and Lance handled it perfectly! He kept the dance floor packed and all of our guests danced the night away with the biggest smiles on their faces, and that is exactly what we wanted in a dj. Lance even remembered a special song for the groom and his groomsmen and had it ready to go for them! The support, professionalism, and ability to read the crowd blew us away, and we HIGHLY recommend Dj Excalibur Services!!

  Tom was the absolute best DJ for our wedding we could have asked for! I cannot thank him enough. We were on the same page when it came to songs, and he had the perfect suggestions whenever we were stuck on what song to use. I knew he would KILL IT and he did! He made our night magical from the songs, to the uplighting, to his awesome personality! We had so much fun, and so did our guests. If you are looking for the perfect DJ for any of your events, look no further. Thank you Tom, we had so much fun and it was an absolute pleasure working with you!!

  Tom was fantastic!

  It was important to me and my husband that our guests had fun! Excalibur (Tom) did not disappoint. The music was fantastic and all my guests were up and dancing! Guest are calling me telling me what a great time they had and how much fun they had dancing! Great experience!!!
