We are in the process of planning our wedding during the COVID crisis. Everything about this has been a struggle, but our venue has been an incredible bright spot in the storm. Bruce Winter is one of the nicest people I have dealt with throughout the whole wedding process.
In addition to his supreme professionalism and kindness, he really seems to have thought of everything. He takes meticulous care that every detail is the way we want it from the way the napkins are folded to the exact shade of lights that line the walls.
Our wedding package includes food for our guests, and the food at the Doubletree is amazing. Im sure they rotate dishes, but there is a salmon dish with gouda polenta that made my carnivore fiance stop in his tracks because it was so good.
Look, you are planning one of the most important days of your life that you will share with people you care about. Go somewhere that will take care of you by going above and beyond. Book this place.

Our wedding reception was held in the Pavilion and it was absolutely beautiful! Bruce was amazing to work with and big part of the reason we picked this location for our reception. He was always prompt in returning phone calls/emails and was always able to meet with us. We cannot say enough how much we appreciated his help through every step of the planning process! Bruce and his staff went above and beyond in every way to make our reception special! To say it was perfect is an understatement, it was flawless! We are absolutely thrilled with how wonderful everything was! We have had so many compliments about the beautiful venue, the delicious food and how Bruce and his staff treated us and our guests. We felt like royalty! We HIGHLY recommend having a wedding reception (or any other event) here!!!

We had our wedding outside behind the Pavilion and our reception in the Pavilion. Bruce and his staff went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely perfect! They treated us like royalty! Everyone is still giving us compliments on how beautiful it was, how delicious the food was, and how wonderful and accommodating Bruce and his staff were! We had over 70 guests stay the night at the hotel and everybody had nice things to say about their stay. I HIGHLY recommend this venue for a wedding and reception! I am the HAPPIEST BRIDE EVER and cannot truly thank them enough!

I loved having my wedding here! Bruce was so helpful and did a great job making our ideas come to life. We had a ton of family stay at the hotel and it was fun having so many people in one place. We liked the hotel so much we even had our rehearsal dinner there. Both events went great!

We had our daughter's wedding reception here on 10/25/14. Everything was perfect..from the cocktail hour throughout dinner and dancing. Food was exceptional and venue was beautiful, working with Jackie was a delight.

We held our reception in the Pavilion. Its unique setting was the hit of our wedding! Our guests loved the venue, the food was tasty and hot, and the service was excellent- the food came out very fast. The only downfall was that the bathrooms were far from the Pavilion for our older guests, but they still all had a great time. Also, the Doubletree recently revamped its wedding pricing and we found it is now very competitive.

The Doubletree was transitioning between catering managers just before our wedding, and we were very worried all the details would not be executed as we had discussed for months before with our original contact. Despite some waiting while they decided who would manage our event, everything went perfectly on the big day and Angie was very professional and calmed all my nerves prior to the wedding day. I would highly recommend the Doubletree!

I had such a wonderful experience with the Doubletree Hotel for my wedding reception. Rhiannon Hoffman is the Senior Catering Manager there, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She was such a huge help throughout the entire planning process (which was a year long for us). Everytime I had a question, she gave a very prompt and helpful response. She never left any of my questions unanswered (and I had a lot of them!) and was ALWAYS very professional. She's so sweet and always willing to work things out in a way that's best for you. I absolutely love her!

I had lots of great feedback about our cocktail hour (we were with our photographer and weren't able to attend this part of the reception). For this hour, we ordered Swedish meatballs and cheese and crackers to go along with the open bar. From what I was told, they were very tasty and in abundance! The "pre-function" space (where the cocktail hour was held) is very nice looking, and has extra seating for guests who don't want to stand.

Our reception was held in the Pavilion (one of the two ballroom spaces at the Doubletree), which was absolutely gorgeous. We got compliments on the room and decor all night long. The food was delicious (our guests had an entree choice of Chicken Gratinee or Atlantic Salmon), hot and prompt. The wait staff provided very good service.

Overall, we had a completely wonderful experience with the Doubletree for our wedding reception. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

They were absolutely terrible. They did not get the food order right, people were served differently from what I wanted. People who were vegetarian or children did not get their designated meals. I am vegan and they knew that and served me chicken. They did not serve my wedding party cake and did not set up my ballroom to what was planned. They also were terrible in responding and helping me, I felt like they didn't care about me at all. They also never gave us a final form of how much the wedding would cost, they just charged us more than what they said. The staff demanded tips at the end of the reception even though the service was terrible. The wedding planner was the worst, she didn't listen to anything I said and never read anything about me, each meeting I had to go over everything again because she didn't care. I will never let anyone have a reception there, it was the worst experience ever.
