    Eden's Florist, LLC created beautiful centerpieces for my Alice in Wonderland-inspired wedding. They carefully incorporated a set of antique family dishes with the floral arrangements I picked. The centerpieces recieved a lot of attention from our wedding guests! I would recommend them to any bride and groom looking for a professional and pleasant experience.

    The decor was tasteful and elegant. No complaints, professional and friendly service. My ideas were listened to, and they worked with me according to my budget. I wish I were getting married every other month just to have these brilliant, and beautiful floral arrangements on a regular basis.

    janet was very professional and everything for my wedding was beautiful! She also made a wonderful arrangement for my mother just as a thank you for our continued business!

    The flowers were beautiful and staff was very friendly. The only issues were the boutonnieres looked nothing like the picture I showed but they still looked nice. Just disappointing because I had something specific in mInd. When the flowers were delivered, one boutonniere was missing so I called the florist and then rushed another one over to the hotel before the ceremony started. But the flowers were beautiful and I thought the cost was fair.

    So unprofessional! Stay away!

    I confirmed the meeting via email. Gave Janet my cell # in case anything came up. The day of the appointment comes and my fiancée and I are 5 minutes early for our 4:00 meeting. The shop is closed, lights off, no cars in the driveway. I call her and ask her where she is? She asks if she can call me right back. She does, and then proceeds to tell me she had to “run out” to deliver something and could I wait 15 minutes? Sure, I say. We wait and wait, at the 29 minute mark she calls me to ask if we are still waiting for her, and I say yes and she says she is almost there. At 4:30 we left, On our way home, at 4:40 (an additional 20 minutes later than she originally told us), she calls again. My fiancée answers, completely pissed off at this point, and she has the nerve to ask him why WE didn’t call HER to tell her we had left! How about why didn’t YOU CALL ME when you went out and knew you were not going to be at our previously scheduled 4:00 appointment. YOU are the unpractical d unprofessional one that blew us off, then proceeded to lie to us about how long it would take you to get to us, In the meantime we waited in your very NOT safe neighborhood, staring at your dilapidated house with exposed wires hanging and junk left on the side of the house, if this is how you treat people BEFORE you are even hired, I would hate to see how you are on the day the flowers ar to be delivered, will tell everyone I know to stay away!!

    Let me express my sincere apologies to you and your fiancé about your appointment. Your appointment was schedule not realizing that it was a holiday and somehow the reminder did not show up on our system, and that's the reason you did not get a call from us. There was one person schedule to work that day, and when you showed up they were out on a delivery. However we tried our best to get to you, but you left before she arrived. I know you are disappointed but it does not change the fact of who we are, reputable, trustworthy, loyal and honest. If your trust in us is broken because we missed your appointment we understand. And again we are sorry about this. I don’t think you are a mean person . I sincerely hope you will find a florist who will do a good job as we would have done. Again our sincere apologies
