    I rented a limo for my daughters junior prom last year and it was great. It was a great price and like that you dont charge for them being at the prom. Limo driver was nice and on time.

    Great experience!

    We hired FitzGerald Bros to provide shuttle service for our wedding. They did a great job for a reasonable price - we have no complaints, and did not hear any complaints from our guests. They even offered to drop us off at our house after our wedding at no extra charge (granted we were along the route, but still). Based on our experience, we recommend FitzGerald Brothers to anyone looking for transportation services in the FLX region!

    Great wedding

    We had a great time with FitzGerald Limo's on the day of our wedding. They were very timely and our driver was fun and very tolerating of all of our craziness. ;) Would highly recommend them!

    Attended a bachelorette party that had hired Fitzgerald to drive us around for a wine tour. Our driver, Eddie, added so much fun to our trip. He was funny and very attentive as well as an excellent driver. He went above and beyond for us crazy girls. The bus itself was very clean and plenty of room for the 10 of us!

    Our driver was very friendly and accommodating. He was on-time, looked and acted very professionally, and was always available when we needed him. He drove us to several locations to take our wedding pictures and hung around to be there whenever we needed him/ to access the limo bus. Everything was great!

    We got these guys for our memorial weekend wedding and man did they work to ensure that we were not just getting what we paid for, but that we got transportation that we needed. The bus had a bathroom on it which was greatly appreciated due to the fact that we didn't want guests going into the house on the property we were renting for our ceremony. The driver was super friendly and so we're the staff when getting everything together, even at the last minute. Thank you so much for how awesome you have been!

    From my first phone call to my last, confirming that our driver, Kevin, could depart for the day, the service was friendly, efficient and accommodating. A number of emails confirming details at each juncture were received and I never felt that I needed to chase anyone to insure that they were on board. We had a last minute change of venue due to rain and it was not only not an issue but came off without a single hitch. The transportation was an aspect of my daughter's wedding that was so important and I felt confident that it would be just one part of a perfect day. Fitzgerald Brothers didn't let me down. I would use them again in heartbeat and recommend them highly!

    We used Fitzgerald Brothers to transport our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue in a coach bus. They were easy to work with, very prompt, and everything went smoothly!

    They're on time and were flexible, especially when we extended the end time of the reception. The shuttle driver was very friendly and knowledgeable of the route(s) to take.

    I have hired FitzGerald Brothers Transportation for wine tours in the past and I was so pleased with their services that we decided to hire them for our wedding. They were very professional and flexible the day of the wedding and made our day that more special. The week before they connected with us to finalize details, which was super helpful!!

    Allen was great he went above and beyond. he walked around with us during pictures to help carry things. He was very accommodating when were ran behind on time and knew so short cuts.

    I would absolutely recommend FitzGerald Brothers Transportation. I used them for two wedding related activities. The first: we rented a 10 passenger limo for a "Women's Wine Tour" several days before the wedding. Preparing the itinerary with them was incredibly easy. Our driver was amazing! He was so friendly and hilarious. The second, we rented a 56 passenger van for transportation between the hotel and venue for my wedding. I was a slightly anxious bride about everyone getting to the ceremony on time (250 ppl to transport) and Michelle at FitzGerald really went above and beyond. Everything went perfectly and it was such a smooth process.

    We booked FitzGerald Brothers for our wedding limo and a passenger bus for our guests. Myself, my new husband and our bridal party loved the stretch Ford Excursion we rented. Our drive was helpful, on time and friendly! The motor coach bus was a huge hit with our guests! The drive was complimented on his smooth driving, prompt pick up times, and friendly service!

    FitzGerald Brothers were great! Very reasonably priced compared to other limo services. We did pictures between the ceremony and reception, and our limo driver was very willing to follow the photography to where our pictures spots were. Very professional, on time, and easy to work with!

    FitzGerald Brothers Transportation was fantastic. The driver was kind and courteous, he even brought a bigger limo than we had paid for because it was available on the lot. I was thankful to have the bigger limo. The limo was clean and well kept, it looked like new.

    Loved this company. Not only did they provide us a better rate than any of the other finger lakes limo companies, but the driver was extremely professional and made us all feel like royalty the day of the wedding. Red carpet, complimentary champagne, cameras and bottled water; we certainly didn't want for anything the day of the wedding! Prompt and on-time and extremely professional. Loved them!

    We used Finger Lakes Winery tours for both our wedding day transportation and a wine tour prior to our wedding. They were great to work with and the cost was very reasonable especially in comparison to other local companies.

    For our wine tour two days before the wedding we rented a party bus. The limo driver showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the area and different wineries. We had lots of room and we had a great time.

    For our wedding we rented the trolley bus. It was so great! it was super spacious and luxurious inside. We were able to fit our entire wedding party of 12 plus a few extra people with room to spare. We were provided with two bottles of local sparkling wine to celebrate with after the wedding. We even used the trolley in some of our wedding pictures! I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I would highly recommend using them for either a wedding or a winery tour.

    We picked their party trolley and we were so happy with it! We had a fantastic and professional driver who was prompt and so flexible with us. We changed our wedding day itinerary literally 10 minutes before our next stop and the driver was awesome about it. We have heard stories about limos just not showing or issues there - but this company was prompt and responsive all along- we had no worries that we'd hve any issues the day of. The best part was that after the ceremony our driver suggested he drive us along Seneca Lake at sunset - it was a beautiful and calm time to enjoy just the bridal party before the craziness of the reception. We loved working with them and thought we got great value for money. They were flexible with food and drink on the trolley and their red carpet package was really nice! We would absolutely use them again!

    We used Fitzgerald Brothers to run a shuttle from a hotel where many of our wedding guests were staying to and from our ceremony/reception site. Planning the event was easy and everyone was very quick to get back to us, whether we called or emailed. The day of the event, some road construction delayed the driver, causing some anxiety on my part. However, the driver was in constant contact with us giving updates on her progress and everything worked out just fine. Overall, Fitzgerald Brothers is a great group of people to work with.

    We used Dolly the Trolley for our wedding transportation. We had to change our itinerary last minute due to weather, and the driver was extremely flexible. The trolley was comfortable, spacious, and fun! We would definitely use this company again.

    We used FitzGerald Bros. to go on a wine tour with our guests the day before our wedding. It was easy enough to book and the price was reasonable.

    I had a bit of a rocky start while figuring out our schedule and finalizing things - I got an email saying "here's a suggested schedule" after I had already emailed them a finalized schedule, which was apparently lost? - but they were very professional and confirmed things multiple times leading up to the date.

    Our driver was very professional, and a total hoot! He was so nice and brought bottles of water for us to drink. The guests loved him and he tolerated our more rowdy guests just fine! I would book them again in a heartbeat.

    Great company, but we got a lousy limo driver

    Absolutely great for prices and flexible for time changes as we got closer to the wedding date and firmed up the timeline. They got us to the right place on time. The limo driver, however, seemed pretty miserable. He drove the girls to the wedding venue first. The first thing he said to us when we came out of the hotel was to question the address we had given him for the wedding venue and argue that it was the wrong place. We assured him it was correct and one of my bridesmaids sat close to the front to point him the right way. He seemed like he didn't care to listen to her at all as he blew past the turn (though could have been because he wanted more room, but he just completely ignored her). He pulled into the driveway, which admittedly was narrow, and I didn't know that beforehand. But we said he didn't have to go all the way in if he didn't want to and we could walk. He then complained about how he was going to get out. I offered to ask my florist to move their vehicle, but he just ignored me. I walked away at that point. He went back to pick up my husband and the groomsmen, and they had a completely different experience than us girls with no complaints. Not sure why it was like that for us.

    I was so happy being able to go with you to the casino from FingerLakes Mall............as the price was great and get $20 to play in the machine!
    But now you are having trouble filling up busses and I totally understand that........you are not making monies with only four people on it!
    You must advertise, advertise, advertise and hopefully you can make it..........
    I was planning to go today and needless to say not happy you had to cancel but understand.
    Hopefully you can get going on this..........good luck and get the word out.........I am trying.......
