    Excellent band

    Exit 505 played at my wedding on March 17, 2019. They were set up outside on a concrete patio that left plenty of space for dancing. Periodically I saw people dancing while they played, but I think due to the chilly weather that night, a lot of guests stayed indoors. Regardless, they played awesome, fun music that we could hear while in the reception hall. They also helped with playing the Processional and Recessional music during the ceremony. Overall, they are a really fun, interactive band that I highly recommend for any special occasion!

    We are so happy we hired Exit 505 band for our wedding reception. Chris is so easy to work with and accommodating. They even learned three new songs for us and their rendition of our requests were beautiful. Our guests had a blast dancing after dinner and multiple people came up to us afterwards to tell us how much they enjoyed the music. We highly recommend Exit 505!

    Chris, Bill and all the band members were delightful to work with in preparing for our wedding! We submitted a list of 15 plus songs that they not only learned but played as if they wrote the songs! Amazing! They also accommodated our magician and MC by providing very specific sound equipment needs. So glad because I was clueless! Nothing but High Praise for their musical talents and professionalism! They were also very FUN! Ask Chris to include the Kazoo Band if you are including kids or adult children!

    Exit 505 provided such excellent entertainment for our charity fundraiser. From the moment I reached out to them, they promptly responded to me and were available to answer questions regarding booking. They are extremely reliable, being able to contact them and receive prompt responses about the event's details. For having such a large group, they arrived to the event in a very timely manner, and were able to set up and have things ready in a short amount of time. They did a great job of engaging the crowd and playing a whole array of music, from classic rock, to some of their own, to their own renditions of pop hits on the radio. They come with a huge array of unique musical instruments, from guitars, ukuleles, and more.

    Most of all, all members of the band were extremely friendly and a great pleasure to collaborate with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking them for any future events, be it wedding, cocktail party, or private events!!

    My fiancé and I were planning our Austin wedding from out of state and knew we wanted a live band. I stumbled upon Exit 505 on the internet and looked into them further. They had a lot of great reviews from others who had hired them, and the videos I had seen of them seemed perfect for the Texas band I was looking for. However, never having seen them live, I wasn't entirely sure how it would go. Well, I just want to say they were perfect!!! One of the very top highlights of my wedding night! Not only did I love them, but I can not count the number of guests who approached me to tell me how impressed they were by the band. The band worked very closely with me leading up to the wedding, learning multiple songs I had requested for all the special moments (which they performed so well) and from there had their own list of songs which kept the wedding guests dancing all night! This band is very talented, affordable, and wonderful to work with. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a live band at their wedding or event! Thank you Exit 505!

    Exit 505 is the perfect choice for any DANCING event!!! They are a powerhouse band with 3 female vocalists sharing perfect 3 part harmonies and so many amazing instruments, they are able to play an style of music perfectly...from blues and rock to swing and Jazz, country hits, and even pop favorites!!! They play everything! But they are far more than just a cover band, they are entertainers! They come fully equipped with all kinds of fun goodies to make the night one you and your party/event will never forget! Their energy is ELECTRIC ! They will fire you up, get you up out of your seat, make you move, and leave you wanting more!

    Perfect for Weddings!!!! BOOK THEM WHILE YOU CAN ;-) They are popular !

    Exit 505 is an amazing group of musicians full of passion and enthusiasm about the music they play which translates into a great show/dance for all that attend! They are a very talented group with many of them playing multiple instruments as well as having beautiful harmonizing voices! They played in our venue for a dance open to the public. The dance was well attended and the dance floor stayed full. I would definitely recommend them. Chris and Bill Booker were my contacts, they are two of the kindest people you will meet. They were very easy to work with and eager to please. If you need a band with a wide variety in their play list, This is the band to choose. Thank you Exit 505, we look forward to working with again!

    Exit 505 performed at our Blue Sage Hall dance night on March 20. The band was amazing! Everyone sings and plays several different instruments and they covered just about every genre of music you could imagine. We look forward to having them back soon and would highly recommend them for your next event.

    On Friday evening of October 17th, the band Exit 505 played music for a gathering of 160 people at the Tuscany Ranch Music & Cooking venue, of which I serve as director. The band set up early, played late, and displayed a positive, engaging attitude throughout the evening. They exhibited a variety of music which was well-received by our guests. Everyone seemed to have a great time enjoying the food and music, dancing and singing with friends as the evening progressed.

    In short, all of the comments about the band that I heard from folks were most favorable, and I sincerely recommend Exit 505 for any entertainment gathering featuring live music. This band is a pleasure to know both personally and professionally.

    I had the pleasure meeting Chris Booker and her wonderful bandmates at an event we threw, Texas Roots Music Festival. What a jovial and talented group! They bring their personality and dynamic twist on an incredible variety of music. They are extremely adaptable and down to earth, making them a splendid choice to bring character and originality to any event. Truly a wonderful experience.

    Exit 505 provided the music for New Hope Counseling Center's annual fundraiser. We were looking for a band that had the ability to play a variety of music during our event. We needed music during dinner as well as music for dancing after dinner. Exit 505 came through for both; they did a tremendous job! Our participants (about 150) loved being able to visit with their friends during the evening while enjoying the music. The dance floor was full most of the evening and everyone had a great time. We are still receiving compliments on our choice for the band and many say they loved not only the variety of music but the variety of instruments the group played. Everyone had a great time and I was thrilled that they all loved the music....especially since I have been an Exit 505 fan for years!. I would recommend them for your wedding, anniversary, birthday celebrations or company events. You won't be disappointed!.

    Exit 505 played for our granddaughter's wedding. They were perfect. The band was enjoyed by all of our guests. Everyone danced and enjoyed the music. We have used Exit 505 at several events in the past Birthdays and Halloween parties we even had them at a West Kerr Mixer that we we sponsored. They are wonderful people and the music is great for dancing and listening.

    They were absolutely excellent. Exactly what we wanted. They were so good for us that we paid them more than what they requested. They may not be everyone's taste, but our guest repeatedly told us how much they enjoyed the band.

    Exit 505 did a spectacular job at both our welcome dinner and our wedding ceremony. They are versatile and can play a huge range of music. They are also flexible and willing to learn a number of songs for their clients. As big music fans, my husband and I had a strong vision of the music we wanted to feature during our wedding weekend. I worked closely with Chris of Exit 505 to develop the song list, and everything turned out perfectly.

    The ambience they created with their music set a perfect stage for both events. At the welcome party, Exit 505 played classic and new country hits, as well as several other genres. Everybody was dancing by the end of the night, and they really kept the party going. We did not want the show to end! During the wedding ceremony, Exit 505 played a number of medleys they composed from our favorite hymns and gospel and folk songs. Their music was creative and classic and instantly recognizable. Our ceremony took place in the hill country on the Guadalupe river, and their music set a magical and spiritual tone for the event.

    We definitely recommend Exit 505 for anyone looking for a band with great musicians and versatile skills. They are wonderful to work with and won't disappoint!

    Exit 505 was phenomenal! It was such a pleasure working with Chris Booker in setting up the arrangements. Their presence at my parents 50th Anniversary Party made the event a huge success.

    For anyone needing a great band at an affordable price, you have it all here. The mix of music played was fantastic and the crowd loved them! We definately will be having them come back to play. Thanks to all of you in the band!

    Waldemar is a girls camp as well as a Conference Resort. We hired this band for a group of women who have been coming to an annual women's retreat for many years. They expect the best in entertainment. Their ages range from 25 - 75 years. We have theme parties nightly so we asked the band to play Country music since it was Western Night. They were so accommodating when we asked for certain songs previous to the event, but what stands out in my mind, is how receptive they were to learning new songs along with our guests - on the night of our event. We were downloading lyrics and music during their performance, and they happily picked up and sang the songs as if they were written on their play list! Everyone danced and sang and smiled all throughout the night, with Exit 505. They looked like they were having fun, too, and that means a lot at our camp. It was a good fit, and we plan to hire them again soon.
