We used experience RI for transportation at my wedding at Mount Hope Farm to help guests get around Middletown and Bristol. Everyone we worked with was fantastic. Rebecca helped with coordinating the schedule prior to the wedding and was so excellent and accommodating. Our two drivers the day of the wedding went above and beyond and happily did more than they needed to for a smooth experience for our guests. Experience RI Transportation was wonderful for my wedding day! Very easy to work and communicate with. I was not worried about timing the day of, they were there and ready for pick up and drop off! Drivers were amazing and very accommodating. Buddy at Experience RI also made it very easy to book everything and also allowed us to make a few last minute changes. I would highly recommend booking with Experience RI! -

We used Experience Rhode Island Tours for transportation for our guests to and from our wedding. They were right on time, and the busses were really clean. We hired Experience RI to shuttle our guests at the end of the night, and everything went perfectly smoothly! The communication leading up to the wedding was very responsive and they were flexible when we needed to make last minute changes. The buses were clean, the drivers were professional and friendly and kept the party going with fun music on the bus! We loved how we didn't have to book them for the entire evening, and could just book them for the end of the night when we needed them. My husband and I are so thankful to Experience Rhode Island Tours and our driver, Buddy, who provided shuttle transportation for our June wedding. Buddy was kind and an excellent driver who navigated challenging traffic conditions on the day of our wedding (with a busy wedding season in Providence at the same time as multiple graduations) to get all of our guests to the various stops they needed to be at on time and safely! Our guests were able to have a more relaxing and safe experience due to not needing to figure out their own transportation to the wedding day events. Rebecca and the Experience RI team were highly organized, reliable, and helpful, with excellent and prompt communication. They went out of their way when we needed to add stops to our original wedding transportation plan, and they were also flexible with us as we needed to postpone our wedding date throughout the pandemic. Our daughter got married at the Providence Public Library in the blizzard of January 2022. Though the wedding party and many guests were staying at a hotel just two blocks away from the venue, we realized just days before the wedding that shuttle service would be necessary. Olivia at Experience Rhode Island responded quickly to our request with a reasonable quote. When the wedding got pushed back a day because of the storm, she adapted cheerfully and worked with us to develop a new schedule. I cannot say enough about how easy Experience Rhode Island was to work with and how professional their shuttle operation was. We used Experience Rhode Island Tours as our wedding transportation for our guests. We were so happy with their services. Olivia handled all of the logistics and made planning a breeze. Our driver was prompt, timely, and cheerful. Most importantly, our guests were safe! We wanted to make sure that everyone could enjoy our wedding and not worry about getting home. This company was absolutely amazing. We We’re running very late the day of the wedding. My bridesmaid called the company to let them know and the company made it possible to come later and pick us up so we wouldn’t have to worry. They were on time professional and helpful I cannot say enough great things about this company. I found out after somebody lost their cell phone on the bus. The bus driver came back and helped the person look for the cell phone and find it. I would recommend this company over and over again. 100 points out of 10.
