  Gevony was amazing

  Words fall short to praise how excellent Gevony was in orchestrating all of the details to make my daughter and son in law's wedding exceed their dreams and enable me as the MOB to sit back and enjoy every aspect of their special day.

  Book Immediately!

  From the first moment I met with Gevony, I knew without a doubt that she was going to make my special day everything I dreamed of and more. She is incredibly detail-oriented, has a beautiful vision for the entire day, and is just an incredibly kind individual filled with so much light. From our very first meeting, she created a vision for the day to then communicate with all vendors throughout the planning process to create a unified event. She created a detailed schedule and to-do list so that we stayed on task throughout the process. She additionally worked with me through any off-the-beaten track requests to try to implement them into my day. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Finally, I greatly appreciated that she desired to have my goals met at all times, and also was confident to give her opinion thus guiding me through planning potentially the biggest event of my life!
  
  Now on the other side of my wedding day, the whole event went flawlessly and beautifully. She was a champion, guiding and directing all the vendors (and the wayward family member) so that the day went smoothly and so I could just sit back and relax and enjoy.   Best Decision Ever!! (other than saying yes to my prince charming)

  I found Gevony on WeddingWire. I talked to a couple of other wedding planners. But decided on Gevony because of her fast response, good reviews, and her personable personality. She made the whole wedding process easy and seamless. She had everything ready for me to send to the venders. And a month out from the wedding, she took over and handled everything that had to do with the vendors. My officiant was very impressed that I had already a timeline of the ceremony. He said out of all the weddings he has done, I was the first bride to hand him a time line on our first meeting! I told him that I wish I could take the credit, but it was all Gevony! She is truly amazing at what she does, and just a sweet soul! Gevony even picked up the flowers for me on the wedding day. The day of the wedding I didn't stress at all! I knew that whatever may arise, she would handle it. And she did! Truly the best decision I made for my wedding was to hire Gevony!! She doesn't disappoint at all!! She goes above and beyond any expectations!

  Where to even begin, Gevony is an incredible wedding planner and anyone would be lucky to work with her! She helped me plan my wedding for about 2 years and was such a pleasure to work & just personally chat with. I had complete confidence and trust in her and she instantly understood the style of wedding I was looking to accomplish. She made my vision come to life and was so extremely detail oriented in the process to ensure everything was checked off the list. I would highly recommend working with Gevony if you're looking for an incredibly talented, easy to work with, funny, kind hearted planner that truly enjoys getting to know her couples and working together to plan the perfect wedding for her clients!   The only planner you should ever use!

  Gevony was an incredible planner. She thought of a million things we would have forgotten and made the day run so smooth. Many people in the wedding party complimented her organization. She was probably the money most well spent out of the whole wedding. Highly recommend!

  Gevony was a lifesaver!

  We give Gevony a 10/10. She took our vision and made it better than we could have dreamed of. She is incredible at taking your ideas and finding vendors and locations that bring them all together for a cohesive and fantastic event. She helped keep us within our budget despite 2 venue changes due to COVID. She helped us with creating the best experience for our guests and their dates which is something many planners tend to forget!
  In the days and weeks leading up to the wedding she kept our nerves at ease and took over all commutation and handled and issues that came up (honestly we do not know if there were any because she handled all communications for us) this let us appreciate the event and give us peace of mind that nothing was going wrong.
  The weekend of the wedding she got all the numbers from our wedding party and ensured they arrive at the right time and in the right places, she made it extremely easy for us fro start to finish and when our ideas shifted last minute she was able to add a sweetheart table for us a few days before the event.
  
  Throughout the whole process she is organized and passionate about giving her couples the best wedding possible. To the point where at the end of the night she packed up the extra s’mores for us to have as a snack back in our room! Something we had mentioned months earlier as something we’d like to have at the end of our wedding day!
  
  We can’t put how happy we are that Gevony planned our wedding and how Important she was to making the day successfully and most importantly enjoyable for us!
  She was probably the most important piece of the wedding besides the bride and groom.

  My wife spent countless hours searching for the best venue. She simply found the best people to help us relax in such an important day.

  As the dad of the bride - simply tremendous. The experience was a ten. Knowledge, kindness, preparation and execution was phenomenal. My daughter was married on Friday and and am still smiling . Just great , competent people.

  We were very happy with Gevony's assistance and support throughout the wedding planning process.   If I could give Gevony and the entire Foreman Event Co a million stars, I would. Gevony was my wedding coordinator for our October wedding and from our first phone call, I knew she was special. My fiance and I wanted a very laid back and slightly non-traditional wedding and she heard our vision and helped us create the most perfect day of our lives. She had amazing ideas, was respectful of our budget, and advocated for us, when needed, with our wedding vendors. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and I know our day would not have been the same without her. Also, Joanna worked with us on our wedding day and she was a pleasure to work with, too. She was timely, professionally on top of any hiccups that came up, and was incredibly thoughtful about making sure everything ran smoothly until the end of the day. Cannot imagine working with any other team. If anyone is looking for an event team to work with, these are your people. Cannot recommend enough!

  Our Navy daughter and new son-in-law had limited opportunity to be in Asheville to participate in planning their wedding. From their first meeting with Gevony and with us, we knew that we would have a wedding totally customized to their vision for the special day. From initial interview to capture their priorities, she gave us all the choices to make it perfect. Despite the distance, the bride and groom were looped in by Zoom as all the arrangements came together. When friends who have been married for more than 40 years along with their US Naval Academy friends and teammates declared this the “BEST WEDDING EVER,” you know that you had a perfectly planned and executed event. Gevony attended to every detail and made sure that the timeline comfortably guided the day while accommodating Mother of the Bride personal touches. For a perfect event, trust the expertise of this fabulous planner. As parents of the bride, we were able to truly sit back and enjoy this special day.

  Stress Free Wedding thanks to Gevony

  I wasn't sure starting out the planning process how involved I wanted a planner to be. I wanted someone to make sure my ducks were in a row and that everything ran smoothly on wedding day and Gevony went above and beyond in making this happen. We had a quick phone call to talk about packages and then moved into a week of planner with a bit of additional support as needed. We then had 2 zoom meetings as I'm 3 hours away from the venue. These started 1 month out and helped us answer questions we didn't even know we had. She was crucial in finalizing the last minute details and getting everything together on the vendor communication side. Even when I accidentally changed the entire processional order without knowing it, her and Johanna worked with me and made everything go smoothly. They were in constant contact with me during the reception and festivities keeping everything on track. Even with a bar line that caused a 40 minute change in schedule, it all worked perfectly!

  Gevony was the best wedding planner I could have ever dreamed for. Her attention to detail and promptness leading up to and during wedding day were nothing short of amazing. I had multiple vendors that we used reach out to me and tell me she was the most on top of things they have ever seen a wedding planner be. Not one thing went untouched and our day was flawless. I will definitely be recommending her to any future friends getting married in or around the Asheville area.

  Gevony is the best!

  We hired Gevony as a month-of coordinator and had a fantastic experience! Selecting Gevony as our coordinator was the first decision I made in the planning process and I never looked back! I always felt confident that we were in good hands with Gevony and I knew I could trust her with our big day! She is very knowledgeable and she has a great personality and was such a pleasure to work with! Each conversation with her put me at ease, and she always had an answer for whatever random question I had! Our wedding was essentially a destination wedding so we weren’t very familiar with the vendors in the area. Gevony provided excellent vendor recommendations for our price point; we ended up hiring several of them and were very pleased!! She did a great job coordinating with all of our vendors and making sure that everything was in place and went according to plan on the day of. There’s absolutely no way that I could have taken care of all those details on my own and the day went perfectly!! Gevony was a much-needed calm (but bubbly!), reassuring, and confident presence on our wedding day and I’m so grateful to her and her team!! I can’t recommend her enough!!

Gevony provided excellent vendor recommendations for our price point; we ended up hiring several of them and were very pleased!! She did a great job coordinating with all of our vendors and making sure that everything was in place and went according to plan on the day of. There’s absolutely no way that I could have taken care of all those details on my own and the day went perfectly!! Gevony was a much-needed calm (but bubbly!), reassuring, and confident presence on our wedding day and I’m so grateful to her and her team!! I can’t recommend her enough!!

  No one better!

  Gevony is a wonderful force of nature: organized, directed, calming and accommodating. While I had planned and contracted with the vast majority of our wedding vendors, she was quick to give ideas and opinions at my eleventh hour of planning. she shone in the last two weeks, however. She makes it clear to vendors she is the point person, she manages every logistic, trouble shoots some decor hurdles, calls the shots and leaves no stone unturned. a perfectionist, she got the rehearsal just right, telling all the guys, let's do this again. i stress the "guys" she keeps everyone in line with a smile and commanding, knowing hand.   Day of the wedding went perfect and every issue that came up was handled by her with the approval of my bride! Gevony took the stress of my bride on probably the most stressful day we've been together. She kept everything in order and adjusted where it was needed. Highly recommend. Very professional and helpful with the entire day from beginning of planning to the day itself!

  Fall wedding in North Carolina

  Gevony was an incredible wedding planner who is the reason my wedding went off as the one of my dreams.
  I hired Gevony for a wedding that was initially in fall of 2020 and had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic. She worked with me throughout the rescheduling process and her organizational skills enabled me to thoroughly plan a wedding from a different state working an extremely busy job.   Gevony was amazing to work with, she definitely made everything go seemlessly on our big day. She definitely made it so stress free for me so I could just enjoy the company of my family and friends. She was so nice, so approachable and so easy to get into contact with. 10/10 recommend!
