  AWESOME! Stress free!

  This place makes it so much easier to ENJOY considering the finer details of reception/ceremony plans because they take care of all the basics. You know the environment, the view, and the food is ineffably awesome! That allows the freedom to spend more time selecting music and photography vendors. Staff are so polite and helpful! Very welcoming!

  Elegant and Fun

  My theme going into the wedding reception was "elegance". I hesitated to name that because when I think of elegance, I don't think of people having fun. Somehow, the Officer's Club pulled off being both of those things! The building and view was BREATHTAKING. The guests who weren't crazy about dancing loved the beautiful view and the guests who wanted to dance were not disappointed. I highly recommend this place for a wedding reception.

  Really Terrific Venue!

  I had my wedding reception at Ft. Belvoir Officer's Club and it was a great experience! Edwin and Trinetta are professionals and have years of experience helping brides make decisions and guiding them through the process. My husband and I have been married for 6 months and just the other day when we were looking through our photographs choosing prints we both commented on how glad we were that we had our reception there. It was a beautiful venue with history which was exactly what we wanted. Our guests enjoyed it thoroughly - especially the view of the water and being able to step out on the patio in the fresh air.
  The staff at Ft. Belvoir made everything so easy the day of and they took such great care of us! We were busy taking pictures outside so we didn't get to enjoy our cocktail hour. I was just thinking how thirsty and hungry I was, when all of a sudden a sweet woman came outside with a plate of appetizers and two glasses of ice water for my husband and I! It was great and so thoughtful! They also helped keep everything moving along throughout the evening (cake cutting, etc.) seamlessly in the background.
  I highly recommend this venue!

  BEST DEAL IN TOWN.. SERIOUSLY STOP SEARCHING!!! I am SO happy we chose the O-Club. Our entire guest list was from out of town and the O-club blew them away. If I had a dollar for every compliment I received on the food, service and view.. it would have paid for the entire wedding and i still would have made a profit. THE VIEW IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. If people don't remember a thing about your wedding.. they'll remember the view. The workers are amazing also. THANK YOU TRINETTA AND EDWIN for working with my billion questions and calls. You made this process so easy and Justin and I are still in shock about how PERFECT the night was! I'm so sad it's over

  Ft. Belvoir's Officer's Club served as an amazing venue! The staff was extremely helpful, flexible, and considerate. Trinetta was so wonderful and fantastic; she made sure the night ran as smoothly as possible and was a great individual to work with for such an important and special occasion. The venue has an amazing view, great food, and is very accommodating!

  If you are looking for a great, more "inclusive" venue where not every single item is a la carte, this option is for you! It's a beautiful location overlooking the Potomac River and the food is terrific. We opted to have both the rehearsal dinner and reception here and we were extremely pleased with both events. The vendors they recommended for D.J., flowers and cake were all outstanding as well and the cake and part of the flowers were included in the "package" price. Edwin in particular was extremely responsive and gave us great advice all along the way, since we started planning the wedding almost a full year ahead of the event. Our wedding ceremony was at 5:30 PM on a Saturday and we had the Club pretty much to ourselves for the entire evening, as no other events were scheduled. We also rented a house on Post, called the Thermo-con House for two nights, which served as "wedding central" for the bride and bridemaids on Friday night and early Saturday for hair and make-up and was also the honeymoon suite for the bride and groom Saturday night - GREAT option! We highly recommend this venue and intend to let friends know that you don't HAVE to be military or have a military family member to reserve it.

  Most amazing vendor in the Northern Va area. If you are looking for a wedding venue and have access to Ft. Belvior, this is your place. My wife and I were lucky enough to be married here.   I did not have my ceremony here, but I did have my rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception here. I was very happy with their services and their packages. Everything was set up exactly how I had it pictured, and the food was delicious. The staff is friendly and very helpful, particularly Trinetta, with whom I worked the most. I would certainly have another event here if the occasion called for it!

  Trinetta and Irma were so wonderful to work with!! I was planning my daughter's wedding (she lives in Wichita), which was the first time I've done this and must admit was nervous at times. The two ladies calmed me assuring me all would go well. And it did! We had the Belvoir Rm for the reception (she got married at the Old Chapel on base) and it was beautiful. We appreciated the suggestions they made in our planning process as we were inexperienced. Ft. Belvoir is a beautiful venue to have a wedding reception and the value/cost unbeatable.

  We held our ceremony at the the Officer's Club gazebo and it was perfect. Our reception was held in the Valley Forge room in the Officer's Club. The staff at the club were very professional, responsive, and organized. The service during the reception was fantastic. Ms. Chapman was very helpful in the planning process and seemed to make it her personal goal to make sure everything was perfect. Overall the venue was a great value!

  Our daughter was married at the gazebo outside of the Officers Club and it was picture perfect. Edwin and his staff did everything they had promised! The gazebo was beautiful, the chairs were set up, the table for the blessing of the wine and the signing of the ketubah was exactly as I had asked. My husband and I had gotten there earlier than planned just in case but it was all done before 9AM!!! The food was delicious and the staff at the club went over and above in making us feel warm and welcome. Kudos go out to anyone and everyone involved!!!!

  The staff was wonderful! So helpful and had great ideas! They helped my mom and I plan out the reception and gave lots of helpful suggestions. Everyone raved about the food and the view (Belvoir Room). Service was great! I have absolutely no complaints! So happy we had our wedding here!

  My review is for using the O-Club for a wedding reception. I have to say off the bat that the Club is only available to book for weddings if you're military (and there's specific requirements) or if you have a sponsor, so keep that in mind if you just happen to stumble on this review while looking for wedding venues in general.
  
  There are some great pros to using the O-Club, namely the spectacular view, the wide assortment of food available to you and the price. It was also great that we were able to get a nice, bundled package. Of the cake vendors they worked with, we selected (and highly recommend) Sweet Peas. They had a wedding vendor night though, in which all their contracted vendors came and had samples available, etc, so I highly recommend going to that to get a better idea of what's available.
  
  keep in mind that it is a military installation, so you risk your contact person being reassigned and being passed along to various other staff members in the process, as it was for us.
  
  Overall, they really helped make our wedding day spectacular, so I can't complain!

  Gorgeous venue with very attentive staff. Trinetta was really fantastic to work with and was extremely flexible with all of my requests for last minute changes. I was thrilled with how my reception turned out, and received a lot of compliments on the venue from my guests. The Officer's Club provides a great value for the amount you pay - I highly recommend to future brides!

  My daughter's wedding was an outstanding event. Fort Belvoir Officer's Club has a scenic location and their staff is expert at decorating and catering. The food was outstanding; perfectly made and delicious. The waitstaff was very responsive to our requests. The gazebo setting for the ceremony was idyllic. My daughter and new son-in-law were very happy with their special day thanks to Fort Belvoir. They even found a laptop cord that was left behind and it was returned to us. I would highy recommend this vendor to anyone.

  The Fort Belvior Officer's Club is the perfect venue for a wedding. Not only does it sit right off the Potomac River providing a goreous view. It also provides great pictures.
  
  Trinetta and the staff were wonderful to work with and they provide a sheet with local vendors they usually work with. Everyone was so helpful.

  I have nothing but great things to say about this venue. The catering staff were amazing to work with. Trinetta and Edwin executed things perfectly. Being a planner I know how difficult brides can be. They can be mean and hateful to you and you can't say anything back. So I want to commend them, because I know I was difficult and demanding and Trinetta was always pleasant and smiling. Edwin was polite and helpful as well. I just want to say thanks for all you hard work and dedication to a difficult bride.

  We held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Ft. Belvoir Officers Club. The Ceremony and reception were in the Belvoir Room, which had a beautiful view of the potomac. The Ceremony and reception were absolutely amazing and would not have been possible without Trinetta, the lead organizer. She was very responsive to all questions and provided additional information for day of details. Great place for a wedding and great value!!!

  For anyone in a military family the O'Club at Ft. Belvoir is a stunning place for a wedding and/or reception, especially the Belvoir room which over looks the Potomac!!! Trinetta, chief of catering, and Tracey are exceptionally professional, helpful and knowledgeable about weddings!!!! Plus, they have a list of the best vendors {flowers,cake, photography} in the area. They know these vendors that they recommend. We used all of their suggestions; it was wonderful ! Trinetta makes planning a wedding as easy and stress free as possible; she's amazing, every detail from menus, to room set up, table decorations, to suggestions for any other vendors you may need, she knows. Both Trinetta and Tracey are so very helpful, always there to answer questions, calm nerves, make suggestions. They understand!!! The catering [serving] staff are the best ! They are quick, attentive, soooo nice, yet unobtrusive, very professional ! The reception packages offer many options, and the food is absolutely fantastic, all of our guests complimented the club, it's staff and the food all evening long!!! Thanks so very much!!   My wedding was PERFECT- even when it wasn't! Trinetta and Tracy put up with my indecisiveness, my crazy family, and all the chaos that goes with a wedding, and neither one of them broke a sweat. They worked tirelessly to make my wedding day one for the books. My guests were so impressed with the location, the view, the food, the staff, the decor...I've had SO many compliments!! With my hubby in Afghanistan, I was planning a wedding with just me and my mom, and Trinetta and Tracy became like family.They were always anticipating my needs and were always thinking one step ahead of me!! I can't say enough good about these two incredibly talented and caring women! The O-Club gets an A+++++ from me and my family and guests!!

  The best venue, price, food and service for the area hands down. All I can say is call Trinetta - she is simply amazing! We did a heavy hor d'oeuvre reception. It was perfect because it was plenty of food for less money and kept the reception from being stuffy. Trinetta had such a great vision, listened to our ideas and ran with it. The room overlooked the Potomac River and during our cocktail hour our guests got a kick out of watching the deer in the forest and a bald eagle! There is no other place I would go to.
