  Guests loved them

  Such great service! They were able to pick up our guests at a location in Old San Juan to Hacienda Siesta Alegre. The guests were commenting on how nice the shuttle service was and how knowledgable the driver was on navigating the small roads leading to the Hacienda. Everything went so smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone! Especially those who are using HSA as their venue.

  Great service! So glad we had them

  Great service, they were extremely professional, punctual and great. From the booking process they were transparent about the costs and were flexible to our specific needs of back and forth (we needed transportation for the wedding party group ~12 people from hotel to church to venue and back to the hotel once the reception was over). They were clear in how long the drive would be and overall I cannot recommend them enough for your transportation needs.

  Our guests raved about them!

  We never actually saw the bus or met the driver, but my communication with them pre wedding and my guests who interacted with them said they were great! They showed up exactly on time, the bus was super clean and comfortable for a 45 minute trip, and the driver communicated well with my planner on updates as they were driving. My biggest nightmare was that the bus wouldn't show and people would be stranded (having planned events previously and had this happen once it was at the forefront of my mind) but I felt I was in great hands with them which helped my anxious brain on wedding day. Highly recommend!

  Took 130 guests to and from my wedding and it was perfect

  Highly recommend this transportation company. They exceeded all of our expectations. Came to La Concha and held signs out for people to catch the bus. They also let our guests stay a little bit longer at Hacienda as well.

  Wonderful Service

  Frank and Five Star were phenomenal! From initial contact to pick up and drop off of our guests, Five Star was communicative, punctual, and professional. I would recommend them over and over again. Our guests were please with the ride and felt safe traveling from San Juan to Rio Grande

  Reliable Service!

  We found Five Star Executive Transport through our minister, Pablo Aymat, at Minsters of Puerto Rico. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and always quick to respond. The 25-person shuttle showed up on time to take the guests to and from our venue. Thank you for transporting everyone safely and timely! I definitely recommend their services for any transportation needs you have while in Puerto Rico.

  Responsive, Great Service, Highly Recommended!

  We worked with Pablo for all our wedding weekend transportation and he was amazing! Five Star Transport was recommended to us by our wedding planner, Karisha Marie Events and I am so glad that we used them. Pablo is incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating. We had 60+ guests who traveled to Puerto Rico for the wedding and were all staying in the Condado area. We worked with Pablo to provide them transportation to the Welcome party in Old San Juan the night before the wedding and to the wedding in Rio Grande. We had two vehicles to transport guests to/from the wedding. It was a lot of logistics, but Pablo made is run smoothly. Everything was on time and the shuttles were clean and reliable. The cost was also very fair. It was such a pleasure working with Five Star Transport. I highly recommend them!

  Extremely responsive and very professional

  We hired Five Star Executive Transport for their shuttle and 14 passenger van for our wedding! The drivers arrived early and were very flexible when we were running behind schedule. The van we reserved very last minute (day before the wedding) and they were still able to accommodate. I recommend this company!!

  Fancy and clean limo with fantastic, courteous driver

  Five star executive transport helped our wedding end on the perfect note. Planning a destination wedding and handling everything over the phone/email can be difficult but Pablo made it very easy. He accommodated our requests, the limo and driver Nelson were perfect. Nelson was prompt and courteous and provided us with his cell to call/text if we needed anything. Our night ran late and he was ready and waiting for us without issue.

  Honestly, I never imagined it was be this seamless. We went back and for a few times and everything was booked. They were in time and delivered on what was promised flawlessly.

  Great Transportation

  We worked with Pablo from Five Star Transportation. Pablo and staff were responsive, timely, professional and easy to work with. We rented 2 buses, which transported the guests to and from La Concha Hotel in San Juan to Los Jardines del Castillo in Trujillo Alto. As you drive up the mountain the roads are very narrow and curvy, our guests were impressed with the driving skills and felt safe. We definitely recommend working with them again!

  Five Star Executive Transport - Amazing service!!

  We worked with Pablo from Five Star Transportation to Hacienda Siesta Alegre. Pablo and staff were incredibly responsive, timely, professional and great to work with. We had 1 SUV and 2 coach buses transporting us to and from the El San Juan hotel to Hacienda 30 minute drive. Given that some parts of the drive to Hacienda were dirt roads, our guests were impressed with the safe driving. We definitely recommend working with them again!

  Great service at a reasonable price. Limo was very clean and looked brand new. Driver was very punctual for both pick up and drop-off to and from wedding venue. I'd recommended Five Star to anybody and would gladly chose them again for any other activity.

  Five Star transportation was extremely friendly, very accommodating and had very reasonable prices. I did everything from Florida so i was a little nervous but it all turned out great. When we arrived in Puert Rico The Mercedes Sprinter was right there waiting for us, it was beautiful!! our driver Angel was very professional and friendly. So glad we chose them!! If I had to do it all over I would definitely chose Five Star.

  I was nervous paticularly with this part of the wedding, because I was staying in the hotel that was in a town and the church is in other town (was near, like 15 minutes) but I was nervous that we found traffic or we get late to the church. Well nothing of that happen. The chofer was in the hotel earlier that we plan so when he call that he was wainting in the hotel front I was happy. Like all brides i get some minutes late to take my car, but he do his job great and I was in church in the time was planned. he was very calm and respectful driver. he wait for us and then we get back to the hotel were our reception was. Very good Price and service.

  Pablo was the Officiant at our destination wedding and he was awesome! Not only was he personable, but he had a great sense of humor. Afterwards, a lot of my quests commented on specific aspects of the ceremony sermon. Awesome job! Thank you.

  Five Star Executive Transport was excellent! Their communication was very responsive and drivers arrived early! Vehicles were clean and very nice.   Late buses, but great drivers

  We had three pieces of transportation - a one-way ride in an executive van for the bridal party to Old San Juan for pictures, then to the venue, plus two bus (an "early" bus and a "late" bus) to the venue.
  The executive van was ready and very responsive when we needed it to pick us up after pictures. The driver was warm, friendly, and spoke English, though coordinated very well with our photographer.
  
  The two buses for our guests were 50 minutes and 15 minutes late, respectively. We have built in time for photos before our ceremony, but were't able to do them because the first bus only got to the venue 15 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start. The second bus only got there a few minutes before!
  
  However, at the end of the night, one of our guests requested a beer stop on the way home, and the driver kindly obliged. Additionally, when we had a lost item, they were prompt in responding.
  
  As with everything, building in extra time meant that we could figure it out when they were late, so always plan on that!

  Could Have Been Better

  My experience definitely could have been better. I have spoken with both Pablo and Frank through email, and they were both nice. They usually responded to my emails quickly and were mainly professional. Things did not go well on my wedding day. There were a lot of communication issues with my driver and I did not receive the full services that I paid for. After my wedding, I explained what happened to Pablo and Frank, and they did their best to rectify the situation.

  Unreliable - Forgot to pick us up on the big day

  I had reserved transport for my family and myself to our wedding venue a few months in advance with payment up front. Imagine my disappointment when the didn't show up and even questioned me if it was the right day when I called for a status update. They did dispatch someone at that time and the vehicle was comfortable, but we lost 45 min of time to get ready and had to walk to a nearby location and wait in the hot sun for them to arrive. Very disappointing for a service that takes reservations and charges premium rates.
