  Absolutely Stunning Video

  While we were venue shopping we came across etch films. It was the first wedding video we really watched and paid attention to all details, and we quickly realized etch delivered high quality material.
  As we continued our videography research, since etch is located in SoCal, and we were getting married in NorCal, we were searching for their quality in our area. After dozens of videos we weren’t finding anything that we wanted, or rather anything that would match their quality of product. We asked if etch would be willing travel, and we were given a quick response, “of course!”
  Beyond the stunning cinematography we first witnessed, their attention to detail was readily apparent from the beginning. It began with their intake questionnaire, asking us to detail our preferences for the video (musical genres, 1 vs. 2 songs, vibes etc) and to comment on any additional requests.
  On the day of, the etch crew were so easy to work with, making us feel extra special. They were so personable, my husband kept trying to entice them onto the dance floor just to enjoy the party!
  Once the final product was complete, it arrived in a super cute package with popcorn and candy! The video truly captured the essence of the event. The editing was expertly timed, the cinematic effects were captivating, and the quality of the video was stunning. But most of all, what we loved, is our video is unique to us, and is not video footage placed into a cookie cutter video. There is nothing like OUR wedding video!
  We cannot wait to continue to watch this video over and over again and be able to share this with our future generations. Thank you etch for being such a big part of our magical day!

  Etch Films is Amazing! a MUST!

  Etch Films exceeded our expectations and captured our wedding day PERFECTLY!!! The wedding video was one of the most important aspects of our wedding (in my eyes) so I knew we had to choose someone epic to capture it and edit it to perfection. My husband and I didn't want a "cliche" or "cheesy" wedding video that looked like everyone else's....you know the type. We wanted something fun, exciting, unique...and Etch films was 100% the way to go. From our first meeting with Jordan and Julie, we knew we had made the right decision. Your videography team is so important, and you want to choose people that you get along with! Jordan and Julie are the sweetest and coolest people/ vendors that we have ever met, like literally. They make you feel 100% comfortable and they bring out the best in their clients on wedding/event day!
  We were so impressed with the creativity of Etch films and we appreciated that they captured all the amazing moments of our wedding day and somehow managed to also be "behind the scenes" most of the time! They are so talented when it comes to editing the footage and putting it to awesome music. We left it up to them to choose the music and they knocked it out of the park! They are wonderful at finding out your favorite parts of wedding videos and the vibe you are going for, and making sure that your video reflects that. Etch films truly cares about you and they go above and beyond to make sure that they deliver the perfect video. We were so impressed that even the music was perfectly synced up with what we were doing at that moment in the video!
  
  One of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding was investing in Etch Films. They are a vendor team like no other, they are amazingly talented humans, they are wonderful people. Do yourself a favor; invest in a team that will capture the joyful, silly, fun, candid, and amazing moments of your day. This will be what you watch after your wedding, you will show this to family and friends for years to come. Make sure it is a legendary video. The ONLY way to ensure that you get the best video ever, is to go with Etch Films. They are worth everything, they are amazing. We love them! :)

  Video of our dreams

  I would recommend Jordan and Julie to anyone getting married that has a pulse - they are awesome! From the very beginning, they have been nothing more than professional, helpful and accommodating, making this part of the wedding planning process not only extremely easy, but enjoyable. Not only were they great leading up to the event, but day-of and after as well - taking all of our thoughts and feedback into consideration. The video turned out perfectly and I couldn't recommend them more. My only regret was...not getting a longer video! 100% choose these guys if you're looking for a video that isn't cheesy, feels unique and perfectly captures the magic of your day so you can relive it forever and ever with the click of a button. Thanks, Etch Films!!

  Etch is the best. I love our Video

  When I went on a search for the right videographer, I knew the type of look I wanted for our special film. I wanted something modern and fun but still sentimental. I started watching a lot of wedding videos from videographers that were recommended by other vendors and while that work was decent - all the videos seem to follow the same format and style (i.e. a lot of footage on the officiant, vows, etc etc). It just wasn't what I wanted. During my search, I came across Etch and found the wedding video of Jordan and Julie and I knew that they would get my vision. They were so easy to work with, very responsive, and it was obvious they had the talented eye to create something both on trend and classic. Not only did Jordan fly down for my wedding, but he was so fun and upbeat.
  
  When we got our wedding video back, I was so excited with the outcome. Everyone who has seen it, tells me how much they love it! The song choice, the selected clips, and the way the entire film was put together that captured all the special moments we had.
  
  The wedding video is probably one of the best well spent items from our wedding and we could not have been happier with our choice. I will definitely recommend Etch to any family and friends that are looking for a videographer!!!

  Easy to work with and Innovative

  Etch and Jordan were really easy to work with. They integrated seamlessly into our wedding and worked great with our wedding team. They used really cool techniques to make us an outstanding video and did an amazing job of capturing those key moments from our wedding. I would recommend them to any one.

They were constantly by our sides capturing the details without ever getting in the way. They carefully noted and documented the moments and details I thought everyone overlooked except for me. Their turn around time was even faster than our photographer and the video quality and editing was even more flawless than I hoped for (and I am very critical!). You will not meet a harder working or more talented team. No question that our wedding video will be the keeper of our wedding memories even after we have long forgotten them. Hire Etch Films! You will not regret it!

  Jordan and Julie gave us an unbelievable gift. We have a living memory of the most important commitment we've ever made to each other. They traveled all the way to New Zealand and made sure to capture every moment without ever really feeling like we had a camera in our face. They were respectful, sweet and even more organized than I was, especially on the day of the wedding. They went above and beyond in every way (even helping us pick the music we used) and they found moments to include that I never would have seen through my busy bride eyes. We seriously could not be more grateful and everyone who couldn't make the long trip for our destination wedding is beyond thrilled to feel like they were there just by watching our Etchfilms video. We knew this video was our #1 priority for this wedding (we didn't even hire a photographer) and Etchfilms completely went beyond our expectations.   Jordan and Julie are insanely talented and all around amazing people. My husband works in production so hiring the right videographer was really important to us. We poured over videos and clips until our wedding planner sent the info for Etch Films. We watched Jordan and Julie's wedding video and instantly fell in love. If you are looking for something unique and non cheesey (YES PLEASE) hire Etch right now. The best part - you can customize your video! We added drone shots and worked hand in hand with Jordan to pick the music and tone of the film. This was huge because when the film was sent to us (in the CUTEST box with popcorn and candy) it truly felt like it was ours. The sound was perfect, music impeccably timed and the shots captured us and our friends/family perfectly. They even did the COOLEST time lapse so we could watch the fog roll in. I've already watched our video 500 times and can't wait to continue reliving this day through the masterpiece Etch Films created.

  Beyond Any Expectations is the best way to describe Jordan and Julie from Etch Films.
  
  You could easily look at their work and make a smart decision, but if you are on the fence let me convince you. I like lists and who wants to read a long paragraph, so here is a list:
  
  1. They do right what others do wrong and in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. They communicate exceedingly well where you know whats happening and don't have to worry at all about them.
  3. They are on time and work around any photographer - all while turning precious moments in to visual gold.
  4. They have techniques you will not get with other video graphers (drone shots, timing with music, etc).
  5. They ask the right questions to make sure you get exactly what you want.
  6. They are timely with their product
  7. The presentation of when they send you that final video will surprise you and make it that much more memorable.

  Jordan & Julie did such a fantastic job capturing our wedding day! They were fun and easy to work with without us feeling awkward about being in front of the lens. They were so prompt when first reaching out to them about their services. After that, everything was a breeze and it was easy to trust them to record our special day. The location had some challenges with a beach ceremony and a reception on a cramped deck that was accessible by either a super slow shuttle or a long flight of stairs, but there were no complaints from these two at all! The video was outstanding and everyone was truly impressed by the style and editing! I would hire them again if I had an occasion to! I highly recommend! These guys are great!!!

  One of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding was hiring Etch Films for the wedding video. From the first time we connected, Jordan was very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. We explained exactly what we were looking for and got just that. No hassles, no hidden fees, no drama. Jordan was a pleasure to work with the day of the wedding and open to feedback and making small changes (including certain people in the video) after we saw the first version of the film. The final result turned out beautiful. Our families and friends love it too. I highly recommend Etch Films. It's been almost three years since my wedding and I still love watching the video.

  Jordan and Julie of Etch Films created an absolute perfect film for us. One thing that was truly important to me was that they captured the essence of our wedding. We had such a high-energy loving crowd and they conveyed that in the film with great footage and clever and creative editing techniques. They made sure to catch the sweet moments like my Nana tearing up and the ceremony, or having us, {the bride and groom} give a secret one-on-one message with our last thoughts and excitement right before we said I Do. Wedding photographers tend to take the driver's seat when planning out shots they want and that can be a challenge for videographers. Etch made sure to be professional and while accommodating the other vendor, they also provided the artistic direction and variety that is so unique to film. We watch our video all of the time, it never gets old. Wouldn't change a thing, and would have deeply regretted not having a wedding video done by Etch! We love them!

  Only one word comes to mind when I think about our wedding video- perfection. Jordan and Julie not only captured our special day so beautifully but they made us feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire day. They were able to capture all the key moments from our day and weave them into a 4 minute masterpiece that we will cherish forever.   Hiring a videographer for our 11/11/12 Palm Springs wedding wasn't even on our radar. We thought a photographer would be enough, but after speaking with my sister, she admitted it was the one piece from her wedding she wishes she had considered. It was then that we scoured the internet to find Etch Films and looking back, hiring Jordan and Julie to capture our day was the best decision we made in wedding planning.
  
  Our video is amazing and we have friends and family who still rave about it to this day. You know it's good when you have friends of friends watch it and makes them cry (tears of joy, I hope.) We are so proud of it and have such a great keepsake because Jordan and Julie captured our day exactly how we wanted to remember it - fun and romantic. Words cannot describe how much of a gift it is to relive your wedding day whenever you want and it's something you aren't able to do with just photographs.
  
  Etch Films is professional, punctual and they work their butts off. Their style is fun, fresh, unique and most importantly, timeless. Jordan, we hope you enjoy doing what you do because you've found your passion and you. are. so. good! :)

  I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Etch! I'd exhaustively researched every aspect of my wedding and relied heavily on reviews before making any selections. Yet the artistic nature of video (and photography) sometimes require following one's intuition -- Etch barely had three reviews when I found them back in 2012, but the few videos I could see at the time MORE than convinced me that I desperately wanted them to film our wedding. After doing enough searching, the formulaic nature of most other wedding videos becomes clear, but the Etch crew manage to impart an infectious fun with their editing and effects, and it looks like they are always up to trying something new to match their clients' personalities (I still follow them on social media and happily watch their new work). They were the right choice to showcase our slightly (un)traditional Indian wedding!

  We hired Etch Films to do our wedding videography for our wedding on the Big Island, Hawaii. I can't say enough about how great the whole experience was working with Jordan and Julie for our special weekend. First of all, they are fun, easygoing people and that is crucial for a potentially stressful weekend like that. They were where they needed to be at all times, but never intrusive. They captured moments that may have typically gone unnoticed by someone else, but turned out to be priceless to have forever on film. We gave them very little direction and input - both at and during the wedding and afterwards as they developed our video - and I will say, I can't imagine it possibly turning out any better.. The editing, the song selection, the quality of the picture - its all just perfect. And its not just my wife and I that think that - all of the many friends/family who have viewed our video say all the same things. I recommend them unequivocally.
